We have been using The Maids for almost a year now. They have been great. Very professional and personable. Our team of Lily, Wanda, and Yarandi are wonderful! I had my first of my reoccurring service today. I had the wonderful team of Dorothy, Maria & Maria Jr as they introduced themselves. They were very pleasant, RESPECTFUL and easy to deal with, as well as receptive to all concerns or observations I had. They have a 24hr return to site policy if not satisfied of which I'm only 2hrs into but as far as I can tell at the moment, I don't see them having to come back until our next pre-scheduled appointment! Wonderful job ladies!

This was hands down the worst service. We hired the maids for a cleaning in our apartment and all they did was dust off & vacuum. We had to call them back because my bathroom was still dirty & after evaluating the apartment the blinds were still dusty, the kitchen counters were full of crumbs, the mirrors were dirty & STILL DUST EVERYWHERE! So disappointed with this service seeing that 3 people were cleaning and the apartment was still dirty. Keep doing your research & do not hire this company.

My husband hired a team to clean our house before the arrival of our new baby and I was very pleased with the results. They did a thorough job in the whole house, Patti was very responsive throughout the process, and the price was very reasonable compared to some other local companies he talked to. They did a great job of moving the pre-baby clutter to get every spot and cleaning around the furniture, especially in the kitchen around the appliances. It's the kind of clean that makes you not want to shower or cook in the kitchen because you don't want to mess it up. Thanks so much!

My experience with the team from The Maids that came to my home could not have been better. They left my kitchen and bathrooms immaculate. They even took pillows off the upholstered furniture and vacuumed. They also did a fantastic job on the floors. I highly recommend them.

We hired The Maids to clean my Father-In-Law's suite a couple of months ago. They had quite the challenge ahead of them and they handled it professionally. They were very thorough and kept me updated during the process. The end result was amazing and they were able to accomplish this in much less time than I would have all while cleaning everything and I mean everything.

They cleaned that room from top to bottom, literally. Now they come over to maintain the area which is super helpful! April and her team were exactly what we needed and we are thankful to have found them. We highly recommend them!

The team leader was very nice! She contacted us to check if it was ok to stay longer than we wanted to go over things, which I appreciated because in past experiences with other companies they did not ask they just did. The house was super clean when we got home and we were very pleased! We will definitely use them again!
