We use a neutral PH process that removes most detergent from your carpets something that most cleaners do not do. A damp mop is used to finish the job properly, and the dirty water is proof of what the broom did not remove. That same sticky residue is in your carpet and needs professional care from time to time. Very professional and great to work with! We had really bad carpets for a house we were purchased but we wanted to hold off on replacing them if possible. Mark came in and made them look new which was a huge relief for our family. He was flexible and his prices cannot be beaten especially for the quality product he delivers! First time using this company, but definitely not the last! My carpets have not been this clean since they were installed.and my house smells great! In the past, I've used the big-name "S" companies for furniture and rug cleaning, but never again. Mark's prices may be slightly higher than the companies that offer coupons and "today only" deals, but his quality work is worth it.
Mark also cleaned the tile and grout in our entryway, with wonderful results. I will not hesitate to recommend Johnson Carpet Care, nor will I hesitate to use them in the future.
