This Clean n Press was part of the mitigation process for water damage we had in our house. They were nothing but exceptional in there professionalism, service, and communication! They drove out to our house (over an hour away) and picked up all of our items, and even though our insurance did not pay them yet, the owner made a special trip to deliver a suite I needed for a wedding we were attending last weekend. Absolutely above and beyond. I highly recommend them for your laundry/dry cleaning needs!

I brought in my clothes (3 evening dresses to be precise)to this place on July 2nd, 2018 and it took them almost 3 months for my clothes to be available. I went back a couple of times but each time, they told me that somebody would contact me because for some strange reason, they couldn't find my clothes. This happened 5 times. I decided to show up in person today and some guy not sure if his name was Joe was so out rightly rude, He had no manners, no customer service or basic knowledge of human relations or interaction.
He began with wo woh wo wo wo trying to hush us when we started raising our voice, . When he saw that we were not ready to give in, he told us that we could either leave now or he would call the Police. I challenged him to call the Police. But before the Police arrived, the owner came. The owner of the shop is a nice man but sadly he has lunatics manning his front desk people who should only be feeding lions in the Zoo or preparing cowhide.
I feel bad writing this review because he did compensate me with a $35 store credit for a future wash, but I pray he can realize that the likes of Joe or whatever his ugly name was have no business working for him because he is ill mannered, disrespectuful and cocky and have no business in a customer service posiiton

They damaged my shirts buttons three different times I had to go back and have them replace, not only waste my time but my shirts have unmatched buttons. On my third time there, all of my pants were dusty and contain pets hairs -wth? I contacted Curt (the owner) about the issue he suggested bring my items back to them which I did. However I asked him for a solution but he refused to reply. I would love to support Clean'n'Press but maybe like this. You won't see my $$$ again.

I used their services twice. I should have been clued in to problems when they said they require payment up front. The first time, the clothing was returned to me in mediocre but acceptable condition, so I went back. Worst mistake I have ever made. I picked up my "pressed" items (10 in all) and they were pressed alright. With crooked collars, sleeves left wrinkled, wrinkles pressed into the garments and accordion folds in the front of the garments.
I took them back to ask them what we could do to rectify the situation and was told by the counter help, Allie, that they do not give cash refunds but would redo them "at no charge." I relented as that was the only option given to me but did express my discontent that there are NO signs anywhere that say they do not do cash refunds. Went back almost a week later to the SAME wrinkled mess I was expected to pick up the first time!
After expressing further discontent at the shape of the clothing, I was told to leave the clothing there again and they would be sent to "corporate" to be reviewed. I was contacted by Tom who told me that I could pick up the clothing and a full refund the following Friday, this after they have had my clothing for over 2 weeks. I did pick up my clothing, expecting a refund of $50.72 and low and behold, the clothing are in even WORSE shape AND my refund was all of $22.
I called corporate from the Lakeville store and spoke to Tom again who told me I was not getting a full refund as they had redone the clothing and then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence. I called back and spoke to the owner, Keith, who has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever dealt with in my life. I was accused of yelling at staff (the entire time he was yelling at me on speaker phone) while his office manager Katie stood there apologizing to me and looked utterly shocked at his behavior and Keith told me that I was lucky he wasn't sending me a bill and that the job they did on my clothing was "industry standard." HORRIBLE customer service.
I have no intentions of ever using any Clean n Press store again, nor will I refer anyone there. Their main point of contact is East Metro Clean n Press in West St. Paul. RUN as fast as you can from this place. Shoddy work and absolutely terrible owner.

This place is horrible. If you are considering bringing your clothes to this place you mights of well save your money and wash it yourself at home. Long story short, this place will damage your clothes, and blame it that it is the manufacturer defect. GO Read their BBB review if you don't believe me. They supposedly are Professionals, but they ran my husband's $200 tie through their press!
Their manager (Mindy) agreed that they made a mistake but the owner (Curt) blame it was a manufacturer defect. BS! If you want your clothes mishandle then this is the place for you. Unprofessional service. BEWARE!

Worst dry cleaning experience in my life. I brought in 3 new white lab coats that came back w/visible stains on each caused by Clean & Press. I sent the jackets back for cleaning 3 times and they were only able to remove the stains from 2 of the jackets. The 3rd jacket was sent back a 4th time before they allowed me to file a claim. The manager was very nonchalant as if this is a normal occurrence at their cleaning plant.
Never once was I offered a refund or an apology. I will never in life take my garments to any clean and press establishment nor do I recommend that anyone go there. Their prices are competitive because the quality of their product is awful. They don't even deserve the 1 star rating.

All the coats that I sent here to clean were missing belts. They were able to find one of the belt. Then.nothing else. Another coat's fur trim on the hood was burnt too. I have been trying to contact them for months. I am really really disappointed. I will for sure not to go back here. If you like your clothes, don't send them here to clean. Because if it's ruined, apparently it's your own responsibility.

I would rate it a negative if I could. Brought in a tie with a couple very small stains from when my teenager dropped a french fry. Got it back with three much larger discolor marks on it. (At least 5 times bigger!). The tie is no longer wearable. They didn't even offer to refund the cost of the dry clean. $5.41 for a tie that they didn't clean but made much worse.
I was told I could just file a claim by calling the number on the door. But don't do it now as the owners aren't in. When I said I won't use them again the girl working told go to the ones across the street or the building next to them. She was rude and dismissive about it. I can understand having to prove the cost of the tie and try to reclaim that. But having to file a claim to get the cost of the dry cleaning back? Ridiculous!
