We have been in business since 1985, when Brett VandenBrink started cleaning windows door to door during his sophomore year in college. The business was started in an apartment in Burien. Brett mostly worked from West Seattle through Burien and Des Moines. His best friend, Matt Turcott, spent the first summer working with him. In August, Brett fell and broke both of his arms while posing for a picture of himself nailing a sign on a telephone pole from a ladder. The casts only went to his elbows, and the tuxedo covered them just fine in most of the pictures.

We've had AA come out twice. Both times their technician was on time for the job, did the job well while, didn't leave a huge mess behind so I didn't have to do work after the work. We ordered the works from AA: roof cleaning, window washing, and concrete pressure washing. Owen showed up on time, addressed all of my concerns, and did a great job. Had them come out and clean my roof and gutters. They did a great job, even commented out loud how they did the best job out any contractor or service I've hired throughout the years. Roof and gutters were clean and even better you couldn't find any evidence that they were there after how well they cleaned up. Problem was we have an older roof and apparently some of the moss was plugging holes in it.
First good rain and we could quickly tell it was leaking. Contacted them and they quickly responded and sent someone out right away to check if it was anything they did. Turns out it wasn't and it was our old roof. I feel very satisfied they made things right when the roof started leaking. They are professional, prompt, and great work. Will definitely call them again to clean my new roof.

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning does a great job. Thomas was our technician for today's roof blow and gutter cleaning. Thomas was very professional and thorough. He did a great job with the clean up of debris.there was a ton. We also appreciate the moss control application/clean that is provided yearly. Once you are scheduled for ongoing services the process is seamless and one less task to worry about. We have been a customer for 2 years and are very happy with the service.

They are professional and expert at their job. We had another company clean our gutter for years and we hired AA window who came out and told us we needed to have our roofed looked at because of premature failure. Turns out they were right on and the previous company just blindly cleaned our roof. Luckily we were in warranty period. Just happy they clean well but "inspect" as well. I'll use AA from now on.
