I had a small hole in my carpet and Corey's carpet repair abilities are unmatched. I wasn't pressured on time so I texted him asking if he could perform carpet repairs (which yes he does) and sent him a couple pictures showing what I needed repaired. He gave me a date where he had availability, I said it sounded great, and he came here and did exactly what he said he would. Repaired my floor. He did a fantastic job and was a wonderful person to talk to. I will definitely reach back out to him for any future carpet needs. Thank you, Corey!

Corey is super professional and an all around nice guy. He did a great job of fixing up my carpet from pet damage. Would definitely consider booking a service with him again and prices are reasonable!

Corey is a subject matter expert in all things carpet. I had 2 stair steps that had to get repaired and Corey knocked them out. When he finished the job, he cleaned up the mess. He showed up on time and now my carpet looks great, after 2 dogs tore it up. If I was going to recommend someone for any carpet jobs, it would be Corey.

Corey was professional and friendly. Our cats and dog had absolutely destroyed some of the steps on our stairs, and Corey did a fantastic job repairing them. I can't even tell where he replaced the carpet, and the cleaning service add-on was 100% worth it, the whole staircase looks brand new, even the parts that weren't replaced! So happy with his work, would recommend to anyone needing carpet repair/replacement or cleaning!

Corey did a fantastic job! He is the best at what he does. We moved into a house where the previous tenants dog ripped up a portion of the carpet and it needed to be replace. Corey walked us through all of the options on how to fix it what would be best. Corey also took the time to show me how the process of patching worked. You can't tell that there was work ever done.

Communicated well on expectations before visit. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. We had a very difficult room with odd shapes. He stretched the carpet to remove all wrinkles. Patched some rough areas and cleaned the entire carpet. Looks good as new. Did all the work himself never took a break and was here for 9:00 hours. I would recommend him for your job. Great value!

Corey is amazing! We hired him to clean and stretch our carpets in lieu of incurring the expense of replacing them prior to selling our house. He got us on the books quickly (within a week). We had big heavy furniture in a couple of the rooms and he was able to work around most of it and make it work. Our carpets turned out far better than we expected. ALL stains came out (much to our amazement - the kids rooms were gross) and he was able to stretch the carpets and make the fit look neat and tight! Corey is professional, friendly and personable. Corey was amazing! We had carpet installed about 2 years ago and it already started to bubble up in certain areas and really needed a good stretch. Our carpet was a difficult one and Corey was professional and it looks so great! So happy with the results! Will refer!

Found Corey online and then watched some of his videos on YouTube. We just bought a home and I asked him to come and stretch and clean the carpets. I'm not sure Corey was ready for the size of the house but he stayed until the job was done! He was great, very nice, very personable and just gets the job done. I highly recommend anyone out there that's skeptical to give him a try.

The previous owners did not do regular maintenance for the carpets and we totally thought we were going to have to replace the carpets right away. Now we don't! I was ready to give-up and get the carpet replaced when the professional with thermal/steam truck failed. Corey, thank you for the beautiful repair/patch work on the stains and for the round of thorough cleaning; making the carpet look like new.

I was inquiring about carpet cleaning services and asked for pricing. I. had asked if there was additional charge for stairs, I live on the second floor apartment and was given a nasty response. This company charges $30 for stairs. I said that's a lot. I'm new to the area and wasn't to sure as far as pricing but, man you were just to nasty!

The response I got was(( " Where did you find my advertising, was it my perfect 5 star rating on Google or YouTube channel" also stated that Groupon is probably the best place for dirt cheap services, offering free services for those who cannot afford it")). Wow, didn't really need to go there. You may have 5 star for work, but certainly not for Customer Service.

Texted the number provided and he took several days to respond. He wanted to charge me $300 to repair not even 1ft of work and wanted me to go buy the carpet as well. Advertises great price but proved not.

Corey did a great job on some wrinkly dirty carpet! He stretched all the wrinkles out and cleaned them! He was easy to reach, got there quickly, was super friendly and did an awesome job! Will def use him again!

Cory did an amazing job on our carpet! The dog got a little crazy and put a hole in the middle of the floor. Called carpet muscle on a Sunday and made an appointment. Cory got here and truly saved the day. He was extremely efficient and made the carpet look like new. He is a great guy with an incredible work ethic. This is one of the best carpet service I have received. Relocated from California where I was cleaning my carpet twice a year; so am familiar with the details of carpet cleaning. Based on the 10 quotes I received his response was prompt (within the hour), quote was based on per room with no hidden fees and his follow-up to confirm appointments is on point. It to rare to find someone who is great at what they do, do it for a reasonable price and has great customer service skills. Corey Thibodaux is now our "go to" guy for carpet cleaning. Thanks for a job well done!

I'm chemically sensitive, so was glad to find someone who uses natural products. (My previous carpet cleaner used irritating fragrances that lingered for a long time.) Corey's prices are great, the soap he used did not cause a reaction, the edges of the carpet were really clean, and it took a short time to dry. I appreciated his hands-on approach to cleaning and could tell that my carpet had gotten special care.

If you like a personable approach to doing business, Corey is friendly and honest, and the portable equipment he uses is much less invasive than the typical loud cumbersome commercial approach.

I wasn't going to write a review, because I'm not out to hurt anyone's business. But then I figured if a business owner's main priority was to build their business, then they would show a bit more professionalism at best. We had Corey out on Nov. 14, 2016 to clean our carpets. There were so many points along the way where I should have excused him from the job, but I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I let him finish.

First he showed up 45 minutes late. He gave me no reason, other than his coffee hadn't set in yet-I hate that! When he came inside the house, I noticed he brought in a hand-held carpet cleaner, not a truck-mounted system. That's where my husband said I should have ended the deal! But again, he was here, he was inside, I wasn't going to say anything.

He started in on the carpet and during the job, he stopped to answer every call and every text, claiming "he was his own secretary". What happened to voicemail? The machine he used had two spinners on the bottom that he attached rags to. I asked him to tell me why its better to clean carpets this way rather than a truck mounted system. He did give me one or two reasons, but then said, "oh, there are so many reasons-so many reasons." But he didn't tell me what they were.

I noticed the rags were very dirty and I asked him if he changes them out. He said "no, I can do a house twice this size with the same rags because they absorb so much dirt." I thought at the very least, he would change the rags with each room. But even at this point, I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt! He was a very talkative guy and probably could have finished in half the time if we weren't talking politics so much-I'm partly to blame!

But he did finally finish and I did pay him without question. When he left, I walked out the door behind him because I had somewhere to be. As I was backing my car up, I noticed he dripped a lot of oil in my driveway from him truck. I texted him and he cam back to fix it. He was very apologetic. I would have been able to accept all of this had my carpets come out looking fabulous! But in the end, within a few days, my carpets looked dull and dirty once again. I will not be using Carpet Muscle again.

Corey is great! Very nice, professional, on time. He cleaned the carpets in an old condo I rented. The carpets were old and had lots of pet stains. I was so impressed with the job he did and he was so inexpensive. He did a lot better job than a well known large carpet cleaning company that I had used in the past. I definitely recommend Corey and will use him again in the future.

Over a year later we still love Corey's work! He has been to our place several times since I wrote my initial review.yes our carpet sustains a lot of abuse with the little ones and pet! His customer service and quality of service are consistently wonderful!
