KB Carpet Cleaners

I used Ken many times in the past and every time I felt he is trying increase his price after giving me a quote and every time I let it go. This time he told me cleaning will take 1 hour yet it took only 25 minutes and still he charged me extra. When I mentioned it to him, he was very rude about it. His customer service is extremely poor. His work is not anything better than anyone else but his price is higher. He is taking advantage of people.

We had a great experience with KB. Our child was given a tie dye kit for her birthday and this ended up on our carpet. The stains are pretty deep and multi colored. KB Carpets was straight forward in letting us know the stain will likely be permanent. However they cleaned our carpet (250 sq feet) throughly and only charged us $50. I appreciated their straight forwardness.

I have used Ken for quite a few years now. Last week Bob came to do a carpet cleaning and as our carpet is now about 8 years old we didn't expect a couple very heavily tracked and dirty spots to come clean. Bob did some some sort of magic and every part of our carpets look new. He was friendly, efficient, and respectful. I highly recommend KB Carpet Cleaners.

If I can give zero star I would but actually Kevin and is crew don't deserve any of our attention worse customer service and bad behavior. The owner Kevin moved out and have arrogant people working for him. Today they scheduled my house to clean and this guy name Rob or Bob came very arrogant person first he told me I have leakage on my top floor so I had to cancel my top floor then I was getting dawn stair done only it walking area and and 2 room my carpet is well maintained but they were trying to charge overboard if you want to charge at least give the service that people deserves.

First guy said he will charge us certain amount then he changed once we almost agreed. The guy all off a sudden walked away and got irritated. No patience no professionalism and very argumentative. Kevin the owner want to run the business from other state by giving such type of service. People have no humanity and sympathy I have 2 little kids I pick up everything from floor so I can have the service done but they treated us so bad.

They were doing our cleaning from long time but we always had issue but this time they very bad in treating us. I would never want these type of people coming to my house ever again my kids even notice Robert behavior and they are young and they said mama what a bad behavior the guy had. Even kids can see that I don't know how they can not notice there own behavior.

On time, through, clean, and trustworthy. Called them to clean the carpets in an apartment that were gross from prior tenant. Great job removing stains and pet urine! Thank you

We needed our carpet cleaned kb was recommended and because they dont use the typical hose to clean we gave them a try. Staff was friendly, prompt and professional

Ken came and cleaned our carpet and couch and was very professional. You can tell he is not just a stand-up business man, but a stand-up person by the way he conducts himself. His price is very fair and the quality of work is great! My wife and I highly recommend him!

I have left several phone messages for KB and no response! My prior landlord says she doesn't believe the carpets were professionally cleaned and demands a receipt as evidence. KB will not respond to my phone calls. I realize he's not legally obligated to provide a receipt (I paid cash) but I don't understand why he won't simply give me a receipt. Now, my prior landlord is charging me for carpet cleaning. I will NEVER use KB again!

Quoted me one price on the phone and added extra $30 upon arrival. I was very exact about the sq.ft, # of rooms etc. So there is no reason to change pricing, knowing people will most likely agree to pay cause they have taken the time to be home etc etc. I don't like shady unprofessional businesses. And I was a repeat customer, asked if he could do an extra small space and he said no. He is very short and rude.

I hired KB to come clean our office carpets. He did an amazing job previously at a rental I moved out of and I decided to use him again. You know when you meet someone and you think, they are in the right field? Ken is absolutely passionate about his skill trade and it shows! Ken went above and beyond. Even though our carpets were covered in paint and drywall and mud and I had not probably prepared him, he did not change the price on me and worked effortlessly to do the best job he could! Please hire KB carpet cleaners, you will not be disappointed.

We have used this company twice. They are honest and do an excellent job cleaning carpets and upholstery. We have littles so the spills happen often. It's a relief to have the gentlemen from KB come in and make it all seem like new! Definitely recommend using them.

Needed to have some rooms, a hallway and the stairs cleaned and searched through Nextdoor, Google and Yelp. Called about 9 different places and got quotes. KB had the best price overall and was at least $25 cheaper than the next. Spoke with Ken and he was very friendly and helpful so I went with them and was very pleased with their work. Jason did a great job on the carpets and was very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend to others! Thank you KB!

These guys are great got my carpet cleaned a few days ago and all I have to say is they where completely professional and carpet looked brand fucking new. Also they was completely on time it was crazy they said we will be there at eight and actually showed up at eight.

EXCELLENT! I have been using KB for many years and their prices are always fair and their work is AMAZING! Truly thankful to have a family owned business in the area that doesn't screw you around. They are always kind, and extremely helpful. I have dogs that sometimes have accidents. They recommended I put white pepper down in the areas that the dogs mark.

When they sniff they get a little burn/sneeze to the nose and they won't mark there again! So simple but thoughtful! I really appreciate them and I recommend them highly. Thanks for all that you do KB!

My experience with K B carpet cleaning was horrible. The owner Ken is rude and very unprofessional. I was given a quote and when it came time to clean the carpet price increased by 180. Also employee was rude and not punctual.

I have been using Ken Bronson for quite some time, and he ALWAYS does a fabulous job. I have dogs, so, of course, they have accidents on my rugs. Ken always does a GREAT job in cleaning up the messes. He really seems to love what he does, and does a very thorough job. I will continue to use Ken. Well it all started when I called them. Ken was efficient, quoted me on the spot for the cost of the entire cleaning. When I asked when he can be here, I expected something like "3 to 5 days" range, but he said he can be there tomorrow noon and maybe before that. The price was very very good compared to the other 5 stars companies that I called. He called me at 9 am saying he's coming over which was perfect. Got the job done in 2 hours. I have to say, for a 64 year old man he's very energetic! Thanks Ken! Will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

We've had our dining/living carpet cleaned 3x but no other company was as effective in removing the stains; red wine, dog barf and traffic! Very fast - efficient and reasonable! Highly recommend to all!

We have used them several times and are completely satisfied with the job they do every time. They show up on time, and are usually able to schedule you pretty quickly. Not only are the carpets in our home visible cleaner, they also feel softer under foot. The job is done very quickly (which was good for our cat because the cat was freaking out in the bathroom), and the carpets were all dry that evening.

As far as price goes they are very fair. You never feel like spending money on things like carpet cleaning, but it really increases the life of your carpets. You could try to rent a carpet cleaner yourself and save some money, but it won't look half as good and you will spend your day off fighting with the rental carpet cleaner. Do yourself a favor and book your cleaning today.

They are pretty much the only ones I use now. It's nice to see the same faces all the time. I like that they are operator-owned and Ken and Nathan (?) are both hard workers, on-time, friendly, and consistently dependable. I honestly don't know if they have the best deal in town.but at this time in my life, I will pay more to ensure that I am satisfied with the job the first time.

The service we received was excellent! KB is an extremely professional technician and does amazing work. My mother and I had been cleaning our carpets for a long time and usually considered it to be a great job. When it was around the time for us to clean the carpets again, we had a lot of family coming over to stay the week. Neither of us had the time to get it done as we both work full time and I go to school full time on top of that.

My husband and I recently bought a house and as we walked through the home we knew we were going to need to replace our carpets. As we got closer to our closing date expenses were a lot more than expected. We knew that replacing the carpets would have to wait, we called KB Carpet & Upholstery and WOW! What an amazing job They did. We had a trail of rusty color stain going up our stairs and through the hallway that we thought for sure would never come out, but it did. Our carpets looks great!

When Ken and Nathan arrived they both promptly got to work on pre-treating the carpet. I slacked and didn't have the last piece of furniture moved yet but Ken assisted me with moving it to the entry way tile, an early sign of their willingness to get a job done right - going above and beyond their hired task. The carpets were cleaned in a flash.

If I wasn't here to witness them cleaning I'd swear they instead laid down brand new carpet, that's how stark of a contrast the before and after was. I couldn't be happier with the results and will be recommending them to everyone.

We called Ken in a panic on short notice when ChemDry couldn't clean our carpets as a dinner party approached. Ken not only moved his entire schedule around to accommodate us, but we were astonished at how clean our carpets were when he finished. Ken and his long-term staff clean carpets the way they were designed to be cleaned: the old-fashioned way, shampooing to remove deep down dirt that ChemDry hadn't gotten out of our carpets in 10 years!

My wife was beyond thrilled, and our "accidental" find of KB has turned into repeat customer loyalty.we are having them back this week to do some bedrooms (we now see all the dirt we've been living with and want KB to remove it!). Be prepared to give a few extra hours for your carpets to dry (these aren't chemicals that evaporate), but it is SO worth it. After KB cleans them, carpets look as new as the day they were installed. Fabulous company and people. I'd give 10 starts if I could.

KB Carpet Cleaners are GREAT! We had some pretty bad "doggy smells" in our house that we could not stand. KB came in, and made our house look and smell great! They were substantially less $$ than other carpet cleaning companies, and they did a better job than the other guys. I would highly recommend KB. Fast, professional and fairly priced!
