Beautiful shades with professional installation in an awkward window setup. Custom made and even with the supply chain issues, these came in a timely manner. These are way above the off the shelf type. Great job and I highly recommend this company.

Our last house we used a different window company with okay results. This house we picked Peak Window Coverings. From the start Robert was great as our sales rep. Then Thomas and Brendon did our install and they were amazing and had such an attention to detail. We got the same exact blinds as one of those big franchises like we used last time and Peak's bid was much lower in cost and they were so professional. I highly recommend them.

Great staff, extremely helpful. Even though their location is a 35-minute drive for me, I would definitely return to have more shade repairs or to order new shades. Highly recommended.

Fixed/replaced slats on Bali wood blinds, and restrung two Hunter-Douglas roman shades and replaced parts. Easy to drop them off for repair. Highly recommended!

Peak Window Coverings did a great job for our church. Needed a repair and they were right out and fixed it right away.

The men picking up and delivering my blinds were great and after 20 years the blinds are so nice!

I have dropped of the wooden blinds and silhouette blinds for cleaning. I also had one that the cording had gotten ripped due to hail and broken windows. Peak window did a fantastic job, the price was a lot less than I expected and they were done pretty quick. I will use them again. Very happy with the entire process.

The owner has replied with a lie when he says that I didn't pay an outstanding balance. I paid for 2 blinds. The first blind was not wide enough for the window. I ordered and paid for the 2nd blind with a width of one more foot. At installation, the blind would not open properly. Thomas, the installer went to his van, got a saw, cut the mechanism open, and tried to fix the blind.

After this the blind would open but the vertical vanes would not rotate. At this point, I stopped payment on my 2nd check. Since Thomas made an unauthorized repair on the blind, Peak Window Coverings could not return the blind to Graber for a refund on a defective blind. Peak Window Coverings would not remove the blind or refund my money. I removed the blind myself which was very difficult because it is 14+ feet long.

I paid Best Way Disposal to haul it away. The owner is also mincing the truth when he says he offered to have a refund delivered to me. He offered to have one of his employees deliver a check to me for which I would have to sign. I told him that I no longer wanted any of his employees at my home since we had terminated relations on bad terms. He also told me that I could drive to his place of business to pick up and sign for the check.

I am a senior and try to only drive locally now. It is an hour round trip to his place of business and I didn't want to got there since we had terminated relations and were on bad terms. He refused to send me a check by way of UPS or Fed Ex with a tracking number so he would know that it had been delivered. Lowe's has replaced the blind. They are having a 30% off sale on Bali blinds.

The installer that Lowe's is using is excellent. I am going to have Lowe's do the rest of my blinds. I will recover the $388 that I lost to Peak Window Coverings by having Lowe's do the rest of my blinds. They are treating me really well! Following is my original review and the owner's reply: To the owner of Peak Window Coverings of Colorado Springs: if you don't want potential customers to read negative things about your company, don't be so negative, stubborn, and unaccommodating.

I removed the defective headrail (14.5' long), valance (14.5' long) and disposed of them myself because the owner of the company refused to do so. I am a 70 year old single woman. This wasn't easy for me. He has also refused to refund my money by sending me a check. He has demanded that I come pick it up. This company does a lot of commercial sales and installations. So, if you are a residential customer, don't expect to be treated well. Residential customers don't matter to this company because the huge profit making is from their commercial sales and installation.

Glad they were available locally because big box stores and online shopping has its place but these guys are a great solution for window blinds cleaning and repairs.

This company is the best to work with, we couldn't be more pleased. Over many years we have worked with many companies, they out shine them all! Actually, five stars doesn't give them enough credit! All are professional, yet easy to talk with, they listen to our desires and make them work. You can depend on them to be on time and maintain contact through out the process. We had a complex, south facing, large window wall that needed both sun exposure protection and heat retention for winter.they did it and did it superbly!
