I cannot express how disappointed I am in Dave Spiller Power Washing. We have used them to power wash our house several times in the past and have always been satisfied. This time he sent workers who didn't know what they were doing. First, water poured in our closed 2nd floor windows. Thankfully we were right there to stop them. They skipped cleaning whole sections of our soffit and after they finished and left we realized they had left without rinsing the bleach/water off our paint.
This caused white water spots and also small bleached circles of paint! We've been wiping the house down to get rid of the water spots and are now having to repaint many parts of our house. This is an incredible burden and very costly. When I realized how bad the spotting was I called Dave. Then I emailed him. I had to call and email several times over a one week period before I got a terse dismissive email saying the spots weren't that bad. I have never gone online to leave a review of a service provider but I felt this situation was so bad I had to warn other potential customers.

He offered to pay for a broken flower pot for Michael M., but refused to take responsibility for my broken hand painted flower pot saucer that could have only been broken while they pressure washed. I eventually found the missing broken piece hidden in another flower pot. Additionally, my front porch gutter downspout was never cleaned and the water still flows over the horizontal gutter whenever it rains.
That issue is totally unacceptable. Two months later and they still have not addressed these issues nor removed duct tape they left on the porch. Extremely disapponted by the poor customer service especially since they came recommended by one of their friends who is my next door neighbor.

If Yelp offered 6 stars Dave SpillerPower Wash would earn it. I just love dealing with this company. Super responsive and professional and my siding and deck have never looked better. Dave promptly returned all phone calls and answered all emails, gave a firm and reasonable estimate and stuck to it. In less than a week after my first contact the job was done to my great satisfaction. He even offered to pay for a broken flowerpot that wasn't his responsibility but truly shows the character of the company and employees.

We called Dave's company for a large power washing job which including our whole house, roof, shed, fence, walkway, and patio. Our house, we felt, was a diamond in the rough but we had no idea after Dave and his assistant, Bob, got through with it. Our house gleamed and sparkled like new! It looks completely different. Dave is a true professional.
He came on time, he gave a very reasonable price, and he cleaned the area where he worked. We were also so happy that he went above and beyond cleaning our outdoor furniture. Great job. Great guy. Great company.
