I wholeheartedly recommend JMS Enterprises for carpeting cleaning. Dan & Jason did a superb job on steam-cleaning our 5-bedroom apartment. The wall-to-wall carpeting was badly soiled after 3 years. The men were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, & hard-working. And they returned (at no extra charge) to treat a few stubborn spots. In addition they took away two Oriental rugs (6'X9' and 3'X5') for cleaning. About 10 days later they returned the rugs w/ brighter colors & much softer texture. The prices charged were reasonable. I couldn't be more delighted.

Absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this process with JMS. Excellent customer service (including a call from the owner). They were so responsive from my first call, fit me into their very busy schedule because I had a quick deadline. Technician called 30 mins before his on-time arrival and did a GREAT job in my retail store. They came highly recommended by two people, and their estimate was a fair price.

I really appreciate how this company helped me while in a crutch. A carpet company started my carpets and the machine broke. Left me with a wet carpet and said i had to reschedule so they can arrive on time for other clients. The owner here fit me in for the day although they were booked up. The men who arrived were friendly and helpful. Got in and out.

The quality was good. One part of my rug I wish would have been a little cleaner, but it is a heavy traffic area so maybe that's the best they could do. They did spray it with an additional chemical to get it cleaner. I greatly appreciated that, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience and work. I don't know if they get tips, but i was rushing to get back to work and forgot to give a tip.

I will use this company in the future and will tip the workers for sure! Thank you. Update: The company returned and re-cleaned the areas I mentioned above and now I am 100% happy with the cleaning job and professionalism.

I am so happy with the carpet cleaning! I bought a new home recently and I didn't feel comfortable with the previous owners carpets because they had a couple large dogs. Now there are no odors no pet hair! I will definitely use them again. Services: Remove pet stains & odors, Clean carpet

This is the water from our Hoover carpet cleaner after my husband cleaned our carpet. This is after we paid JMS TO CLEAN IT YESTERDAY. I called to complain and the owner said that the cleaning was the best he could do. Please don't use these people to clean your cARPET!

I contacted JMS to clean my ducts and dryer duct per a suggestion on Facebook. Jan came out promptly and gave me a quote immediately; it was a bit higher than other places, but I went with it. Dan and Dallas came out and did a fantastic job! They went well above and beyond! I have worked with many contractors and Dan and Dallas were some of the kindest and most accommodating I've had. JMS is lucky to have them!

Jan and his whole team were great. Jan came out and gave a great estimate and explained the benefits of doing an Air Vent Cleaning and how it could benefit my house. The 2 techs who came out to do the actual cleaning were great about calling to say when they were going to arrive, they treated me home like it was their own while working, and were very professional and courteous while doing the job. An overall great experience.

JMS does outstanding quality work. In 15 plus years of using them we've never had a problem that they couldn't handle or ultimately take care of. They have even come back to treat a stain again as it was a stubborn one and after the second treatment it wasn't an issue.
