I will like to take some time to say THANK YOU! I appreciate you guys soooooo much. I had 4ft of water in an open basement! Servpro sent out Ricky to come help me and perform mitigation. I don't ever exaggerate a review for anyone. Ricky since day one showed up with a positive, reassuring attitude. He was helping do all he could, and was always ready to assist me try to assess the situation in ways I thought might help.

He always communicated, and very well at that! He left me with no questions! He definitely handled his job. My basement looks like it never had water in it at all, and it smells like clean air and cherries. Not muggy with an air freshener masking it. Super clean, Not a bit of mold or it's odor at all! I felt super comfortable, Ricky made me feel like "he was going to take care of it" and he did!

A lot better than I expected at that. He showed excellent leadership skills, again, helping me with my ideas for the basement and explaining the whole process, the whys and why nots. Great attitude! Thank you a million Ricky. I really appreciate it all!

I called Servpro 9:00 p.m. for a sewage backup in the basement. Kyle from Servpro took my call, set up a plan of action and took care of the cleanup the next day after the backup was cleared. Servpro did a great job with cleaning and sanitizing, left an air purifier in basement for a few days and you would never know there was a backup. High recommend this company.

What a relief to know that the reconstruction team at Servpro of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall know what they are doing! Dealing with someone and a company that is not only knowledgeable but is patient enough to explain many options and the costs involved eliminated a lot of stress for me. Rob actually cleaned up after completing the job! WOW! Servpro is now my "go to" company for all projects!

Customer service was excellent and very responsive. It took weeks to get an appointment and then weeks after that to get the work done, but I know they are understaffed like a lot of other service businesses right now. They caused some damage to our ceiling during mold removal, but returned and repainted the whole thing, free of charge. I would definitely use Servpro again.

The team at Serve-Pro of Easton/Bethlehem/Whitehall jumped on our request and followed through in a professional and timely manner, knowing it was time-sensitive. They did an excellent job in making our workplace a clean, safe environment for my staff.

After my initial meeting with Kyle Miller ( Production Manager) who was very professional as well as personable and compassionate to our losses ) I was relieved, fully informed and confident in the recovery of my property and the removal of the precariously dangerous debris pile left in the aftermath of the catastrophic collapse of my shed roof due to the excessive weight burden of seasonal snowfall.

He and his colleagues did not at all disappoint. At the scheduled date and time of my Serv-Pro appointment I met with Crew Chief Kiersten Torkos at the site of the collapse. She once again reassured me in the same highly professional manner, tempered with a personable respect and compassion for myself and my property loss potential. Kiersten and Crew very safely and expeditiously removed the overburden of roof debris.

They salvaged all contents and went on to carefully, accurately and informatively assess the damages that my property had sustained in the collapse. As retired NYC Skilled Trades Union Construction Foreman with many years of OSHA safety training and certification ( and 34 years of on site experience) I admittedly have quite a discerning eye for scrutinizing and recognizing industry standard quality, safety and professionalism in the field. Having said this, I was impressed with the safe work ethic and highly efficient, expeditious and professional service that I received.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kyle Miller ( Production Manager ), over and above his job-description, was on site with Kiersten and Crew and completely hands on in assisting with the debris removal effort. I am completely satisfied with Serv-Pro and their commitment to providing top notch professional Service. I don't normally take the time to write reviews on products and services, but because of my experience with Servpro today, I'm making the time to do so! I had a sewer back up in my basement and from the time I placed my call to inquire about their services, until the time they left my home when the job was complete, the service was exceptional! Kaylah and Gio were the crew that came to do the clean up and I simply can't say enough about how wonderful they were!

I was recently in the hospital for a major surgery and they went above and beyond to help me! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, they were also caring and compassionate! I honestly can't say enough about how pleased I was with them and the service they provided! They are both truly an asset to Servpro and I highly recommend this company for any clean up needs that you may have!

This company surpassed our expectations and not only did a great job of restoring our room (damaged) but were all professional people. Heather their point person who keeps everyone up to date with what's happening has endless patience and is very kind and friendly. (I am NOT related or invested in this company!)
