I have used Evelyn's service at one of Waste Management's sites for over 2 years now and am in the process of adding a second in 2013. In the two years that I have used her service I have not had one single issue or complaint. I have a small commercial building and when my renter left I began to mop the floor and it wouldn't get clean! My painter told me vinyl flooring had to be lightly sanded and cleaned and waxed. I jumped on Thumbtack at noon and Express Commercial Cleaning booked me for the next day. They were highly professional, arrived on time and their prices were reasonable. Would use their service again in a heartbeat! Five stars!

Express cleaning has had our back during this tough time! We are a live theater venue with 6 buildings. With the ever changing rules from the state and local governments for Theaters, Express Cleaning has bent over backwards to meet our ever changing needs. They have flexed there service to meet all our needs numerous times. The owners are quick to respond to our requests and there workers are friendly and professional in their day to day work. They go out of their way to respond to requests. The quality of their service is above our expectations. I would give them a 10 star rating if possible.

Express Cleaning customer service has been nothing less than extraordinary. The crew is very friendly and detailed. They are very respectful of the office personel's desk and office equipment. Certainly wish Express did residential, I would most definitely feel comfortable with Express in my home. I highly recommend for all. Smile On!

The company I work for, Western States Fire Protection, recently started using Express Commercial this year and I have to say that we have been VERY pleased so far! In the 10yrs I have been with this company Express is by far the BEST commercial cleaning company we have ever had. (And we have gone through QUITE a few over those years!) You cannot find a better team!
The couple that do our building are terrific! They do an outstanding job for us. The owners, Dan & Evelyn, have a very well run quality company from top to bottom! You cannot do wrong giving them a shot! They are definitely worth it =)

Express Commercial Cleaning gave me the lowest bid to clean my floors at my store. I needed a buffing, they came out and swept, mopped and then buffed the floors. The floors came out great thanks to Express Commercial Cleaning. Evelyn in the office was very professional and stayed in constant contact with me. I would recommend them and use them again!

Express Commercial Cleaning has been working for us for two years. Maria and her crew do a great job every week. Also, they are respectful of the items and papers on our desks and we never worry about anything being misplaced or missing. The kitchen and bathrooms are always sparkling. It is a great feeling to walk in the morning after they have been here knowing we can just get to work and not worry about the maintenance.
