Today, Matt, a third generation Broaddus, carries on the tradition of bringing quality dry cleaning services to Metro Detroit. He took over the operation from his father, Bill, in 2005 after his father was at the helm for 50 years. Dry cleaning services include laundered shirts, suits and ties, leather and suede, formal wear, draperies, bedding and household items.
Our professional prespotting stain removal process ensures that your garments are individually inspected and treated with the utmost professional care. When the jacket comes off it's the shirt that does the talking. Buttons are tightened or replaced at the first sign of wear and collars and cuffs are pressed to perfection.

I've used Quality Cleaners several times in the past year.the cleaning and everything associated with this business is way beyond my original expectation. Quality cleaners is best described by its moniker."Quality".! My clothes are always superbly clean and smell great. The phone staff is incredibly astute and very personable. Additionally, the phone representative is always helpful, effervescent & uber friendly. Additionally, the pick up/delivery person is incredibly friendly and is always helpful & respectful. Kudos to a great owner/manager as well as "hats off" to a wonderful, competent and very friendly support staff.!

I had two dresses dry cleaned. One dress was silk taffeta with stains under the armpit. It sat in my closet for 4 years with these stains, I think! It came out with no stains under the arms and looks great. Very satisfied. Prices are more than elsewhere I've been, but seems to be worth it from my experience.

Good dry cleaners. Great customer service. My first time going to this dry cleaners, I was welcomed by a really gracious woman who told me a bit about their business and their offerings. Also there's candy on the desk. The prices are a bit steep but I think it's comparable to the other dry cleaners in this area. Happy to support a local business with great service!

FANTASTIC FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. The owner, Matt, takes a genuine interest in his customers lives as well as their services requested. The alteration specialist, Susan, is not afraid to work with any type of material. She has informed me of every option I have for each repair, resize, or restyle. The company even offers a door-to-door delivery service! I guarantee this is the best one stop shop for high quality services at a reasonable price.

Did a great job getting my two suits cleaned on a very short notice, very polite staff and a very clean store. Little disappointed to have applied here for a job but they must not have an interest in a customer service specialist that has an interest in working for a quality company. Yet I will still go to this company for any dry cleaning needs and can urge you to do the same. 100% endorse this establishment

My clothes are always clean and pressed. I left behind gloves in a coat, and they neatly packaged those so I knew I had them back. Overall pricing is reasonable. It's a family business that's currently run by the son. There's a seamstress on site, who does a great job on alterations and repairs. Usually takes about a week, though she'll contact you if she's running behind schedule.
