Critical: Responsiveness did not clean my house! barely wiped down the counters. in my opinion i think it was over priced! there were still crumbs on my kitchen floor. and when i told them about it they basically gave me to option to quit on them! 1/10 do not recommend! the one girl was super nice and kept to her self but the owner needs a CHECK! Thier teams usually do a great job on my glass shower doors. The team is very friendly and easy to work with. However, the owner Sharon is disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. They decide to send three girls to clean and after they leave Sharon called me to tell me they have to charge more because they sent three girls verse my contracted two. I totally understand why their staff bad mouths them every time they are here.
Last month they screwed up the scheduling and blamed me! Third weekend in January was the 15th, not the 22nd. Utterly insane. It's a shame because they have some good people working for them. It's unfortunate the management team doesn't know what service is and everytime a customer complains they blame the customer. See their responses to thier bad reviews. Lol, the high cost of losing a customer.
For every customer who bothers to complain there are 26 others who remain silent! the average wronged customer will tell 8 to 16 people! 91% of unhappy customers will never purchase services from you again! it costs about 5x as much to attract a new customer as it costs to keep an old one! bottom line for every complaint there is about 250 more customers with problems or potential customers who've heard bad things about you. Learn what customer service is! Watch 'give em the pickle'!

Edit: The second time the crew came they did not mention anything about a walk through or offer it, so it IS ridiculous. It should have been an initiated thing by one of the crew to say hey, let's do a walk through to make sure everything is what you requested per your guarantee. But that did not happen. They were there for MAYBE an hour and packed their things and walked out the front door and left.
I should not have to clean after hired cleaners cleaned. Smh. My complaint is about the price compared to the quality of work that was done. TWICE. This home was left in worse condition in some areas after the first crew left. There is dried oven cleaner all over the ovens now that I had to clean off myself. The first crew that came walked in and said that their vacuum might go out and that they have a second one that smells bad.
The photos here were taken after the first crew cleaned for 2 1/2 hours. A second crew was sent to clean and fix it the next day. The racks in the oven were still not cleaned, had to ask them to clean the dirty vent in the master AFTER my husband showed them these areas on concern, and a closet still was not swept and dishwasher not wiped down. Ridiculous.

For 518 dollars this should have been a very thorough move out clean. I still had to clean after the second crew left the second day.

I have utilized this company twice for move-out cleans. The first experience was great. The two employees did an incredible job and I had no issues. The second time was not as smooth. I went to check on the house after they were complete. Two areas had not even been cleaned and there were visible clumps of dog hair still on the floor and in closets. Microwave had not been cleaned and the sink had remnants of whatever equipment I had been rinsed.
I followed up with the owner, who offered to have them come back out to correct. Unfortunately, I had to turn in my keys and this was unable to be remedied. Though I understand their policy is that they offer a guarantee, she also did nothing to accommodate the fact that the situation could not be remedied (ie: take money off my final bill). I was told she would follow up with me about the situation, which did not occur.
Next thing I know, my credit card was charged for the full service. I was by no means unwilling to pay. However, I did not feel I should be charged the full amount as the job was subpar, and I had to spend extra time correcting myself. I appreciate their guarantee policy, however, there were very obvious areas that were not cleaned. I wrote this as more a consumer beware to schedule yourself time for the "guarantee" to occur. I also did not feel the situation was handled in a professional manner and certainly did not appreciate that my next interaction was a bill.

Called them to come and do a deep cleaning of the furnished house we were moving out of and they were able to get us scheduled for the very next day! The management company recommended them to us and told us that they like dealing with this company because they guarantee the job they do and don't give them a hard time about coming back to correct any issues with the cleaning if there is any kind of problem.
They are also a BBB accredited business which is reassuring. Our experience was excellent! The crew did an wonderful job for us and the cleaning passed our property managers inspection without a problem! It is obvious to us that these people know what they are doing and take the time to get it done right! They were very easy to work with and they will for sure our first choice when we need cleaning again.
