HIS Way Cleaning Services

This place never called back after I had spoken to someone about setting up a cleaning service for our home. I called and left several messages with no response. So I think they are very derelict in their business practices

We have been using this company for a few months now. Our cleaner Mike does a wonderful job every time. His cleaning is high quality and he gives great attention to detail. I would highly recommend HIS Way Cleaning Services. Services: Cleaning, Standard cleaning, Deep clean

Poor job by male owner who also has a bit of a belligerent or pushy attitude if anything is brought to his attention that needs re-doing, even when done kindly. Very difficult to deal with as noted by Several others.

HIsWay Cleaning has done a great job at my house and are very friendly! They are very thorough and wonderful to come home to a clean house!

This is my email to Michael dismissing their service after their first - and only visit. By the way, I did not recieve a response to this communication. I had told you I needed someone to do a DEEP clean for me. Services you provided certainly were not up to my expectations, to say I am disappointed is an understatement. For a few examples: dirty dishes were left in the sink; coffee pot was not cleaned; I watched as you dusted the top of the microwave - you just pushed stuff out of the way and didn't bother to lift the basket to clean underneath, so I'm wondering if you did the same for the counters & the top of the fridge; the inside of the fridge was not wiped down; the space between counter and fridge was not cleaned; the large rug at the foot of the bed was not taken up so it was not vaccumed - I didn't lift the small brown on to check it, but I am sure it wasn't moved either; the shelves at the end of the counter by the sink, were not dusted.

These were the most obvious things to me, and I am not going to white glove it. I feel for the breif period of time you were here and what was/was not done, I am apprehensive concerning your return. Perhaps, I am at fault for not being completely specific with what I wanted done, however for someone being in the business for 8 years I would have thought these details would have been taken care of.

I was absolutely wrong. Respectfully, Tracey S Reardon The next day I had a visitor and she checked the top of the fridge [I am disabled w/a limited income] where he called himself dusting [i offered a step stool so he could reach, he declined said he had it] and it had only been partially dusted. The bathroom on further inspection, had not been properly dusted either, as well as the bedroom [ie: dusting, clean windowsill] This is my opportunity to tell folks BEWARE. I will also use the "word of mouth" method of advertising at every opportunity I get.

I AM NOT PLEASD WITH HIS CLEANING i had asked for a through cleaning what i got was ok on some thing but i could have got highschool girl did not move an dust behind things like toaster, canister with flour sugar dusted only in front of tv not behind it one dresser he didn't even around and on top of it. called several times today an have not heard anything as of now I am in a wheelchair an a senior I do not like someone this to me or other

The only thing I can say you all do an excellent job and really listen to the customer. Putting the customer first and listening to the customer is key which you really don't see too much of these days.

HIS Way did a great job for us! I am a busy mother of triplets and they were always on time and did a thorough cleaning. The owner, Cindy, was so sweet during our initial meeting and I could tell she cared about me and she wanted to give me the best cleaning service at the best rate.

My husband and I are people with DISABILITIES. When my husband was in the bathtub, the owner called telling him to answer the door within 20 minutes at 11 AM INSTEAD OF THE SCHEDULED arrival of 1 PM because another customer scheduled at 11 AM CANCELLED. My husband told him he was not capable of TRANSFERRING TO HIS WHEELCHAIR FROM HIS BATHTUB INTO CLOTHES TO ANSWER THE DOOR within 20 minutes.

The owner came at 1PM after I had arrived to supervise the cleaning. But the owner spoke LOUDLY to me OUTSIDE repeatedly stating my husband caused him to pay idle cleaners. The cleaners did a poor cleaning job unsupervised. The cleaners were immediately paid. My swifter was filled with dirt many times when I checked the quality of cleaning. HIS WAY CLEANING wrote stating we were DISMISSED because of differences, not because they wouldn't work with PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.

They came out 2 weeks ago for the first time to clean & the house was still dirty after they left. In fact, I'm not sure they did much of anything except spray oil in my sinks & on my fridge doors. They even got the oil on the tile floor. I swept after they left & had a full dustpan. The rugs were not vacuumed. There were coffee grounds & rice all over the counters they neglected to wipe.

The tables were still dusty. There was salt on the counter in the game room. The toilets were still dirty. It was bad. My husband called the owner & he promised to fix it. They were supposed to come clean today. My husband called to check the time they would arrive & the owner told him he lost our phone number & couldn't call to let us know his workers were ill & couldn't come today.

I cannot even imagine how he thinks it's okay to run a business like this. I hired their service because my friend goes to church with the owner. He is actually an elder at that church & therefore I assumed that would mean he had integrity & honesty. Sadly I think he is a liar & a thief. I'm out $130 & my house never got cleaned!

The worst.did not mop my floor. Did not clean my sink in my laundry room or wipe off the countertops. They were suppose to clean my inside Windows.

When I came home after they cleaned, the house looked dirty, the floor was sticky and my wife said that they were there less than an hour. She had to follow them around to check their work, but even that didn't help. I called the owner, but got no apology or resolution. Buyer beware.

CAUTION- I think this place is a scam. I should have known something was up when the guy on the phone didn't take credit cards and wanted a checked mailed to them. Long story short- the cleaners never showed up. The company stopped returning my calls. I have left 3 plus messages over the last couple of days. Buyer Beware!

I wish I would have checked Yelp before making the decision to hire HisWay Cleaning Service. I was very pleased with the owners and their ability to work within my budget at the initial visit. We found an option that worked for both of us and I was extremely eager to finally keep up with my home. I did agreed to pay a higher fee for a first cleaning to get the house up to their standards for maintaining.

The team showed up on time the first visit which was a very good start. That said, when I returned in the evening to look over the house, my disappointment started just inside the front door. Everything from cleaning product dripped on the floor tile floor, cheerios on the carpet, to a raisin on the window that my kids left who knows when, inconsistent dusting of everything, cob webs on all lights, and so on. I'm amazed that this is anyone's idea of a deep clean to get ready to maintain every two weeks.

I actually had another company come through my house the very next day to assess/quote and they were embarrassed for HisWay Cleaning. I now had to pay a second deep cleaning fee to do the job that HisWay Cleaning didn't do the first time. When confronting the owners, he was amazed in what I was saying about the quality, but never once made a suggestion as to how he could make it right. Seems HisWay Cleaning was comfortable taking my money and walking away without doing the job they were hired for.

Save your money for someone else. There are many cleaning services out there and you don't have to settle for mediocre. Very disappointed with HisWay Cleaning Service and would NOT recommend.
