National Dusters

I just moved into a beautiful home.from 50 feet away. When I got close I realized that the house was filthy and in need of some serious TLC. I tried over the course of two weeks to do it myself but there is just too much involved. I went on Thumbtack and saw all of the great reviews for National Dusters. I sent a message and Mark got back to me within an hour.

I explained my situation and the fact that I just want to start living in my home and enjoying it rather than be faced with dirt everywhere I look. That.and the fact that my parents are coming into town tomorrow and I want them to love my new home. Mark rearranged scheduling and had three top notch professionals at my home not even 24 hours later. Panuncio, Domitilo, and Zenaida were WONDERFUL!

They were friendly and upon entering my home they were working within minutes. They deep cleaned for two hours and when I walked back in I literally got tears in my eyes. I was staring at a sparkling clean home that smelled like heaven! Thank you Mark for all you did to make this happen! Thank you Panuncio, Domitilo, and Zenaida for your over-the-top service! I'm so happy. I will definitely be back and sending all my friends your way.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Rescheduled with us 2x after not showing up and us having to call when they were late. Charged us before job was completed. Promised a refund/discount. Ignored all contact after. Extremely unprofessional.

Tonight I was going to contact this company to find out why, after Leslie's appointed quote visit- I never received an email, letter or call. Not even a response to a chat back to an ad they sent me. After reading these reviews, I now feel a dodged a bullet. They are apparently a useless company and have no integrity. And I will not use any company that cannot be trusted.

The only thing that Home Advisor did is FLOOD my email and call my cell phone and I need to obliterate their ability to contact me - and I will only inquire from friends for references.

Very disappointed in the management. I've been a long term client - perhaps for ten years and would have continued to be client if management would have been more responsive. Usually it took a cleaner approximately two hours to complete cleaning my condo. I was charged approximately $177. Often I was home when services were performed. The last time my condo was cleaned, I was home, the cleaners left in approximately one hour and I was charged $177.

I called to speak to manager, asking for refund of approximately $86, and left message for Mark to call me back. Mark never returned my call. Approximately one week later, I called again. Mark told me that he wouldn't refund me any money and that the $177 fee was the fee regardless of the time spent cleaning. I canceled the service immediately. I do not recommend this business. I has happy with the young women who provided services

I found this company on Thumbtack, and I reached out on 08/25/2020 get a quote. I probably should have read the reviews here first. Sales Manager Cheryl initially reached out to me pretty quick, and we set up a time for her to call me 08/26/2020 and she let me know she would call me at "8:00 am sharp". I sat by the phone, and 8:00am came and went. 8:20am and I heard my phone ring, which I assumed was them, and when I googled the number, it was National Dusters.

I wasn't able to return the call, as I had to be at work at 8:30am, which I had advised them when we messaged each on on 08/25/2020. I was going to give two stars for how quickly they reached out yesterday, despite calling 20 minutes late today, but I had to change it to one star when I read the message they left in the Thumbtack app. Cheryl said they tried to reach out to me "several times" which was a bold faced lie, because I was sitting in front of my phone, and I even double checked my call log and saw they only called me once.

I never did business with them, but with the late call with no apology or explanation, the lie about calling several times, I already know this is a company I would not be interested in doing business with in the future.

Phenomenal job done by Norma, Lorena and Claudia. They arrived right at 8am for my cleaning appointment and went straight to work. Not only did they provide the cleaning but they went above and beyond my expectations. They straightened the home like the pillows on sofa, adjusted any picture frames and cleaned with lots of delicacy. I was truly wowed by the service!

The move out cleaning service was worth every penny. The place looked fantastic when they were finished. From my first call with them they were responsive and I appreciated the reminder emails I received in the days before our appointment. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

National Dusters has been coming for several years now, as they "inherited" me as a client from a previous home cleaning service (Willow Maids). They clean the main level of my house once a month. I have worked with several of their teams - anywhere from 1 - 3 individuals, and overall, it has been a very good experience. I will typically meet them at the door and explain how I'd like things done, and sometimes swap out cleaning of some areas for others.

I also take the time to straighten up and put away things before they arrive to get the best use of their time. I do work out of my home office, so I may have a greater degree of flexibility to be there and explain what needs to be done. The team they send is always very accommodating. They literally, work around my two cats, as one is 16 years old and won't budge from his bed in the living room. When they are done, the house smells fantastic, the floors and counters shine, and the bathroom is sparkling.

To start off, the cleaners showed up 2 hours late to the scheduled appointment which completely threw off my day's schedule. Then, I come to find out they barely cleaned on of my bathrooms (see pictures below) and did a very mediocre job on the rest of the home. I requested a partial refund from the company and they said it's "against their policy".

I had to spend 1.5 more hours cleaning the bathroom, as I had people moving in the next day. Now, they won't respond to me and have promised me two call backs to which neither happened. Terrible management, mediocre cleaners, and I would not recommend at all.

I had been a loyal customer to National Dusters (formerly Nook and Cranny) for 4+ years until within the last 6 months when I started noticing standard things (IE vacuuming, if I requested something to be done like wiping the fridge, etc) were not getting done but I was still getting charged the full amount. Most recently, I had brought up my concern about it being the 5th time I've had to reach out because they seemed to move around more pictures to make it look like they cleaned (my husband even noticed it).

When I asked for a refund, I was told they were there an extra hour (usually there 1.5 hours but they said 2.5 hours). We have a security system so after I checked the in and out times, we found they were falsifying time and were actually only there less than 1.5 hours yet they still charged me for 2.5 hours. I have referred multiple friends and unfortunately they are starting to experience the same thing.

I would have loved for it to be different as for a couple of those years they did an outstanding job but now I would not recommend them having found out they falsified time and were not doing the bare minimum.

The cleaners showed up 2 hours late to start with and then proceed to do a terrible job on the cleaning. I had to spend another 1.5 hours scrubbing the bathroom from their poor job. I requested a partial credit from my payment and they won't grant it. On top of this, they won't return my calls after telling me they would. This company is an absolute joke and management is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!

National Dusters is absolutely awesome! I had given up on cleaning services because they left me disappointed. I found myself in a bind and needed cleaning before we had weekend guests. The ladies from National Dusters showed up on time and systematically cleaned my home from top to bottom. I added for deep cleaning and I am so happy I did. My house sparkles.

Every surface was touched. They did such a great job I honestly can't say enough good things. Both ladies were nice and extremely professional. I now feel comfortable that when I need cleaning services I have a company I can count on!

The house was very clean! Very satisfied with that. My issue was with the communication and timing. I was first told I could get the 3pm appointment, yet when the reminder came it said my appointment was at 2:30pm and when I asked about it they told me the 3pm is no longer available. So I had to wake up extra early that day so I could leave work earlier then usual to make it to my place by 2:30pm.

I was told that the cleaners would contact me when they were on there way and buy 2:45 I had not heard anything. So I messaged your business and got the response that they will be at my place between 3-3:30pm and someone will be contacting me when they are on there way. 3:30 goes by and nothing, no call, no cleaners. They do show up at ~3:45pm (1.25hrs late) and did not call, just said they were sorry it was bad traffic (1.25hrs bad traffic).

And I also drive to the cities every day for my job so I was on the road they same time they should have been. They were nice and as I mentioned did a very good job. I don't think I would recommend this business. I had to change my daily routine to make this work and was told I would have communication from the cleaners so I could have a better idea when they were coming and I didn't. I could have walked the dogs or ran an errand.

I have very bad experience with National Dusters. I called them before taking their groupon promotion and asked them if i can take it and also asked them if i can get scheduled for next day. They gave consent and i went ahead and took the groupon. I registered through their website as they mentioned in groupon and paid the 11.92$ taxes and fees and called them up again to confirm my appointment.

They said they will send an email confirmation. I never received any email confirmation. Next day morning prior to appointment i called them up to see why i didn't get any emails and wanted to confirm the appointment. They said they will not honor the groupon as i have purchased from them earlier and they cannot schedule the visit unless i pay them full price.

I mentioned i have already called them twice the day before and i had to loose a day of work waiting for the carpet cleaners to arrive. The lady behind the phone was very rude. I pointed out i called them and took permission before even taking the groupon. At last she said she will hour the groupon but i still have to pay another 16$ for cleaning up environmental waste or else she wont schedule.

I took the groupon for 2500 sqft home and my home is under 2000 sqft. I requested if they can add atleast stairs to it and they rejected. Now i remember even last time they did not do a good job in cleaning up the carpet. They are just money looters. My experience with them and especially the lady behind the phone was horrible. She was yelling at me. after i posted this the manager Eric called me and yelled at me further and he is refused to do the carpet cleaning. They are absolutely mean. Please stay away

These guys got out a stain in my carpet that I swore would be impossible, saved me hundreds of dollars, great work and service here!

They bought out a local cleaner here in St Cloud and ruined a company w a good rep. They setup an appointment, they miss thetime. They reschedule, they miss that too. Never arrived after repeated calls. Avoid if you want your carpets cleaned on your (or any) schedule. Update: They said they would call back after review was posted. They did not. Buyer beware.

This company was assigned to me through Amazon cleaning services. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning and two teenage girls came for about an hour (after being an hour late). I don't think they've ever cleaned a house before, especially when you look at how they made the beds.

Scheduled a walk-through several days ahead of time so I could start a recurring cleaning sercvice. I confirmed twice via emails sent by National Dusters. After taking time off work, the company called me the morning of and cancelled for no stated reason. Very, very frustrating.

They are a scam company stay away. During the cleaning they called me 4 times trying to upsell me. Not by $25-$50 but $200-$400. That's triple what we paid. They called 4 different time demanding we do this. When we refused the final time they said well you won't even notice we were there. So we paid for literally nothing. Stay away. Hello. National dusters gave out customer information which is federally protected by the FTC. I have filed a case against them. Be aware.

I am appalled with how National Dusters manager Laura Sanchez treated me! After being a faithful customer for at least three years, always accurately paying to them, giving tips, providing convenient parking ( which isn't easy @ my area ), I was refused in getting service from National Dusters. There was no explanation offered. I never been in position of a customer thrown away with absolutely no reason. I also never saw anything like that happening with other businesses. Shame on you, Laura Sanchez!

They have very poor communication between the cleaning and office staff which results in a poor service overall. I have tried to work with this company several times and after the third walk through due to the poor initial cleaning service I was informed that they cannot work with me because I want them to "pick up furniture and move toys". My home is kept very neat.

I never asked for this. I asked them to vacuum underneath furniture which to me should be a given. I was very disappointed with the entire experience and it was quite a waste of time.

This is a review about customer service. I called to schedule appointments for 4 Groupons I had purchased for my friends and self and the man who answered the phone started saying that it did not matter if I purchased the coupons for myself and others-it is only 1 coupon purchased per household. I had tried to schedule at least 1 of the 4 and not have to deal with a total loss and then when I asked to speak to his manager or owner he called me the B word under his breath but audible and then said they would not honor any of my coupons -any of them.

When I said I needed more of an explanation regarding their Groupons he tried to tell me what his owner would tell me; that I am out of luck. I said I only wanted to talk to someone of more authority to see if we could work to make things right. Then he hung up on me. I was firm, calm and respectful to him the entire call and simply wanted to talk to his boss regardless of if I was right or wrong.

Now I am stuck on on the phone with Groupon for hours (they would only refund 1 of 4 Groupon's). This franchisee does not seem to have an consistent and ethical that reflects a practice of valuing their customers. Particularly If they let receptionists speak for them in all situatons. I am a successful entrepreneur myself and i know that small businesses need to work with their customers individually at times and offer transparency so things can be resolved. SIDE NOTE: Groupon will not refund your money on purchases you buy more than 3 business days- no matter what the situation. You need to go back to your credit card company and complain.

I would highly recommend National Dusters for carpet cleaning. They were very prompt and professional.

Didn't even clean our kitchen floor and was told crew didn't have time. Our house isn't even that big so what exactly were they doing? Spoke with owner and was very unprofessional and rude and wouldn't even consider a discount. Told him I would write negative review and he told me he would have it removed. So unprofessional.

Ordered via Groupon, made the appointment for my mother's house. Took my address validated the Groupon, 2 weeks later, 35 mile drive to mom's, cleared the room of everything, vacuumed and no show from National Dusters! Mom got a good vacuuming. Called N D. closed was the text I got upon calling. Website said open! Got a return call from same number but no one was there, butt dial in assume. Got a call back a few minutes later, the gentleman said we had no appointment, but oddly he knew the address. And said they do not auto text, and do not validate Groupon over the phone, well they did, it's gone. And no job done. Thanks National Dusters

National Dusters did great! They were easy to work with. They scheduled for my carpets to be cleaned, I received a confirmation email and they showed up as scheduled ON TIME! My carpets look great!

We needed two rooms of carpeting cleaned. The technician arrived as scheduled, was very efficient as well as careful and thorough.

Jason was extremely professional and thorough in helping me chose services for a townhouse move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. Since no one was going to be at the property and I hadn't worked with this company before, I was a little concerned. All my worries were taken away and the staff did a fabulous job! Spotless cleaning floor to ceiling! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing these services!

I bought a living social for 3 hours of house cleaning to use before my daughters birthday party. Making an appointment was an ordeal, they would not respond to phone calls only emails, which is hard when trying to make appointments and the emails were short, curt and unprofessional. It also took 2 emails to reconfirm the appointment the week of. Day of a sweet young girl did show up on time (phew!).

I showed her everything we wanted clean in order of preference and then I left to get my daughter out of the house while she worked since the last thing she needed was an almost 2 year old in her way. We returned after 2.5 hours and I was surprised how little had been done. She had cleaned the living room and was almost done with our kitchen. That was in 2.5 hours!

She then quickly did the guest bathroom that is only used for my daughter to take baths in and therefore was hardly dirty. She left 10 minutes early since "not much I can do in 10 minutes and I have another house I need to get to." I didn't argue with her since anything she did in 10 minutes would have been null anyway and I knew I was going to have to spend the next day cleaning myself now after this disappointing experience.

How a "professional" cleaner can clean 1 medium sized living room, 1 medium sized kitchen and a small barely used bathroom in 3 hour is beyond me!?! The rooms were "clean" but nothing spectacular I have come to expect her I get my house cleaned professionally. Phone calls and emails about this experience to the company were never returned.

The very best cleaning job I ever had, truly! They were professional and really gave me a deep cleaning in every inch of my home I was shocked at the results. Truly amazing I defianatly would have them come again Just fabulous job

I recently purchased a cleaning coupon from LivingSocial.com for a someone from National Dusters to come and clean my home. Upon visiting the website i noticed that they also had a sanitation cleaning that they offered so i thought, what the heck.and made an appointment. The Girl that came to my house was really nice and asked if there was anything i wanted her to start on right away.

She cleaned and the they Sanatized for me. MY HOUSE SMELLS AMAZING and i dont think that even i could have cleaned it better and its my own house. i was home the whole time and was so impressed that i ordered cleaning on a regular basis. love love love! National Dusters.

My experience was wonderful! I needed a daybed cleaned and they were more then efficient, timely and absolutely wonderful to work with I will be using National Dusters whenever I need to get carpet or upholstery cleaning that is done well and efficiently!

Great company! I am a Realtor in the Twin Cities area. Used National Dusters to clean a client's house after she purchased. Little did we know the entire carpet was covered with urine stains from multiple dogs, which is hard to get out after years of sitting.. After the treatment the stains were not only gone, but the carpet smelled great and a week later my client noted the stains still haven't shown back up! I am impressed. Thanks National Dusters.
