EZ Clean (Commercial/Residential Cleaning) Austin TX

We had our trash bins cleaned by EZ Clean Austin today. Wow, I never though my cans would look so good and smell so fresh after all the big crawfish boils we've had this season. I'll definitely be getting on a regular schedule to keep my cans fresh and clean! Service: Deep clean

Wow, I'm impressed! We hired EZ Clean to wash windows and power wash the house in preparation to sell. It was very easy to get scheduled, but my scheduled day came and it was drizzly a bit and chances of rain. Knowing the cleaning was for real estate pictures Mike contacted me and we rescheduled for the very next day. Pepe is the employee that spent the day here.

He not only did a Really great job but he was so very polite and friendly and worked all day with a smile on his face. Prepping to sell is stressful, Mike and Pepe were an absolute pleasure to deal with and took the stress out of this aspect of the process.

Did a great job cleaning my gutters, and really good communication too (which is usually such a problem when trying to find home services). Will definitely contact Mike for more help in the future.

The EZ Clean crew did a great job on pressure washing and painting the exterior of our home. Our home had the original paint job from 19 years ago and definitely needed to be redone. Mike was quick to give us a quote that was very reasonable. The crew started very quickly after the quote was accepted. The crew was very punctual, very clean and very respectful of our space.

We had to pause when the house was almost done due to a pre-planned trip, however, they were back to finish up the job as soon as we were back home. You see some paint jobs that are messy. You won't see this with EZ Clean. They hand rolled and brush painted the entire house with an excellent quality paint. They cleaned up every day and never left a mess anywhere. The crew was very friendly as well and did a great job. We have already recommended them to others! If you need pressure washing or painting, I highly recommend EZ Clean!

EZ clean did an outstanding job pressure washing the exterior of my home and saving us from having to repaint. it looks brand new. I added some before and after pictures but they dont so justice to the transformation. It was super affordable too and Mike is super responsive. Jose was super professional and really took his time. My house fell victim of egging. I hired EZ Clean Austin to do a pressure wash work. They gave me a very affordable price. Mike and the team at EZ Clean Austin did a fantastic job!

SUPER happy with the work this Leander based company did for us! Our house had some worn out old Masonite and I was so worried about having to pay a handy man first and then find a painter, but Y'ALL.they did it all! Not only did they add a beautiful sturdy trim to the previous ugly bottom of the house, they really did a thorough job of prepping before even touching the house with paint. Jose hand painted the whole two story house with multiple coats and it looks so clean and crisp. They were pleasantly affordable, offered more solutions to fix issues and did superb quality work. I will be calling them again for future projects!

Mike recently completed a job painting the exterior of our home. He power washed, prepped, and painted. Despite the rainy weather he completed the job in a timely manner and always showed up when he said he would.

Mike and his guys came to paint the exterior of our house as well as repairing some trim and siding issues that we knew needed attention. He was awesome! Gave a very affordable estimate, and got started right away. He came down with the flu during the project and still managed to keep his crew on the job and things moving forward. He also kept me posted each day as to their progress and what to expect next so there were no surprises. He's very honest, detail oriented and very much cares about the quality of his work- it matters to him to do the job right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EZ Clean!

I would definitely NOT use this company. In my experience, they're out to take your money but don't stand behind their work. We called for a quote, sent a picture of the work needed and was quoted $225. Then when I asked to book the job he came back and said oops sorry, that was for another job, yours will be $289. I agreed and then when he installed the lights, he asked for another $20 which i complied. THEN he sent an invoice for $419.

When I sent him a screenshot of the bid, he said, oops my bad. Within 24 hrs., the lights in part stopped working. When we called him back, again, it was all about charging us, not "let me see what's wrong and we'll go from there". He said I can't guarantee lights I didn't supply (i didn't know they supplied lights otherwise I may have bought from him to avoid this) so I bought brand new lights from Home Depot.

His guys took them out of the box. When we asked him to take a look he said, yeah, they were having issues when we installed them. Why didn't he tell us then so we had the chance to correct it. In my opinion, this guy is a crook!

Mike Wilson serviced our lawn twice so far. He and his team provided fast courteous service and paid close attention to detail. We found them flexible when we suddenly lost our long time lawn man. We will use their services again.

Mike was referred to us by my in-laws after he did some interior painting for them. Mike did a great job redoing the exterior of our house. He showed us areas of rot that we didn't even see initially. He was upfront with pricing and gave honest recommendations of what materials to use. Mike pays attention to detail and all of his work was done very precise and clean.

He was readily available via phone or text whenever we had questions or concerns. He replaced all the trim around the house and windows, as well as the wood around the chimney. He touched up areas where the siding was chipped. The paint job of the house was beautiful. We are thoroughly pleased with all of his work on our house. We will definitely be using him for future projects!

EZ Clean Austin has been my go to company for about 5 years now. Recently, we had the downstairs of our home painted by this company and they did a miraculous job with not only the painting, but the cleaning up afterwards. A couple of years back I used this same company to install leaf guards onto both mine and my sisters homes. I first hired EZ Clean to replace the expansion joints on the driveway since they were sticking out and harboring many bugs. To give our driveway a clean finish, I also had them power wash the concrete and our driveway has looked brand new ever since.

We have used EZ Clean for approximately 5 years, and we keep calling them. Initially, we used Mike and his crew to clean window exteriors, pressure spray the house, and roof clean-off when we sold our house. It really made a difference to the appearance of the house. In our current home, we have called Mike and his crew for several things. They have cleaned out the gutters, trimmed the trees, and put up lights.

We also called him recently to help with a different house for a family member. We needed to have a tree removed because (sadly) it fell over due to all of the rain we've had this year. They cut the wood and placed it as requested. Mike is always courteous, and works quickly to get the job done. We will continue to use Mike and EZ Clean services as needs arise.

I have used EZ Cleans services for a number of projects over the years including pressure washing of my driveway, interior painting and window cleaning. They always provide professional and punctual jobs at a fair price. I would certainly recommend EZ clean to any of my friends and family. 5 star!

Hired these guys to put up Christmas lights for 3rd year in a row quoted a price then wanted more money after it was done & refused to honor their commitment and return to take them down. Not a good business, steer clear. I even offered to pay the addition $ but they ignored me & never showed back up.
