5 Stars for the service! plus 5 Stars for efficiency! Well spent on what I paid for! My ceiling had a leak, so I called different companies, and ask for advice and a quote. Only to find that the main cause is running from clogged gutters according to Gutter Medics. They came back with the most professional knowledge of what we need to do, they explained everything in detail in a professional way.

Instead of just cleaning the gutter system, they've recommended a replacement that will fix all issues and surely not have the same leaks again. Their crews were the ROCK! They completed the job (redo the whole gutter) in less than a day!

A full renovation was needed to be done from my parents recently bought a house. So I started with the gutters, as this is their main issue. I called a few companies to get an estimate for a complete gutter system replacement but didn't like any of them. Until I found Gutter Medics, I already knew we will get a nice deal! My parents really liked them too and here we go getting our gutters to fix finally!

We had a fantastic experience getting our gutter and siding work done by Gutter Medics. I had a leak in one part of my roof to the walls and was considering getting a basic repair or a longer-term fix. After getting a third party to inspect my roof, the result was a series of potential repairs on the gutters and sidings to increase the longevity of our walls and general maintenance.

We talked to a few companies and felt like Gutter Medics, was the best option based on price, responsiveness, and knowledge! They even took the time to walk me through a few options. The team was very hardworking, very courteous, and did work efficiently, without any drama or involving me when they didn't need to. His crew was professional and respectful of our home when adding a new membrane. They completed the job not only on time but they started a day earlier than scheduled! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Gutter Medics sales person was phenomenal in his presentation outside my home. Immediately, he gave me that confidence that the company was serious about its commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire quoting process was easy and everything was clearly explained. As for the job well that was a sight to behold. When they explained to me that they would take care of the entire roof's gutters, I thought they were kidding.

Kid they do not. They started at 8 am and we're done by 6 pm. There were issues during the day that were taken care of immediately and everyone was polite and professional. I must say, this was the first time I had to have my gutter system replacement and if this is the way the process goes, I would highly recommend this company.

I hired them for gutter cleaning and to find the cause of a leak we had in a bay window just before the winter hits in. They were extremely responsive and did a very quick and thorough job of taking care of our gutters. They were easy to work with. Also, they were above and beyond, in helping us figure out my leak and it turned out to be a plumbing issue internally, but they really went out of their way to honestly help me figure out where my problem was coming from. We used Gutter Medics for the 2nd time based on the excellent job they did on our gutter replacement, which was done in just one day, a few years back. Now on this project, it was our siding and they did an excellent job. Their workers are respectful, accommodating, clean, and most importantly deliver quality work. They paid real attention to detail, went over certain spots where we wanted more finish, without hesitation.

Their project manager, Shy, communicates well and follows up on any necessary details. All in all a very good experience with no regrets, which is not always the case with contractors. We recommend them without hesitation. Continued success to Gutter Medics!

You must be kidding me? At this cold and brutal place taught me that perfection is merely a fantasy. But I am very impressed, with this new gutter. What a perfect job! Amazing that the gutters were completed in a very short time. This kind of high-quality workmanship is of HIGH STANDARD. My gutter is really nice. Yesterday, October 21st, I had my gutters cleaned by Gutter Medics. They sent a team of 2 people. All 2 were professional and polite. They did an excellent job on the cleaning of my gutters, which probably has not be cleaned in over 2 or 3 years! (We just bought the house this year which is located in Downers Grove.) The gutters on our home look brand-new now! Thank you for doing a great job!

Most professional people I've had clean my gutters! Great job, fair price, nicest workers and so very respectful of both my property/plants. I can see the interior of my gutters on the overhangs, and they looked like new! Not a speck of debris left anywhere on the perimeter of my house! I recently had Gutter Medics come and do some gutter cleaning at my home as we are preparing for winter. From the very first call with Georgia, they were extremely friendly and professional! They came out and performed the estimate as promised and made sure that I received it timely. When their team came to clean the gutters, they were both friendly and professional!

Because of the great service I receive, I asked for an additional quote for some additional services. It was refreshing to work with a company that actually prides themselves on great Customer Service. They have gained a lifetime customer!

The team at Gutter Medics does a great job with being responsive to your needs. I have been using them for the past 3 years for gutter cleaning services. They come out and get the job done seamlessly. I don't even need to be home which is great for my crazy work schedule! The workers have been professional and courteous and they never leave a mess! Just had Gutter Medics out for the first time to inspect and clean our Gutters. I can't say enough good things. They were timely, efficient, and very thorough in the clean up.

I had an appointment between 12:00 and 3:00 and as 3:00 o'clock passed I called the office to see if they were coming out. The secretary answered and said they were running late. I told her I took the day off work for this appointment but she didn't really care. They called me at 5:30 and said they were on there way. I was not happy and refused to let them work on my house and make money. Do not let this happen to you. call someone else! BAD, BAD, BAD.

I just stopped using Gutter Medics because I think its fall cleaning crew made a major mistake last fall. The owner said that I could not prove they made a mistake, but it would be impossible to prove it. The spring cleaning crew at my house last week said that the fall crew is not as thorough and attentive to detail as they are; thus, my belief that the fall crew made a major mistake was substantiated. I asked the owner for a credit and was denied. The owner chose to believe that his fall crew is infallible and chose to lose me as a customer.

I had Gutter Medics come out to inspect issues with my gutters. I ended up having to replace a couple downspouts and seal/replace some miters. They gave me a quote and I did think it was high but I was thinking to myself perhaps gutters are expensive and that's just a normal rate so I agreed. After they were done with the downspouts, I told my family and friends how much I paid for the work.

They could not believe I paid that much. I called and canceled the rest of the work. Too little too late but I did some research and actually called up some companies and I found that I paid pretty close to a new gutter system. Also, you would think they used some state of the art material. Nope! At the end of the day, I blame myself. They can charge whatever they like. I should have done some research before agreeing. I learned a valuable lesson. From now on get a quote from at least 3 companies.

We used gutter medics! The guys that came out were awesome! They cleaned our gutters, scooping out all of the leaves and gunk. They then washed out the gutters to look for leaks, the blew them with a leaf blower to make sure they were spotless and dry. Definitely recommend. Ask for Justin! He did a great job.

Do NOT recommend. Pricing was fair enough for cleaning gutters and some were cleaned but we checked our gutters afterward and some were still thick with previous years' leaves and debris. The worst thing is that the gutter cleaning is but the gateway to your wallet for this company. The service guy told me that he recommended we install more brackets, that we didn't have enough.

And he recommended bigger downspouts on one side of the house. Someone from the office would call with a quote. The call was very disappointing. I can't detail it all but suffice to say they recommended $2,000 worth of work that would involve repitching the gutters (completely removing them and reinstalling them) and said this was based on pictures the service guy took.

I asked about the brackets --- no that's not the problem. I asked for a written quote and copy of the photos. She said "I don't have photos." Definitely felt like they were just trying to sell me something they thought I would buy.

What a huge rip off! My husband scheduled them to come out on a recommendation of a neighbor, so we didn't do any research: ugh! Called them out to clean gutters and were told we had to pay $125 extra because we had screens on the gutters and that was time intensive. 2 guys were out about 40 minutes.heard a drill once and found them in the truck most of the time!

Really time intensive? Also, the siding on the house was totally dirty and the yard was a mess with all the debris! We were told when they left that we needed some repairs so we decided to shop around. Imagine this we have someone coming tomorrow for 1/3 of the price they quoted us!

A rip off. $175 and they were here for less than 20 minutes. And they left a mess. I am sure you can find someone less inclined to steal from people. I don't care what your minimum service call cost is, you should have the discretion, and common sense, to charge less if the job warrants it. never again

I have used this company a few times this year and last year. Great people. They have cleaned my gutters and did a repair and put in a new downspout. Professional and great communication. I would recommend and I will use again.

This was the only company that charged a fee to come out and quote. The woman on the phone was convincing enough that I had them come out despite my initial hesitation about the fee. The quote they provided wasn't even on company letter head, even though their argument for charging quote fees and hirer prices was professionalismand being a full time business.

It was typed in the body of an email. After talking to other companies, the gutter solution they provided to solve my drainage problem wasn't the proper way to do it. I felt cheated that I had paid the $75 fee for nothing so I had them clean my gutters and apply the fee to the work. They left splattered dirt on my siding and door from throwing down the debris. When I sent them pictures they apologized and offered to come back to clean it. Bottom line I will follow my gut in the future and also will not recommend them.
