Worst experience and I definitely donated $130.00. I called for a Sunday appointment and was told they needed to check with someone that likes to work extra hours. Judy accepted the job. I wanted the empty townhome cleaned before I moved in. During the walk through of the empty home I pointed out the stove, blinds, and baseboards as being most important along with simple dusting and cleaning of window seals.

The place wasn't dirty just real dusty actually. Judy arrived 30 mins late called her boss speaking in another language to say this job will take 4 hours, NOT but ok. She arrived looking sleepy with a t-shirt hanging and no bra long eye lashes looking like she just came from the club. States I can leave and come back. I had other thinks to do so I did leave, I shouldn't have.

Upon my return all she did was wipe down the kitchen island, mop already clean floors, wipe down already cleaned bathrooms and vacuum. Blinds still dirty, window seals dirty, stove smeared with cleaning solution, refrigerator with crumbs, cabinets and drawers with crumbs and my stainless steel refrigerator scratched. The bathroom drawers make-up shadow remained.

I sent the person a message that made the appointment and no return follow up call but you can best believe that check was cashed. I had to go in and clean and now in need of paying another cleaning service to come out for the blinds and baseboards.

One of the worst experience I've had with a service. They show up 90 mins early during a work meeting, then their boss calls 30 mins later saying, "They will be there in 60 mins." Me: "They're already here and have been since 9:15am" Her: "Oh I told them to wait." Me: "They interrupted my work calls, I'm not happy." So I go back to work, let it slide.

I had told them before they came that the house needed to be picked up (mainly children's toys, I had just gotten back from a conference the day before). I see three missed calls while I'm on my work calls. I call them back around 10:50am (original appointment was 10:45am) and walk downstairs. They're gone, all the lights in my house are on, and there's about 6-7 bags of trash (not even closed) sitting in my dining room. Turns out the house was "too cluttered and they needed to do an evaluation beforehand" even though I explicitly told them that on the phone beforehand. Summary: -Left without telling me -Showed up way before the time slot we agreed upon and were so disorganized even dispatch didn't know -Left a ton of open trash bags on my dining room floor, not closed or taken out -Didn't follow my instructions on decluttering the mess Worst cleaning experience I've ever had, as you can see I don't write many reviews (but have been a member forever) so something really has to bother me or impress me for me to write something like this. DO NOT GO WITH THESE CLEANERS UNLESS YOUR HOUSE IS ALREADY CLEAN! PS. Forgot to mention I speak polish and the one female maid was talking trash about my house and myself when she saw what she had to clean, extremely unprofessional.

I don't know who or what has changed with this company over the last year, but I will never use their services again, solely based on the phone call that I just had. On a recent visit, the women simply did not do a good job. They were scheduled to come out today to re-do the work. They were able to come earlier than expected (huge plus), they were respectful, and did a far better job than before. Moments after they leave, I had missed 3 back to back calls from their office because I was in the washroom.

One of the women came back in and asked for me to call. I said, "sure, no problem. Is something wrong?". She said that sure, but if I could please call them. Now, side note- I had not filled out the credit card authorization form previously because I wasn't happy with the work. Just before the women initially left my house, I had forwarded the form to my office staff and asked if they could fill it out and send it in.

Cut to the phone call. The woman on the other end tells me that I need to pay because the card on file doesn't work. I explained, "I know. It is an old card, but my staff will be calling you with the new info". Two different times I'm put on hold without asking if I'm okay to be put on hold.just suddenly there was silence. Unprofessional, but okay.

For very literally 5 minutes straight, the woman is speaking to me in a raised voice and an accusatory tone about how I need to pay them and that the card on file isn't working. I lost count of how many times I had to say, "I know that. it is an old card. My office staff will call you with the new credit card information.what is the problem?" This turns into her demanding "what staff? what is your business name? what is the address? who will be calling?" Finally I started to have a very serious tone in my voice because how offensive can you be?

I asked, "why do you need to know my company's address?" She goes off again and I said, "I run a company with 5-8 people in my office. I just sent the form to them maybe 5 minutes ago. They will call you with my company card as soon as they have a moment. I don't see what the problem is." To which she responds, "the problem is that we performed services that you need to pay for and the card that we have is not working.

You need to pay with cash, credit, or check now, while we are there." There are few times where I have ever been so flabbergasted and offended. I finally told her, "I do not appreciate the accusatory way that you are speaking to me. You are treating me as if this is 5 months down the line and I'm outright refusing to pay, when I have told you from the beginning that my staff will call you with the information today.

In no way, shape, or form did I say that I wasn't going to pay." She upsettingly said, "when today? They need to call during the day." I told her in absolute amazement, "well they obviously aren't going to call at 1 in the morning. I will never use this company again based on this phone call alone." With an uncaring, almost challenging voice, even more raised than before, "OKAY. THAT IS FINE." I run a restoration company and recently started recommending them for cleanups.

Dear god, I will never stop telling any company or homeowner this story. I just genuinely can not believe how I was just treated over the phone. I understand the importance of paying on time and making sure that you are paid on time. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to follow up and again, I never said that I wasn't going to pay. From the first response, I said every time that my staff will call you with the correct information and that I had JUST emailed them regarding it. And then you're going to challenge me on what my business is? Unreal.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! AVOID! I paid $335 to have a move in clean done. They sent 2 people who could not communicate in English what so ever. They completely skipped wiping down the base boards & cabinets. The company has zero resolution for us. So now I'm doing their work I paid the company to do. This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used! Use anyone else.

Euromaids provides low quality cleaning services. This past Tuesday, the cleaning provider did not take anything off the shelves and just cleaned around the bathroom counter-tops, dumped dirty water in the bathtub without cleaning the tub and left the kitchen filthy. I took pictures of the dirt left around the home. When I called for a refund, they refused to accommodate and still charged me 75.00 for an hour worth of horrible cleaning services. I would not recommend inviting such poor service into your home. Not only do they provide poor service, but they also lack customer service skills.

On August 1, 2016 Euro Maids cleaned our house. Upon walking into our basement (on August 1, 2016) we discovered a bleach stain on the carpet. The carpet was still wet and smelled like bleach. Immediately we contacted Euro Maids and they requested that I email a picture of the stain. After receiving the picture, a representative from Euro Maids contacted me and said that they would be sending someone out to inspect the damage the same day (August 1, 2016).

Shortly thereafter a representative came by the house to see the damage. They apologized and said that someone would be reaching out to me the next day. By noon the next day, nobody contacted me, so I called them. I spoke to a lady who I believe is the owner. She apologized and told me that she would like to send someone out to see what they can do to fix the carpet.

She also assured me that the carpet would be fixed to my satisfaction. She offered to send someone to "Cut a piece" of carpet from somewhere else the carpet is installed - I informed her that this would not work because there is no place to cut a piece of carpet as there are no closets anywhere in our basement that has carpet in it. She then offered to "Color" the carpet - to try and match the bleach stain with the carpet color.

I told her that was also unacceptable. At this point I requested her insurance information. She told me that she did not want to go through her insurance because her rates would go up to much. She told me that she was going to replace the carpet out of her own pocket and sent someone out to the house to measure the carpet. I told her that I would still like her insurance information as the carpet cost would be way to much for her cover out of pocket - I estimated that the carpet would cost between $5,000 and $9,000.

She said while it was a lot of money she would pay it out of pocket. I told her I didn't care who paid as long as my carpet was like it was before they spilled bleach on it. A gentlemen, came out to the house and measured the carpet. The following day I got a call from owner of Euro Maids stating that the cost was going to be too much and that she was now going to go through her insurance.

I've now been dealing with EuroMaids insurance company for over a month now. They only want to pay me a small fraction of what it is going to cost to replace the carpet. Please consider this review when choosing a maid service. Very disappointed.

We love their service and have been using them for almost a year. Erika and Luis are amazing. Occasionally, we get assigned an alternate cleaning crew but have yet to be let down.
