We received outstanding response and service from Moyer's Services. What was a stressful situation due to a burst pipe was made much easier due to the professionalism and expertise of the team. The project manager, Scott Kehler, kept us informed throughout the project and worked with us to stay within our budget. Follow up and value were outstanding. Moyer sent out a contractor named Sam Godshall. His communication skills were just as amazing as his craftsmanship. Once he came on the job everything began to get done quickly and efficiently. He worked nonstop in our home until the job was complete. He answered every question no matter how silly with grace and kindness and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire construction process. We can not recommend Sam enough.

Moyers handled an issue with our home due to ice damning, I have nothing but positive things to say! Mike H did an amazing job coming out and setting up our fans and dehumidifiers in an outstanding time frame. Our project manager Scott K was an absolute pleasure to work with, promptly answers and always had a great attitude! Scott went over everything to make sure all needs were met and everything was absolutely perfect. Tim C finished our job and is nothing short but perfection! I would recommend Moyers to anyone needing some assistance with their home!

I would highly recommend Moyers Services! Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, pleasant and easy to work with. They explained everything that they would be doing and even offered suggestions as to help with an extra issue that showed up during the process. We especially enjoyed working with Chris. He did an excellent job and our basement is better than before!

Since April of this year I've had 3 different water leaks, its been a nightmare. My insurance company recommended Moyers to me & it was the best decision I ever made to use their services. From Chris & Tyler who were the first to come out to start the drying out process to Will & Mike Himes who I call the "rip it apart crew" to my project manager Scott Kehler & Chris Rosanelli my carpenter I would give this company a 10! There were a list of others in & out but I don't remember everyone's name. I highly recommend this company especially Scott & Chris their work is awesome!

I am so thrilled with the results! The whole experience has been a positive one and going through insurance, that was the last thing I thought I'd be saying. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS! He did such amazing workmanship and was so professional and on time all the time. No guessing! When an issue came up he brought it right to the project manager Scott and he was on top of it!
Everyone has been respectful, efficient, courteous and personable! I had such a wonderful experience I am looking forward to working with them again and have them giving me an estimate for my bathroom! Thank you ALL!

I cannot even believe that this company is even in business, and I wish I could give them negative stars! We had a heater puff back (soot puffs out from every vent and ends up EVERYWHERE) right after Christmas 2019. The first man we met with came right out and assessed the damage and said they would be in touch right away and his crew would literally wipe EVERYTHING in our home down professionally.
Over 2 weeks later l finally get the call from the actual guy in charge of the cleaning who wanted to take a look at the house himself, this was a Friday. He came into my house and told me it "wasn't that bad" and if we wanted he could skip sealing the basement floors (keep in mind the basement is where the heater is and where the most soot was) and we could keep the insurance money!
Now I had already cleaned a lot of the surfaces because like I said this was over 2 weeks later! I have a 4 year old was I supposed to leave the soot there until they came 3 weeks later? Anyway the foreman for the cleaning was Tyler and I have never experienced anyone so unprofessional, inexperienced and a downright LIAR! He tells me they will start day 1 one the 2nd floor and each floor would probably take a day ( 3 floors including basement), then day 4 they would do the shampooing of carpets.
He says he will call me later that Friday and let me know when they can start, but it probably wouldn't be until Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. On Monday he calls and says he forgot to let me know but they can start tomorrow. Ok so Tuesday they were left a key outside my house and when I get home it literally looks like NOTHING was done.
My stepson drove by the house at 1:45 and there were men standing around outside the house, but we were told they were there till 230. My husband calls Tyler to clarify and he says oh no we chem sprayed the walls today I never said we do one floor each day. Day 2: Again it looks like absolutely nothing was done, my husband calls Tyler and he said they used over 85 chem sponges on our walls and "it was a lot worse than he thought".
That night I wiped my walls with wet baby wipes and they were absolutely black with soot! When this all began I asked if we needed to move things for the cleaners, I was told no that's part of their job they will take care of everything. Not one thing in my home was moved by these cleaners, there was still dust under my couches on tile floors when their job was complete.
We were given a list of things they were supposed to clean itemized one by one, they were supposed to empty and clean and replace closets and cabinets which they never even attempted. BEWARE this company is an absolute fraud, and honestly robbing the insurance companies! The 4 day job ended up taking over a week and a half because I had to continuously check and go over their work. We even had the owners involved at one point, who also couldn't be bothered with their sub par employees.

My wife and I came home from a nice night out to find 6 of water in my basement. As i pumped it out and looked around i had no idea where to start in the cleanup etc. hearing of Moyers services but never using them i gave them a try. I spoke with the phone rep and within 10 mins I had a call from a team leader asking further questions. 30-40 mins later the first person arrived and more guys kept coming.
I was worried that I wasnt covered after talking to my agent. So I had to tell the rep from Moyers and worried they would pack up and leave and they didnt they were awesome. Said we will do X to start drying things etc and if its covered we can do everything 100% the right way. But if it's not covered we can work with you and your budget. I was so impressed with that.from there we were covered and the job they did was great. They treated my family and home with respect. I will not use anyone else. Thank you to the awesome crew at Moyer's Services Group!

They were contacted by my insurance company in Feb 2018 for water damage caused by a skylight. Quickly came out with fans to dry the walls, have no complaint about that. Now comes the good part, they were contracted to do the work, well that went a whole lot slower and the work they did was to say the least, not nearly as well as bring out fans. First in my opinion the only reason the work was finished six months later was they were not paid by the insurance company as the work completion form was not signed, let me see the work was not completed.
Now fast forward a year later, same exact leak, it took them 3 weeks to come out, when contacted 3 weeks later, the guy was on vacation for 2 weeks, when the insurance company contacted them a few weeks later, guy went on vacation again (somewhere there is someone who takes a lot of vacation especially when someone is looking for work completion).
Anyway according to the insurance adjuster Moyer's is trying to say the problem is not their fault, amazing how you can have the exact same problem in the exact same place and its not their fault, had they called the problem correctly in the first place it might not happened again, now when called on it, they deny, deny deny. If you deal with them DEAL AT YOUR OWN RISK. They are very unreliable. They go on vacation a lot especially when you are looking to why something has not been completed.

Beware this company as with the other review they threatened us with a lien for a service we did not ask for. Mike Sigafous embarrassed by screaming and yelling obscenities at me in the middle of my street in Whitehall. about us paying Mouer's while contesting their service with the only leverage we had.not paying them till they made it right.
I was also going through a Cancer treatment to add to the anxiety of having your house destroyed. Now, to be fair the work was done and it's sad they lost a good review by being so trite and money hungry over about $800.00 when they were payed over close to 50k.

Moyer just completed a large job at my parents residence in the Philadelphia area that was due to flooding. Every employee we dealt with was professional, courteous and had the goal of finishing the job to the best of their ability - a rarity today! I can not say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering demo & construction. Customer service and satisfaction is their goal and they more than achieved it with us.
