I wasn't able to pick up my jacket as scheduled. I called them the next day. The old man answered the phone and said he will check and call me back later. He didn't that day. So I called again the next day. The same guy answered and started to question me why I called him so often. At last, he said I should not bother him again. Is this how customer service here?

I wish I could explain my experience considering I scheduled an appointment for today but no call and no show. I called the company 3 separate times and no answer. Very very bad first impression. I'd rather pay more money for someone who actually follows through with an appointment. Very disappointed!

I had this cleaning service for a couple of years. They have always done an ok job.not good, just ok. It would vary depending on who was sent. Throughout that time, there has been little mishaps here and there. Stolen cleaning items, damage caused to carpet and other personal items. I have a 1200sf town home, and was paying $90 for my bi weekly cleanings. Recently, they raised it to $135, and charged my account without telling me of the increase.

When I finally saw the increased charges, I asked them about it, they told me to shove it. The last cleaning they did, there was even more damaged items totaling over $100.but they let our indoor cat out.and left him out, and just left. To say this was distressing was an understatement, as we were hours away from home. As in previous conversations when things went wrong, Corrine, at Kelly, tells me that stolen items, damaged property and now loved ones getting out, and left out, happen all of the time, and is no big deal.

I disagree. I still have $2000 of carpet to replace due to a toilet cleaner incident, a $1000 whole in my wallet from them knocking over my motorcycles and a few $60 light switches that are broken.how does one break a light switch exactly? I try to do the right thing, and stick with a company that we could trust, not to absolutely destroy everything.

I am too forgiving when problems arise, but this last string of incidents, and their reaction, to me, a long time and loyal customer, is appalling. Did I mention they only do an ok job? _Response to owner comment _ Thanks Kathy for chiming in with a comment.no you never provided information that I was paying "hourly". If that were the case, I would have firmly disagreed as the red headed woman you sent would be on the phone most of the time, and moving like a snail the rest of the time. Care to get petty som more?
