We requested Molly Maid come back after our initial deep cleaning. The first crew did not mop our kitchen and living room, cabinets were not wiped down, light switches and door knobs were still dirty, baseboards were dusty, and the laundry room was not touched. All these items were listed as services included in a deep clean. For our second cleaning, the crew arrived 3.5 hours late.

They did not clean a thing. The toilet was sprayed down, but not wiped. After 15 minutes they left, leaving their cleaning supplies in the bathroom. I spoke with a representative over the phone about the second cleaning. I assumed something came up. She told me second cleanings typically last 15 minutes, so that wasn't unusual. She offered to discount our bill from 3.5 to 2 hours.

The first crew was there for 2 hours, so they basically returned my overpayment for the initial cleaning. I've requested an itemized receipt multiple times, but have yet to receive a response. No estimate was provided prior to the cleaning, no receipt was provide when we were charged.

Paid $270 for a move out cleaning service which was told would include cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, vents, walls, vacuum, mop, and more. It looks like nothing was cleaned. Still dirt and hair and dust everywhere doesn't even look like it was touched. Very upset especially because we were on a tight schedule and they canceled the first appointment without even telling me then I called because they never showed up and rescheduled for the next day. We had to clean it ourselves over the weekend. I want my money back.

Poor customer service, quality of cleaning is hit or miss. My last cleaning was awful. When I told them about it, they didn't seem to care about making it right. overpriced as well. no thank you.

Scheduled Molly Maid a week in advance (for first visit). They called to cancel the morning they were scheduled to clean. No reason given. No apology given. Based on their customer support alone, I would not recommend. Will not be calling them in the future. Like ever. NOTE: I only rated them 1 star because Google won't let you post a 0 star rating.

Got a confirmation email for my appointment and everything. Call the morning of and actually they hadn't worked me into the schedule yet. I explained I had gotten a sitter for my 3 kids and done alot of prep work on my house to get ready for them. Said they'd be there at 11. 12:30 rolls around and hadn't heard from them, call and actually they really can't make it, would I like to reschedule? Hm, nope.

I now, have a dirtier house than before they came in. The 1 star is for the employee that came and was nice, Audrey, otherwise the whole experience was a disaster. Scheduling issues, no shoe covers, attitude from the other employee. They came in, walked with their shoes all over my house and then said they can't clean it. If they couldn't, they should have told that when they were giving an estimate. The attached pic is their reaaon for not cleaning the tub.

I went for the "big name" and believed the "online estimate, " figuring I didn't know anyone else and at least they would be "professional" since I wouldn't be there in person. My advice is, do not hire them if you will not be personally supervising the work and providing them a written list of what you want done. Give them that written list in advance when getting the "estimate" ("We can only give an estimate until we see the home."--Except I didn't just fall off the turnip truck.) Only as a result of my tenacity in discussing this with the franchisee (who was quick to tell me he is a former healthcare CEO), I got a $100 refund on a $700+ job that wasn't even close to being finished.

My home was empty and only 2500 square feet. With 2 conscientious professionals, in my experience, they should have been able to complete a full deep clean, including kitchen cabinets and drawers, in 8-10 work hours (2 people at 4-5 hours). This is especially with absolutely no furniture, pets, or humans present, save for the time when carpet installers were there and the crew was supposed to be doing kitchen and baths during that time, which would not have overlapped. Instead, 7 hours later I was still paying at a rate of $125 an hour for 2 people who looked like they just wiped the walls of the bathroom with clear water, then left water rings on the stove top.

My adult daughter took photos to demonstrate what was not being done, then the owner of the franchise stated my daughter "told them not to clean inside the drawers." Joke was on him, because I was on the phone listening to her ask when they would clean inside the drawers and they said they couldn't clean any drawer with something in it--that was 2 of them.

My realtor followed behind by taking additional photos demonstrating many items that were not even touched in that 7 hours. So, $700+ later, I hired a local lady who had it spotless in less than a full day all by herself and was incensed at how little had been done by the "professionals." Save yourself the dough, ask friends and neighbors for references, and hire an independent person who takes pride in their work.

That's what my mom always did and she was right! (They will rebut this by claiming my house was "filthy" which my realtor and respectable cleaning lady can tell them is a lie.)

I've used SE Molly Maids biweekly for nine years. I have always received excellent service. We have a large home with four dogs, and they do it ALL. They always remember to use a specific cleaner for our new hardwood floors even when I forget to set it out. They have never missed a scheduled cleaning and their employees are very nice (including to my crazy dog who barks at them for the first five minutes). I recommend them highly!

0 Stars! Absolutely TERRIBLE! BAIT AND SWITCH. I told them I have a 1 bed 1 bath 800 sq ft apartment to clean. I told them all about it and did explain the details on how dirty it was. They said they'd send 2 people for 1.5 hours (3 hrs of labor). They arrived and claimed it was very dirty and they would need 8-12 hours of labor to clean it! They are hired to clean. OF COURSE IT WILL BE DIRTY, that's the whole point of their business! And, they were horrible and slow working at that.

Mind you, it doesn't matter if something is kind of clean, dirty, or very dirty because a vacuum picks up dirt; it doesn't discriminate on how much dirt it is. Like mowing a law.if its 1" or 6", the mower mows it up. Same with dirt on a mirror. You spray, wipe, and it's clean. I just had a dirty 3500 sqft 5 bed, 4 bath home clean in 6 hours of labor. These clowns want 8-12 hours for 800 sqft. NEVER! Steer clear of this bait and switch outfit. They are worthless!

THE WORST! I've never been so dissatisfied with a service. They are dishonest, I would not trust them to clean your home. They did not do anything they agreed with over the phone. Since we are moving out I asked for them to clean the oven and baseboards. They sprayed cleaner all over the oven and floor then left it. Cleaning to them is spraying cleaner on it!?!

I had to clean up after they left. I'm not sure what they actually cleaned in my home. They left a BLEACH bottle in the middle of my dining table, it left a huge ring where it ate through the enamel. The same dining table I feed my 19month old. Beyond disappointed with their service. They offered to refund $20. The service was $195! DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME! THEY WILL DESTROY IT!

I will never use Molly Maids again. The cleaning itself was fine, but they are dishonest to say the least. I was told when I booked my service that they needed a credit card to hold the service but I was able to pay with a different form of payment the day of the service. The day of the service a supervisor came to check on the service provided and at that point I asked if I could write a check and she said yes.

She TOOK my check and left. Forward a week and I reached out to see why they hadn't cashed my check. I was told they charged the credit card and still had my check. Who takes a check and then just decides to charge the credit card? I was never once contacted to notify me of the change. Had I not reached out when would I have been notified? And they were just holding my check? I like to do business with trustworthy, honest people.this business is not that. What a shame because the girls who actually provided the cleaning service did a great job.

We need to talk before you "clean" my house again. I didn't like having to explain that the trash needed to be put in the trash can, rather than bagged and left on my porch. Do I really need to explain why this isn't an acceptable way to clean a Dutch oven? And was I not clear that my home office files are not random drawers/shelves? Ask your accounting department what they would do if they found random stuff thrown in their receipt boxes.

Just moved here and had estimator come to my home. She said we had to have all boxes unpacked and everything moved into place before we could have cleaning team come in. I wanted a move-in cleaning. She also commented on how odd my floorpan was. No thanks.

I have been using Molly Maids for a weekly cleaning of our home now for several years, and could not be more pleased with their work! With kids, dogs, a landscaping business, and everything else life has going on we deliver a dirty house to them, and in less than 2 hours later *poof* they give me a wonderful clean home again (for the 10 minutes before the dogs, kids, and life enters the door!). I am so happy with their service and I will tell anyone who will stand still long enough!

Very dishonest service -- won't honor coupons. Maids broke sink drain. Cleaning not very good. I recommend that you try any service but Mollly Maid.

I have had this branch of Molly Maids clean my house for over a year now with great outcome. The manager does fandom stop ins while the house is being cleaned to make sure they are being thorough and confirm with me that I am pleased with their work. That is something I have never had from a cleaning service ever. I even had a small miss communication with my cleaning team just this week and the owner personally called me to make sure everything was taken care of to insure I was pleased.

This is a top notch cleaning service and I recommend them to anyone. You can't put a price tag on personal service, owners and managers who care for their customers and their belongings. Can't go wrong here!

This is a good maid service. Definitely worth a try. They do a great job cleaning the only complaint that I have is that they show up early in the mornings sometimes when I'm trying to get ready.

I was a customer since 2009 - 2017 and was happy with their service until got a security system with a camera and witnessed them leaving several times early. Really early like 25% of the contracted time early. After a few times I finally complained but was told that according to their GPS they were here the entire time. (I know one time my husband witnessed them walk across the street and sit under the neighbors trees which I also reported) I explained I had them on camera and could prove they left early.

I was told they would tell them to stay the entire time. (I thought this was assumed and not something I needed to request) No adjustment was made to my bill even when I requested it and offered to show them the camera footage. Then the last time they came they didn't even vacuum! When I asked about it I was told they didn't have time. That was the last time they came I was trusting and before I retired was never home when they came so I assumed they stayed the contracted time - I have been proven wrong!

I used Molly Maid twice to clean my house before we had family and friends over for the holidays. When the first crew came to our house they said they were scheduled for 4 hours which didn't make sense as I had requested a light cleaning and I only have a 1600 square foot house and we had already done basic cleaning before they showed up. The woman agreed and said that she would make sure they only charged us for the two hour minimum.

The first crew was wonderful and did a great job but ultimately I was charged for more than two hours. When I called Molly Maid back to schedule a second cleaning and dispute the additional charge I was told that the note on the original call said it was new move in cleaning and that was why they were confused when the first crew showed up. The woman on the phone agreed to credit the second charge back and we scheduled the second cleaning.

Although I was given a window of 2:00-4:00 for their arrival, the second crew showed up before the window and left after 40 minutes of cleaning. When I asked why they were leaving early the lady explained as best as she could that she could not speak English and promptly left. Although there were two crew members at the house for 40 minutes, the cleaning they did was poor.

Ultimately the additional charge was not credited to my account and I have had to dispute it with my bank. The additional charge seems to have resulted from poor record keeping and although the first crew was very good, the experience I had with the second crew and the cleaning job they did is very concerning and I would not work with them again.

The worst.without a doubt! The first time they cleaned my house it cost $210. I questioned the $210. I was told it was an initial cleaning.'going forward we will only charge you $78 regardless of how dirty your house is.' Which was a lie. The next two times one person spent exactly one hour. I have cameras outside of my house. The person pulled up at 1:48 and left at exactly 2:48.

The person cleaned as much as possible in one hour. There was still dust in places, they never cleaned my mats and did not touch the windows. They put some sort of crazy chemicals on my range. The first time I turned the range on my house almost caught on fire. Don't hire them. Get a local person or use a reputable company. I am paying $47 more however they only come monthly, instead of $78 bi-weekly, and clean everything. Three people come to the house concentrating on everything.

First off another cleaning company failed to show up on the day I moved out. Molly Maid was the only company I found who had some one free the day I called and was able to come out to clean up an apartment when we moved out. They were fantastic! The apartment looked better then when we left then it did when we moved in. They were there for about 2 hours and even cleaned our fridge and ovens. I will us them again next time I need help.

We hired Molly Maids to clean our brand new empty house. They were a little bit late. They did work hard while they were here, however, as we looked more closely after moving in--a lot of things simple/standard things were misses, such as wiping the molding, cleaning the blinds, etc. I then personally cleaned the house we were moving out of and after seeing how good I got our old house looking, I wondered why I even bothered them having them clean our new one. I could have done just as good of a job if not better. I won't use them again I'm sorry to say.

We hired Molly Maid before we moved into our new house. We wanted a deep clean so we could start fresh. We were given an arrival window from 12 pm to 2 pm. 2pm rolled around and they still hadn't shown up - we called the service and they promised to check into it. By the time the maids showed up, it was after 3:30 pm! We were planning on heading to a party in Denver that night, but ended up missing it because they were so late.

Once they got to work, though, they did a decent job. We have pretty tall ceilings, and they weren't able to do a lot of areas because they were short and didn't bring step ladders or anything. We had to do the top of the fridge and cabinets ourselves, as well as the top of all of our blinds and several windows. My fiance spent most of the following day redoing things they should have done, such as cleaning the base boards (they were being repainted) and thoroughly cleaning the cabinets. I would definitely not go with Molly Maid again!

My elderly parents hired molly maids to come clean their house before my visit. I was so sad at how they took advantage of my parents. They charged them 275 dollars for an initial cleaning. This cleaning only included kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room, and 2 bedrooms. It amazes me that a company that is nationally would feel it ok to take care of the elderly.

My mom has Lou Gehrig's disease and was the one that agreed to the contact. She can barely talk and doesn't hear very well and it makes me sad that your company felt it was ok to charge this much. The Denver based company agreed to come and re-clean the baseboards and the bathroom, but that is all the would do. They said since my mom agreed to it and then filled out a survey giving good marks it was fine. However, I feel like they saw a sick old women and would try to get away whatever they could. It's breaks my heart that their are companies out there that would take advantage of my parents situation. I I also plan to tell anyone that listens how terrible I feel Molly Maids treated my parents.
