Our experience with Chet's went very smoothly. We were met with courtesy & professionalism from setting up an appointment to the actual cleaning. Our carpet and upholstery, which hadn't been cleaned in several years, had pet stains, red wine stains & even purple nail polish. Chet's technicians, Zack & Alex, did a remarkable job of getting rid of the stains (including the nail polish); they were friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. This was our first time using Chet's, but it won't be the last.

Had a wonderful first time experience using Chet's. From speaking with Tammy on the phone, meeting *the* Chet for our consult, and working with Jeremy for our cleaning, everyone was friendly, professional, kind, and very easy to talk to. We have high pile carpet throughout most of the main living areas in our home and I could NOT believe the difference after Jeremy was done.

From start to finish throughout the entire process everyone was an absolute dream to work with. Even having no small kids, no pets, and a weekly housekeeper, I could not believe how dirty our carpet was. Chet's is the best of the best and I highly recommend them!

The two techs that worked on my carpets, Jerelle and Ashely could not have been more awesome! They were professional, tidy, clean AND very nice! I could not have had a better experience! Nicole was on time and adjusted her schedule to accommodate my need to be done early. She was professional and took the time to greet my dog and 2 cats- all of whom adored her instantly. A big surprise because my dog is a rescue and usually doesn't approach people she doesn't know. Nicole helped me move some of the smaller items in the room that would have strained my back to lift.

She was thorough and explained every part of the procedure she followed. She was careful to put down protection to keep the rest of my house clean. Nicole was very thorough yet worked at a good pace to be done well before I had to leave. You are lucky to have Nicole working for you. She is the best representative your company could have. I enjoyed meeting her.

Zach was AMAZING! He was on time, took extra care to make sure our carpet and floor was spotless and communicated VERY well through the whole procedure. This was the best service we ever had. We had Chet's Cleaning do our tile, clean and seal. Wow! Joe did great work. What a difference between the before and after makes. Our tile is a glossy white and now looks like new again. Joe was professional and addressed all our concerns with the tile. What a money saver to have the floors cleaned instead of replaced. The company's Estimator, Tyler, did a great job of explaining the process and doing a test in a high traffic area of the kitchen. We recommend Chet's Cleaning for all your tile cleaning and maintenance.

Just had my tile floors and carpet upstairs professionally cleaned. I highlight word professionally. The final amount paid was exactly per estimate. The crew worked diligently, and performed an amazing job. I was thinking remodeling my floors but now this clean restored my tile and carpet to originally New looking clean condition and saved me tons of remodeling cost. I m very satisfied with the quality of cleaning. Carpets are soft and bright. Tile is clean and shiny.

We called Chet's to get carpet cleaned after our puppy vomited on the white wall to wall carpet. While we were at it, we also had Chet's quote and clean three area rugs and carpet staircase runner that had gotten dingy from daily use. All in all, from the phone scheduler to estimator to the actual service technician, I have nothing but high praise for the professional service that I received from Chet's staff.

Our technician, Cody, and his ride along, Chris, were very friendly and courteous. Cody was personable and knowledgeable about the variety of fibers our area rugs and carpet were constructed from and how best to clean them. They took care to protect my hardwood floors and staircase banister as they worked with the hoses throughout our house. They were also good about keeping the front door closed as much as possible on this rather chilly morning. Thank you for the high caliber service. I would not hesitate to recommend Chet's to any of my friends for carpet cleaning.

I am SO pleased with the service I've received from Chet's Cleaning. It starts with the friendly service on the phone when scheduling the appointment to the professional techs that come to the house. We had our curtains cleaned, stored and re-hung. The young man that re-hung them (I think his name was Tyler) was friendly and took pride in hanging them to my satisfaction. Zack cleaned our upholstery.

There were stains that I did NOT expect to come out, and would have understood if they didn't. But Zack took the time and got every stain I and spot out. I appreciate that they were both very professional and considerate of the fact that I was working from home while they were doing their jobs. Many contractors leave a mess after they leave, Chet's employees always leave things as clean, or cleaner, than when they arrived. I will use ONLY Chet's for any of my cleaning needs in the future. I will also recommend them to any friend or family that is looking for the services provided by Chet's.

Chet's is the best. Always does a beautiful job and very professional Jonathan and Lawrence did a fantastic job as always. Don't waste your time or money with any other company.

Chet's broke two plastic pieces on two sets of my blinds and told me that there was nothing they could do when they returned the cleaned blinds to me. The owner pointed to the waiver that they had me sign, but that was just saying they may not be able to get things fully clean, because there could be sun damage. They broke the plastic because they were careless and said, "well, it was brittle." After I told the owner that this wasn't right and the pieces should be replaced, he said he would try to get replacement pieces.

He said he would call me within a week. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard back. Do not do business with this company, they will not be considerate of you, your time or your property. There is more that I am unhappy with in my experience with this company, but I think I have said enough.

I just want to say "Thank You"! You are very professional and my large wool rugs and customs drapes look like new! I am looking forward to having our sofa and chairs cleaned ~ even though the wait is longer due to the "2020 shut down". ~Super highly recommend this company and will be telling my friends and neighbors about you guys!

I had used a large local cleaning service in the past. They were OK. Then I read the reviews on Chet's and thought I'd give them a try. From the initial visit where the experienced estimator gave me the price estimate through to the cleaning done of two chairs and an ottoman yesterday, I am beyond thrilled with the results. These people are perfectionists.

They really care about cleaning whatever is needed and will not stop going through their arsenal of tools unless it will damage the upholstery. If they can't clean it, it cannot be cleaned. I will never go anywhere else unless I move out of the area.

I have used this cleaner for my rugs for years. They are amazing. They do a wonderful job cleaning your items and they are very respectful of your home. These are very nice people. I was very ill and they held my items for over a year. They were very understanding which was nice when you are going through a lot in your life. I would never use anyone else.

I recently had a large window shade cleaned by Chet's. They did an awesome job! I was about to spend nearly $1,200 on a new one. Glad I decided to get it cleaned instead. It looks like brand new!

Didn't want to be the 1st to not give 5 stars. Possibly a 3.5 for stars. Never had grout steam cleaned and sealed before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Both jalen & Christine were very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I just thought all of my grout would be the same color when finished. I have 3-4 areas that are very dark. Perhaps I was expecting too much? But for over $1100?

Al and Christine were timely, efficient, AND both educational and personable! I felt comfortable with them in my home and they did amazing job. You know the dust you get in edges of carpeting?.GONE. spots. GONE. Cat hair GONE! Yes they WERE more expensive but OH MY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My white carpets are not getting replaced and my fear of another cleaning if dark purple fading is also GONE! AMAZING SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! NEXT TIME IM ASKING THEM To bring a product called Encap to trap dirt and a grooming rake to get those animal hairs! THANK YOU CHETS CLEANING!

I have used Chet's for over 30 years. The most recent experience was to clean my Hunter Douglas Luminette Sheers and remove water stains from my Silhouette Shade. They did an outstanding job from the initial call to the rehanging after cleaning. The company has maintained it's high level of customer service, and it's reputation for quality work down through the years.

All staff contacts are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They treat the customer as "King" and "Queen" and it is no act. They go out of their way to keep their customer commitments. In fact, to help me coordinate the rehanging of my window treatments during a busy time for them, Chet, the owner assisted his crew by doing the job himself!

I found this business through positive reviews on Yelp, & am so glad I connected with this company! Everyone, from the scheduler on the phone to the wonderful service provider that came to our home to the nice follow-up to make sure we were satisfied was polite, professional & a real pleasure to deal with. The work was great, our chair and rug look so much better! I recommend this company highly and will definitely be using them again for any future cleaning needs!

I found Chet's after searching for furniture at a high end reconsignment shop. They came highly recommended by the staff there. I was looking to have 2 floors of carpeting cleaned but ended up replacing one floor with hardwood. They came out right away to give an estimate. I was impressed that they covered their shoes before coming in, showed me how to correctly spot treat the carpet as well as gave me realistic ideas on what to expect from their cleaning.

The price was definitely more than I was used to paying but I decided to give them a try. I needed to reschedule due to remodeling parts of my home and they were understanding. On the day of cleaning, they called to let me know they were on their way and what time to expect them. Two young men, Dev and Pat, came and protected my front door, laid down coverings to protect the tile floor in my entryway and put on clean rubber shoe covers over their shoes.

They took their time and my carpet has never looked better. It smells better, is visibly cleaner, softer, just all around pleased. Devon and Pat showed me the one spot they were unable to clean due to it being stained by an older piece of furniture that used to be placed there. They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they did, how to best let the carpet dry, gave me a bottle of carpet cleaner and booties to protect the carpet if I had to walk on it. I've never received such detailed service from a cleaning service. They took longer then any other service I've used in the past but the results were infinitely better. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was hands down the best carpet cleaning experience ever. Chet's accommodated my scheduling on short notice and sent an excellent technician out to do the work. We couldn't be happier with the results and Devin was as polite and professional in demeanor as he was thorough and careful in his work. It may cost more than other big name services but the results are superior and worth the investment.

Once again Chet's has exceeded our expectations. We use them for everything in our home. They miraculously dyed and repaired our carpet after a spill, total lifesavers! Their level of professionalism is unparalleled in any industry. They are the best of the best.

After having less than satisfactory cleaning done at Hagopian, we got a recommendation to use Chet's service for our oriental area rugs. We couldn't be more pleased. We had four rugs cleaned and treated. They came back with vibrant colors, looking beautiful. We were pleased with every aspect of our contact. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, professional cleaning experience! I had my entire house done the other day and it took them approximately 10 hours to finish. The two men that came to the house couldn't have been more professional, courtesy and thorough. They got a majority of all the stains out of both our furniture and rugs -- which isn't an easy feat in our house full of children and pets.

I wouldn't think to use anybody else! The last time I used Modernistic to do the same job and NOTHING looked clean and the service was sub-par. There is obviously a bot of a price difference between the 2 companies but in this instance -- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Thanks Chets ~ Ashley

After being shocked that my cat sprayed on the corner of my new sectional, a friend recommended that I call Chet's. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, the stain was removed (cat urine smells awful and there's no trace of it now) and I also had the sectional scotch guarded for future protection. Very pleased and will call in the future if anything happens again! Technician Devin is professional and friendly:)
