Don't drive a company vehicle and cuss people out when you decide to go to through a McDonald's drive thru at other drivers when it's taking too long, especially with the windows down so everyone can hear you. Know absolutely nothing about the business, but you can definitely tell their customer service is probably questionable.

We asked for a carpet stretching and Alan worked us into their schedule. Demetrius offered real solutions to some very dirty areas of carpet. Highly recommend this business! We thought that the carpet in our rental home would have to be replaced all 6000 square feet of it because it was stained so badly by dogs cats and kids! They cleaned the carpet got all the stains out and repaired the carpet. The home owner was so impressed he gave us back our entire damage deposit! I own an upholstery business here in the springs and we now refer all our customers to Carpet care Craftsmen Inc. You really get what you pay for with this company! they are awesome I honestly cant say enough good about them!

We have used Carpet Care Craftsman for several years now. Allen, Demetrius, Alex, and John are great! Always courteous and highly professional. They are all very educated on carpet, and all aspects of care and maintenance. CCC has always done a fantastic job for us getting our upstairs tired looking carpet looking new and extending the life of our investment with regular cleaning.
Recently we made the decision to replace the carpet in our basement level, which they had never cleaned before. It was never installed correctly so it had multiple large lumps and needed a huge amount of stretching and cleaning. The team advised us that the carpet had a good amount of life left in it and made sure we understood why. In the end the CCC team stretched and cleaned it and it looks almost new now! Amazing job and we are thrilled with the results! This saved us thousands in cost for all new flooring. Thanks CCC, we are customers for life!

My Family has used Carpet Care Craftsman for 5 years for regular cleaning and maintenance of our carpet. Every team member is courteous, on time, and work very hard to make sure we are satisfied with the work. Sometimes spots show up after the carpet dries. This has only happened one time for us and when we called the next day they fit us into their schedule and came right away to touch up.
The staff are highly educated on carpet, and pass this knowledge on to the customer. They tell you that it is their goal to offer the customer this educated. I highly recommend Carpet Care Craftsman.
