BUYER BEWARE! Today tech Luis arrived at my home and after being here about 20 minutes, I was sitting in the kitchen watching him (with my 3 year old daughter) and he pulled the handle off of the large 75-80lb vacuum and it went barreling down my stairs, hit my wall, front door and woodwork and hardwood floor. we called the owner after asking the young man how much experience he had and he replied, "about 6 months". we requested a more experienced tech come out to replace Luis after losing all confidence and had a conversation with "Eddie" the owner who refused to replace him told him to pack up and leave and when calling him back to find out what was going on he replied, I can reschedule you!

He had his tech come back and take pictures of my foyer. He denies any damage done to my floor, ALREADY! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Eddie was very condescending to my wife and said, "accidents happen!"

Louis has integrity. 100 % integrity. He could've avoided the vent because he didn't have the correct bit to take it off the wall. He had already taken all his stuff downstairs when I found the bit. He hauled it all upstairs. Did an amazing clean. He could've said nothing.

They came in and did an amazing job! They cleaned out the air ducts, provided me with a fair estimate for a deep cleaning and left my house with a - now - breathable air! I totally recommend them and I'll be hiring them again in the future!

I scheduled a duct cleaning with Ductworks in December. I liked that they gave me a flat fee quote when I called to inquire about services. There was no add-ons or a heavy sales pitch on my first call. When the company did come out for the scheduled service, the tech was 15 minutes early! The tech was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend this company

Air duct cleaning probably has more controversy associated with it than any other home maintenance activity. Some people contend it isn't needed at all, and the number of vendors doing it wrong cast a taint over the entire industry. It has been eight years since I moved into my new house. That length of time plus the fallout from the nasty air we experienced during last summer's fire season prompted me to call Ductworks.

I chose them because I've seen the quality of their work doing my HOA's recreation center every year as well as their length of time in business and reputation. They weren't the cheapest, not the most expensive. They showed up on time, protected my home's interior while working, and did the job promised with satisfactory results.

Ever since, the quantity of dust on my flat surfaces has decreased remarkably, which should answer those who say it isn't needed. I don't suffer from allergies, so I can't comment on any benefits duct cleaning has on those. Watch out for bad actors claiming to be professional duct cleaners. It takes more than a shop vac and a website! Ductworks opened up all my ducts to get stiff brushes into every corner, and their powerful vacuum sucked up everything in its path.

Aidan did a wonderful and thorough duct cleaning job. Very professional and courteous, explained the process and answered questions. The before and after photo grossed me out, in a good way, as I could see how bad they were and how beautifully sparkly clean the vents are now. I instantly feel the air quality has improved, thank you! Highly recommend!

Service carried out on 09/20/2021. Tech: Jon B. Jon B. showed up and got right to work. A quick survey of what needed to be carried out, went over the estimate initially provided, clearly explained the statement of work and charges, and then went right to it. He placed damage mitigation equipment down so the hoses wouldn't scratch up furniture or wall corners, and pads down so the equipment wouldn't scuff floors.

This attention to detail is pretty telling of the level of professionalism and years of experience Ductworks has carrying out this line of business. The before and after photos are great and really show what's being pulls out of the lines. Don't be fooled by imitators.

The technician, William, was professional and efficient. We were provided before and after photos of each duct showing how well they had all been cleaned. He too care to protect floors and walls as he worked. We are very happy with the work performed. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

My ducts had not been cleaned in 45 years. I know that because I have lived in this house since it was built. My husband would not pay for anything so we lived with dirty ducts. It took the technician all day to get them clean. He showed my daughter and I the before and after photos and it was an amazing difference, especially the return air vents.

My daughter had taken pictures before the technician ever arrived and verified after he left. What he showed us was our ducts not just a stock photo. My returns were black from 45 years of cigarette smoke. Now they are as clean as the day the house was built. I highly recommend this company. They are amazing.

We have hired Ductworks at least three times over the years. The recent duct-cleaning didn't reveal a lot of dust in our heating system, but the hard-working Ductworks employee, Lonny, exceeded our expectations by vacuuming not only the ducts themselves but also the floor areas where the dust likes to accumulate. Lonny was very knowledgable and very kind. We hope to hire him again!

Ductworks did an EXCELLENT job cleaning out ducts of a home we'd just purchased that I don't think had ever been cleaned. Considering I had a different duct cleaner come out to a different house and had the worst experience I've ever had with a service company. We were lucky in that Ductworks had a cancellation and were able to move us forward in the schedule and off of the weekend.

The tech that came out, Mike, was in our place for about 5 hours. He cleaned the registers, intake grates and the blower fan in our furnace. Everything they showed in their video was done to our home. He was kind and courteous and even worked with the fact that we couldn't find a working hose bib at our house. He carefully washed everything in our kitchen sink after asking if that was acceptable and cleaned up any mess he made throughout the house.

Jon Clashan(?) did a commendable job of quality work and customer service in cleaning the ducts of my mother's townhome, pending her retuned home from a hospital stay. Thank you Ductworks!

I am writing this review to sing the high praises of Ductworks and specifically their technician named Brandon. Polite - sincere in wishing to help me - and very knowledgeable. I had a fan installed by an electrical company that simply did not work. They referred me to Ductworks to see if there was a blockage preventing the motor from running. Brandon looked with a camera through the duct and determined that it was not the problem.

The best part is that he suggested the motor was not wired correctly and had no power. What a help and how grateful was I to have another option to try. The punchline is that the electrical company came back today and Brandon was right! The problem is fixed and all thanks to someone who went well beyond the basics to service the customer. I am very grateful.

If you're looking for clean ducts these guys are great. We had them out here when we first purchased our home from the builder - since they turned on the system during construction there was all kinds in the system. We had them out again after construction in the basement - so happy we did. now we don't have to smell dry wall in the air and the white dust won't be flying out of the vents.

We were initially scheduled for a whole house vent cleaning after checking the system upstairs he let me know it was clean - so it saved us quite a bit of $$. They are honest, and do a great job.

I'd noticed my house was dusty all if the time, no matter how often I changed my air filter, and I realized I'd never had my ducts cleaned. After years of hearing Slacker talk about how great Duct Works is, I finally gave them a try for myself. Eddy took my call and scheduled the appointment. He was so nice and accommodating, thoroughly explaining what would happen so I knew what to expect. Michael Simmons was my technician, and he was fantastic.

He also explained what to expect, and as I toured him around my home, he made a point to love on my dogs so they didn't freak out on him for being a stranger. Michael did an outstanding job, was very clean, quick, professional and most importantly thorough. He was just wonderful! After he was finished, Michael showed me the bridge and after photos and I was disgusted at what my family had been breathing for so long. It was amazing to see the before, and then the gleaming ducts after. Simply amazing! I had a wonderful experience and will recommend this great company to everyone!

We had an appointment to get our vents cleaned. It had been on the schedule for 2 months. We get a couple missed calls to our cell phones the day before the appointment, but no voicemails were left. In 2018, I know nobody who answers an unknown number unless a voicemail is left. This seems like a pretty simple concept you'd think most businesses understand.

The morning of the scheduled cleaning, we finally received a voicemail from Ductworks saying they don't have any technicians available to do our job and so they weren't coming. I had already taken the day off work and was livid. No apologies, just "phone tag has been an issue lately." Do not go with them, if they are this incompetent at scheduling and phone communication, I can't imagine they bring a high standard of quality to their jobs.

Thank you so much to Eddie who consulted with me at length about types of mold testing and the difference between mold and mycotoxins. He was very professional and willing to talk with me three different times even though I wasn't using Ductworks service at this time. I will definitely contact them when it's time to get my home ventilation system cleaned out. They come highly recommended by my realtor! Thank you Eddie.

I called for an appointment over the busy holiday season. They were scheduling about a month out but put me on a wait list anyway. They called back the same day with a cancellation. Richard showed up on time and worked steadily through the day, finishing at 3p.m. No smoke breaks and super fast lunch break. He got the entire house done and the furnace up and running.

He took great care to protect the floor, cabinetry and walls. Hopefully, it will cure my old-house smell. I'd use these guys again even though they were more expensive than some other quotes I received. The tech was friendly and took the time to explain details to me and was not condescending when discussing technical issues.

Very bad service. We had them come in to clean our vents and our air conditioner. And it got damaged. They sent someone out took a week and a half to fix leak. Next they broke motor and shaft on my air conditioner. Still waiting for that to come in to get fixed. Friday is 3 weeks now. Called the manager, and he said there is nothing they can do at this point. Just wait to get it fixed! We have a person working on it trying to get part in.just taking to long to fix.

First off, I did not pay for this as my insurance covered the work after the water damage restoration company made a mess. So I have no idea what this cost. Having said that, I am truly pleased with the thoroughness of the technician Ernesto who came to my home. My floors were covered, corners of things had hard plastic stand-alone protectors so my furniture and wall corners would not be scraped by the hoses.

The technician wore cloth covers on his shoes and placed them on the wheels of his equipment as well! The spinning brush system really clobbered the debris in my ventilation shafts and it was all sucked out! Each vent and each air intake duct was thoroughly cleaned as was the dryer vent and my furnace. I am breathing better already! Very pleased with the work performed. Took over 6 hours, but the attention to detail and care that Ernesto took really impressed the heck out of me.
