CFM or Cubic Feet per Minute is the most common way to measure the volume of airflow as it travels through an air cleaning system. I had the most amazing customer service experience. I am a dentist in Oregon and needed to have the EnviroKlenz UV air filtration units delivered to my office in a matter of a few days in order to open up my busniess to see the patients we had scheduled. The reason for the hurry was an order with another company for medical grade air filtration systems fell through last minute. We recently purchased a down comforter from Pure n Natural (purennatural.com) and were rather disappointed with both the product we received and their customer service when we returned the product. It wasn't horrible, but it was certainly frustrating. The product, a Pacific Coast Super Loft Down Comforter turned out to be very thin and had several panels that, despite a description that suggested no shifting, had virtually no down in them. Returning the product turned out to be a hassle.
They were nice and all, but it took several days to get a return authorization, and then a return address, and then our refund. I might shop with them again, but given our experience this go 'round, we'll probably look somewhere else first.
