At Maid Brigade, our focus is on cleaning and disinfecting for health with PUREcleaning. Going beyond traditional green cleaning, PUREcleaning is a comprehensive system incorporating protocols to prevent cross-contamination, reduce pollutants, clean and disinfect. Our teams handle interior home cleaning and disinfection for residential clients in houses, townhomes, condos and apartments. For some clients, we clean on a one-time basis such as when selling a home, moving in/out or for a special event.

I use the Maid Brigade for my cleaning service and every three weeks they come with there team and clean everything. I have had them come out about 8 times now and each time has been great and a treat to come home to a clean house. They truly go above and beyond. I found there pricing to be pretty fair and I did get a few quotes. I highly recommend them. Trust them implicitly. I also love that I can just text them when I need something.

I do not recommend Maid Brigade, they expect you to pre clean before they come, they do not own a broom so your floor better be ready. If its not, expect a surprise and unannounced visit from the supervisor to inspect your floor and then confront you because they don't 'pick stuff up.' It was extremely offensive. They are over priced, poor quality of cleaning and bad customer service.

Maid Brigade has a quality guarantee but don't believe it. They are initially responsive and then evasive and disrespectful. nearly condescending after inquiring if a customer is satisfied. Then they return to explain why they didn't meet the quality guarantee. Why? Because they have no intention of meeting the quality guarantee. The owner Quentin was initially responsive to the point of over promising and then justifying what wasn't cleaned.
I have an active neighborhood and the supervisor Sue was seen shaking out dirty towels in the front of my home. I would gladly pay the fee for quality cleaning. Even if areas of concern were corrected later. Lesson learned and shared publicly; Maid Brigade has a quality guarantee but do not believe it!

My parents are getting up there in age and its difficult for them to clean. I found Maid Brigade and they did a wonderful cleaning the first time so they will be coming back monthly now. The employees at maid brigade are super professional and punctual. We usually work with Tatiana and Gloria, who consistently go above and beyond my expectations. We have been customers for about 5 years. I get very excited on Maid Brigade day! It's lovely to come home to a clean house that doesn't smell like chemicals. Having someone clean the dog nose prints off the windows is wonderful! It helps that they come the day before the trash and recycling go out, and they empty them for us.

Our experience with Maid Brigade has been excellent! We have had other cleaning companies clean our house, but none has matched their attention to detail and thoroughness! Our house is left completely immaculate from top to bottom, and they are always more than happy to accommodate any requests or feedback. TERRIBLE! After three years of being a client, Maid Brigade cancelled our move-out cleaning the day before they were scheduled to clean our old house that the new buyers were planning to move into the following day. They called to cancel the cleaning at the end of the day, the day before they were scheduled to come in and clean leaving me little to no time to find another cleaner. I was extremely upset and the customer service representative offered no explanation or offer to help me. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
