I have 12+ years of great experiences with MMS. They have gone above and beyond countless times to ensure I am well taken care of. As a small business owner it really helps to feel confident in your supplier. I have purchased 2 truckmounts, endless amounts of chemicals/parts and a lot of flood equipment from MMS. I never feel the need to "shop around" as their prices are straight forward and their customer service is top notch.

MMS is my "Go To" destination for cleaning and maintenance solutions! Very professional and knowledgeable staff, including friendly and efficient checkout. I have great product experience and success for removing permanent ink stains and adhesive stains in carpet using "Ink Out",a nd "Trounce" for removing otherwise permanent stains left from adhesive tape on carpet surfaces.
They provided easy training on proper application of product as well. In addition, their advice for tackling other maintenance concerns and for purchasing appropriate cleaning equipment has proved invaluable. I can't say enough great things about MMS.

I would stay far from Michigan Maintenance Supply. I have multiple friends in the carpet cleaning business and they all gave me horrible reviews on the prochem encap machine. The sales guy told me my friends all have their heads shoved up their a$$ and they don't know what their talking about. I use a enclosed trailer for carpet cleaning and he told me anyone who uses a trailer for carpet cleaning has idiot written all over their forehead.
They were extremely rude, swearing constantly, trying to sell me crap equipment. I will tell every cleaner I come across to steer clear from this place. I wrote it all over the truck mount forums website which has over 16,000 cleaners and a lot of them are from Michigan. Do yourself a favor, go to advantage in novi or steamway in wayne. They both will treat you much better.

I recently purchased and had installed a Prochem Truckmount at Michigan Maintenance in Warren. From the start Mark, David, and the whole staff were great to deal with. Pricing was straight forward with no surprises or high pressure sales. The install of the machine was also fantastic. Everything was done professionaly by their mechanic in a matter of a couple days and the layout was great. They also had everything in stock including extra supplies and chemicals at great prices. I highly recomend Michigan Maintenance.
