Clean Response Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I was extremely impressed with Clean Response, their management, water mitigation, ceiling demolition, plus new ceiling installation. My upstairs neighbor leaked water into my condo unit. It was raining water from both bathroom ceilings. The Team was out within 30 minutes. Heat fans, dehumidifiers, moisture sensors. Checking in daily, were their workers, assessing progress of drying out the affected areas. Ron Bauer and Brian Paulson were Team Leaders of different departments.

They were easily accessible, and got the job done, as well as the other workers. This company is highly recommended and I'd use them again. Hopefully I won't need to. Critical: Responsiveness I believe all the one star reviews. Late response/no response just to have someone evaluate our problem. Can't imagine (well, I don't have to: see those reviews!) what it would be like to be ignored during a project. Yikes.

From the first day I contacted Clean Response they have been very helpful. Contacting me back even after the office was closed and I left a message. They were patient and helpful while working through some insurance response time issues. They worked with our insurance company to get agreement of what needed to be done. One thing I noticed was they were about doing what is needing to be done not just saying something has to be done to have more business.

This shows morals and ethics. Besides all the above they do great work and have top notch employees to restore our home to look as it was before. Overall A-Z I would recommend Clean Response if you have some restoring needs.

I have used Clean Response twice in two years for water damage cleanup and restoration. Both times their crews were responsive, friendly, highly skilled, neat, and on time. Recently, I contracted with them for mold removal and repair of wall and ceiling areas. I don't recall the names of the two guys who came to do the wall/ceiling tear out and mold removal but they did very good work. Chad did a great job on the restoration and I'm really pleased with the results.

I will continue to recommend Clean Response to my condo association neighbors as well as spread the word to friends about the high quality of Clean Response's people and the work they do. If you have to deal with water damage issues, you want someone like this company on your side.

The apartment above mine had a new dishwasher installed and was not hooked up properly, resulting in a flood which unfortunately affected by apartment. I came home from a long hard day of work to a flooded kitchen and a kitchen light fixture shattered to bits on the floor. The water continued through the ceiling and walls, affecting the dining area and living room as well. Eventually, Clean Response arrived at my home.

They cut a hole in the ceiling, stripped off some soggy plaster and sheetrock tape from the ceiling, removed baseboards and tore back some carpeting, then left several large fans and two large dehumidifiers. I was told they would be back out the next day. The next day, I could tell when I got home they'd never been there. I called to find out what happened and was told "we tried to leave a message". Wow, really?

I have a phone at home (land line) a phone at work and a cell phone, FUNNY how I got NO MESSAGE. So then I was told someone would be out on Saturday at noon. Noon came and went, no one showed up. Called AGAIN, to be told the dude had an emergency to tend to elsewhere. So, not only did they apparently have one ONE person working Saturday, but apparently that fella didn't know how to use a phone and give me a courtesy call.

He never did show up. So I told my apt. manager about all this and the only thing that got accomplished today was Clean Response picking up their equipment, after they informed the manager they wouldn't be able to come out and actually fix anything for at least two weeks. So, my friends, if you ever have the misfortune of a flood or fire in your home and need an outfit to come help you, to be responsive and quick, DO NOT CALL CLEAN RESPONSE.

Having worked with Sam and Keith at Clean Response on a restoration project we had after a fire I cannot say enough good about the entire organization. They worked close with the insurance company making it easy for me. Any issues or additions that came up they took care of. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

These guys are simply amazing. The most helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsive of any cleanup service I contacted when my basement was flooded. This was not covered by insurance and they worked with me to get it done inexpensively. They guided me and advised me, provided equipment and helped me move furniture. They were on-site within the hour on the first call and every other time I needed them within a few hours. My wife and I can finally sleep. Thank you Clean Response, you're the best there is!

Clean Response is great! I had a very stressful situation with water damage and Clean Response came in, took charge and made sure everything was restored in a top notch, professional manner. Throughout the several month process, they were on top of everything. I hope to never have to deal with extensive water damage again, but if I do Clean Response will be the first call I make.

Great people to work with. More honest feel and better price than the other company we got a quote from. We did the clean-up and repair work ourselves and things were a little messier than we expected(nothing drastic) (only reason for 4/5 rather than 5/5,) but we got the all clear on our mold retest and would definitely use these guys again.

Our downtown Minneapolis condo had water damage in July of 2015. Clean Response was on site immediately with fans to dry out the hardwood floors. We thought we saved the hardwood floors but no we didn't. To make a long story short: My hubby and I had to move into a hotel for the time frame for remodeling our condo. We moved into a Residence Inn. We were told that it would be 4-5 weeks before we could move back in.

It was 5 weeks and 2 days from start to finish. The workers were amazing! I've done several projects using contractors and NEVER EVER have I had a project finish on time! I consider 2 days late, on time. Sam helped us so much with our insurance company. (do not have insurance with AAA.they suck when it comes to claims) His boss, Dave was instrumental in getting us into the condo 2 days earlier than anticipated.

The work was AMAZING! Charlie handled out hardwood floors and the transition from hardwood to ceramic tile. It is stunning! The value of our condo definitely went up after the remodel! If you have a project you need done in your home. Call Clean Response! You will not be disappointed!

I live in Connecticut and have a condo in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. We had a significant water leak from a copper pipe in the ceiling of the unit. Clean Response was quick to respond and very helpful. My tenant reported that they were very courteous and efficient. Very nice to deal with Sam Henry.
