I'm a custom tailor with an office nearby. Somehow I stained a client's garment with tailors chalk the day before they needed it. Took it here last minute and, once we got past a bit of miscommunication (she thought I was applying for work), we got on the same page. I even had time to run to the post office. It was handled efficiently and I was given the choice to pick it up at either location.

It was done before I was told it would be, a plus, and it was where she said it would be at the time she said it would be there. I was able to have my client pick it up which worked out for all involved. There are ppl reviewing complaining about their alterations prices. Hey LV dry cleaning, do what I do and just raise them without asking. Tell your seamstress to take her time.

I bet she does good work. The public is allowed to learn how to sew if they want their clothes fixed for nothing. Nice to know I've got friends around the corner. I'll be back soon

How these idiots stay in business is beyond me. Can't follow the simplest instructions. When I complained to the owner, she starting arguing with me. Whatever happened to the "customer is always right?" and in this case, I most certainly was. The only reason this place gets positive ratings is because people have learned to accept such poor service nowadays.

BUYER BEWARE. This Place seems to be one shady business. I called to find out the exact price for an alteration, to be exact I needed five men jackets for the sleeves to be hammed, The lady quoted me $14 -16.00 Dollars Max. I brought the jackets and they waited a day to call me and tell me that the price will be $24.00 big difference than what the original quoted price was.

So I told them not to fix them if they were going to charge me more after they have seen and admitted the Jackets. why would they not tell me the moment I dropped them off? why would they wait one day to raise the price? This are not so Honest people. further more when I told the owner about the situation, rather than saying our mistake we will honor it, he proceeded to ask me to come in to the store so that he could kick my a. and called me all sorts of names and told me to go F. myself. I would not do business with this people if I was you. good luck and take your business elsewhere.

Seems to be a solid place to get your dry cleaning done at. The pricing seems to be about 25% higher than the last place I used but its on the way home so I'm on the fence of finding another place or not.
