This is not the first time Fuzzy Wuzzy has come to the house. This time to measure and cut pads for area rugs. They were out immediately and done. I so appreciate the fast and competent service.

Cleaned a large 10+ year-old area rug. Knowledgeable in inspecting the rug and didn't try to up-sell any unnecessary additional services. Rug cleaned and deodorized. The rug felt pretty close to new and no offensive/overbearing chemicals from the deodorizing. Free pick-up and delivery was definitely a bonus. Service: Area rug cleaning

I asked a friend for recommendations for someone to clean heavy pet staining from our area rug. She recommended Fuzzy Wuzzy. I'd heard of them, but never needed their help before. When I called, they promptly answered their phone. After explaining my situation they offered to come pick up my rug at my convenience. They had a current special on rug cleaning.

They also have a process whereby they can soak the entire rug for a few days in a special solution to remove pet stains and odors. This was extra, but worth it. The rug was returned in one week, as promised, on the date I requested. All smells and stains were gone, and the blue colors returned to vibrancy. The technician even used the dual-sided tape I had to secure the rug from sliding around on my slippery wood floors.

The technician was polite and helpful. It was very easy to pay too as among the many options was a website accessible through a link in my emailed invoice. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

I've really appreciated their service and customer relations! They cleaned two really nice Oriental rugs for me, and they did a lovely job! Plus, I appreciate the representative giving me all the information on how to care for the cleaned and scotch-guarded rugs. Special bonus points for being honest with me on what I need and don't need for my rug and flooring. Not being sold more than I need really instills trust in them, and how they care for their customers. I will keep using their service!

I've used Fuzzy Wuzzy before, and they've always done great work. My 15 year-old large area rug was due for a cleaning. The man from Fuzzy Wuzzy who arrived this morning to take the rug pointed out how it was deteriorating, where the glue was dissolving through the backing, and suggested I might be happier buying a new rug at this stage rather than spending the money to have it cleaned.

He shared what to look for in a better rug next time. The rug didn't look that terrible to me, well, except for the dog hair, and I'm so grateful for the honest assessment. Fuzzy Wuzzy came all the way out to my home, left without the job, and earned my lifetime business.

Fantastic communication - I don't think I've ever had a company that cared about keeping their word or being transparent as much as FW was. I didn't really have to lift much of a finger - someone came out and helped me roll it up and another person dropped it off. EZPZ. Really excited to have my rug nice and clean (and it ended up being cheaper than the original quote)!

I am so beyond impressed with this company! Not only were they very responsive but they were also incredibly reliable. I decided to get my rug cleaned rather than buying a whole new and I am very happy with my decision to do so. I have a black cat and a white rug so the hair was very noticeable. Not only that but there were even several stains including one from red wine which I never thought I would have been able to get out. However, when I got my rug back not only were all the stains gone but my rug looked brand new. I'm so happy with Fuzzy Wuzzy and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Fuzzy Wuzzy picked up and cleaned my 9X12 wool Oriental carpet, and then delivered back it to me. Their prices are reasonable and their service was excellent. From my first online contact to the telephone call to make the appointment to the pickup and delivery of my now clean carpet Fuzzy Wuzzy staff were professional and courteous. I have used Fuzzy Wuzzy to clean a very large Persian rug and they did an outstanding job. The carpets were cleaned for about $270; the technician spent only 15 minutes at the property and unfortunately, the pet smells were reduced but not removed. I called back unhappy and was able to get a re-do a week later. After a 2nd cleaning the smells were gone! Great customer service to get something re-done free of charge; only complaint is that I had to wait another week and left most of my furniture in the living room for a week since they don't offer help moving stuff out of your room.

Exceptional service and a thorough cleaning! Jens was a true professional who let us know exactly when he'd be at our house so we could plan accordingly. He detailed what methods he was using to rid our rugs of stubborn stains (all came out beautifully!) and he was very diligent in working hard to do a genuinely great job. We are very satisfied and will use them again. Great value.

Wow, they just delivered my 1980 Chinese rugs. They look better than when I bought them. Too bad I can't post pictures. It shows the cleaned rug next to the uncleaned rug. They were both purchased at the same time. The difference is night and day. Through the years I have tried to use a rug shampooer, but obviously it is not the same as professional cleaning.

The fringe was so filthy I just duct taped it under. They took off the duct tape and got it spotless white again. The price was very reasonable considering the results. We are going to send them more!

Called for a quote. I gave them the exact measurements down to the inch. They gave me a quote I could live with so I moved my furniture, rolled it up, and loaded it into the car. NOT an easy task. (It might have been nice if this woman could have mentioned the free pick up, sheesh.) I got there and the woman measured it and of course it was exactly the same measurement as I said on the phone.

But the price went up 50 bux anyway. I understood 13.00 bux in taxes but the rest was a 'service fee' they neglected to let me know about on the phone I am guessing because they know that once someone moves all their furniture and hauls the rug up there they are probably going to go along with whatever they say. It isnt that the extra fee was so much money, it was just the deceit that really ticked me off.

I re-rolled it and threw it over my shoulder then back into the car and off to Emanuells in Sodo, where I should have gone in the first place. Lousy and deceitful customer service.

Fuzzy Wuzzy Wasn't Very Fuzzy Wuzzy - was he? Substitute "fair", "reasonable", or "customer-oriented" for the second FW, and that's my FW experience in a nutshell. I drove 45 minutes from my current residence, to a different house, where the rug is stored. I'd been given a 1 1/2 hour window (1:00PM-2:30PM) for pickup, and arrived at 12:45PM.

I found a note in the door: "Sorry we missed you; please reschedule". I called at 12:50PM, and was told by the driver, that it was convenient for him to come earlier, and he couldn't return that day: he was too far away. (So, I didn't just miss him; he came really, really early.) He did not apologize. Why should I reschedule, and go through this charade again: driving a significant distance to honor a rug pickup time window that is meaningless to the company? I will not be doing business with them.

Sewage contamination of basement carpet, they were able to come within 48 hr of call and haul away and sanitize. Had used them before, very courteous, efficient, helpful. A bit pricey, perhaps, and their website listed a local # for Corry's Cleaners, evidently their new partner, but the lady answering the phone had no clue about Fuzzy's services or capabilities. That said, great job!

On time, on quote, courteous service, and slam dunk job cleaning my very good Oriental rugs. Highly recommend, with no reservations. Funny name for a business, but the quality of the work is a 10.

About the cleaning - when my rug was picked up to be cleaned we discussed a repair to be done to the corner of the rug where my dog had chewed. This was an extra fee and to paid in additon to the actual cost to clean it. My rug was dropped off this morning about a week late and to my surprise the gentleman told me that they didn't do the repair to the rug because it would have cost more than what they originally quoted me.

They didn't even bother to call me and give the opportunity to approve a higher cost to fix the rug (which I would have done to have had it done right)! They just assmed that I wouldn't want the repair done instead of picking the phone up and calling me to inquire. Not the best practice. So while my rug was cleaned very nicely and I am happy with the cleaning, it has not been repaired and I wasn't given a heads up that it wasn't going to be done as per our agreement until the moment they dropped it off.

The oriental rungs I have were expensive & important to me. One was over 60 years and not replaceable. I called them for a price. It was not cheap but I decided to go with them. Their guy came out, picked them up. He brought them back the following week. They looked better then when I bought them. I am so pleased that shoes are no longer allowed in my house. It was well worth the price.

Okay, so generally, I am getting ready for work (like most Americans) in the morning. So, when I make an appointment to come get something (IE. a rug) from my home, I'm pretty much on standby until said persons arrive. With that being said, I had an AM appointment for them to pick my rug up and they were 30-40 minutes late. Okay - I understand Seattle traffic, so I let it go.

Fast forward one week, where they were an hour late to drop it off (AGAIN). My house isn't that far from their University District office, so I'm confused how that happened. Whatever - I should have just dropped it off/picked it up myself. Now, to the rug. My dog shit all over my new PB wool rug. It was disgusting. They manged to get MOST of the stain out.

I mean, it was really bad, so I'm surprised they got that much out. I didn't opt for the enzyme deodorizer for an extra 70 bucks, and am thinking I maybe should have, but whatever, I can deal with what I got. Anyway - give them a shot, but unless you love waiting for people to show up (or assume +30 minutes to the time they tell you), drop it off yourself.
