This Business is a scam. I placed a few orders with this company. 2 orders on November 10th 2021,a nd 1 order on January 12th 2022, That was over $20k per order Mike lang was the representative for my region, Items was shipped incorrectly. And when I asked Mike lang when the correct items will be shipped to me because we are in great need of them.
He always gave an excuse. He said the items have been shipped March 2022. It's June and we haven't gotten the items as of yet and Mike is not responding. I asked for a Refund for the items valued at $6,350.20. The funds have yet to be refunded to me. And the vp of sales( Mike lang )is just giving me the run around. When you call customer service they are absolutely no help, they will literally tell you they can't help and that they are a lowly customer service agents. This company has yet to resolve this matter! Don't order from them!

This company was fine until they weren't. I placed an order for what their website said was a qty of 500 of an item on 5/3/22 and received PART OF MY ORDER on 5/5/22. E-mailed them on 5/5/22 and this still isn't resolved yet. I even told them after 3 e-mails since 5/16 with no response that I would be writing this and still nothing. Nothing at all.
They could just send me the remainder of my order, give me a refund, or I told them they could just come pick up the item. No response at all. I also have been buying from them for my company but no more after this terrible display of customer service. This was easy to fix and they dropped the ball.

Great place to buy bulk cleaning supplies and other stuff that you might need on a daily basis. They ship fast and package well, in the past they used to have issues with leaky packages but it seems that they've gotten that taken care of very well. I'm very pleased with this company and will continue to use them as long as I can.

TERRIBLE. WE DON'T HAVE SUPPORT. We had our amazon account deactivated because they accused the product we purchased from CleanItSupply was inauthentic. I've been trying to resolve it with them for over 1 month, so that they only send me a document stating that the product is original. We've been their customers for a long time, but we're not supported. WE NEED HELP URGENT.

I read the reviews and should have heeded their warning. I placed an order for an air purifier which was on back order at other merchants. When i called to inquire if it was in stock, they assured me, without hesitation, that it was available and in stock. Two weeks went by with no shipping updates. So i emailed and called only to find out that the item ships from the vendor and was told repeatedly that the vendor was not responding to emails regarding my shipping date. Finally i spoke with someone who called the vendor and was told that there was an 8 week delay!

I have never encountered such terrible service in my entire life. I bought a vacuum cleaner from this company. When I received this vacuum cleaner via Fedex it was not the type of vacuum cleaner I thought it was. Too heavy and was not what I was looking for. I called and spoke with a customer service person and told her I want to return this vacuum cleaner.
I filled out a Return Material Authorization (RMA) via online on 6/15/20 via online. Customer service told me I will be getting an RA# to return this vacuum cleaner, a Sanitaire Light-Weight Bag-Style Upright vacuum Gray/Red. To date from 6/15/20 up to and including today, 6/19/20 I have not received this so-called RA# so I cannot return this vacuum cleaner back to CleanItSupply.
I have called several times to talk to the manager and as of today the manager has not contacted me. I want my refund back in full. They keep making excuses that I will receive an online an RA# and thus far nothing has happened. I am giving them No "stars". To anyone out there do not buy anything from this company. It turned out that they are crooks.
They are making me pay $59 for return shipping charges. When they mailed this product to me via Fedex it only cost them $14.95. I was in total shock that they had me pay a shipping amount of $59. I never used this vacuum cleaner it is brand new. I am furious. The total amount for this vacuum cleaner $168.62. So basically they screwed me.

Thee only place (I found) that had stocked certain supplies: hoarders have really depleted shelves of essentials due to the understandable panic over the covid-19 pandemic. CleanItSupply.com came to the rescue! Easy to navigate website. Helpful YouTube videos so you know what you're getting. Decent shipping time. Especially considering all. I do wish the tissue came in some sort of protective wrapping. Otherwise, perfect experience. Thank you!

Placed an order and received email confirmation with correct order quantity. Only received half the order. Even the shipment confirmation listed half the order. No information indicating back order. It's as if they never intended to fulfill the order completely, or perhaps its simple incompetence. Have made three attempts so far to contact customer service.
Their customer service number states that they aren't taking phone calls or voicemails so you have to send emails. Of course they want you to do this because they aren't going to respond to your emails. So they take an order (in full), confirm the order (in full), charge for the order (in full), get paid for the order (in full), but only ship half.
Then they become completely unresponsive. Save yourself the headache with this company. They are not a professional or reliable organization and they really shouldn't be in business. I am very sorry I dealt with them and hope that I can help prevent others from making the same mistake.

I ordered hand soap through this website and although I had gotten a notification that my items were shipped, I realized that I never received the items. When I tracked my shipment through their website, I realized that UPS had damaged my items and they were not going to be delivered and the sender would be notified. I went onto their live chat through their website and they told me they could not help me and gave me an email to initiate a refund.
They gave me an email that did not exist and I got a return to sender notice. I found the correct email and emailed them immediately. I got a response that they had to "look into it and would email me back accordingly". I found it strange she needed to look into it, as I was able to track the order through their website in less than two minutes but I gave them over 48 business hours to respond.
I emailed the customer service rep again, her supervisor, and the general customer service email asking for a follow up and to express my frustration in the delay of the refund. They never responded and I never received a refund. Do not buy anything from this company. They have terrible customer service and if there is an issue with your items you will not receive hour money back.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with CleanIt Supply! My order was a bit chaotic since I needed to restock my home and office. Their customer service team was fantastic at answering all of my questions. The order arrived on time and was nicely organized. I will definitely be ordering from CleanIt Supply again in the future.
