I wanted to pass on my compliments to your team. One visit and I am totally sold. My life is very hectic as I live in one state and work in another. I have one dry cleaner I like but can never get to (in the state I work in) and a whole bunch that I have never liked near our home. Your hours are great, the staff is absolutely wonderful, your cleaning service was top notch, your turn around was fantastic and your pickup and delivery solves my only issue with the extra 3 miles I was going to have to drive.
We offer FREE same day service for dry cleaning & laundered shirts that are in by our cutoff times Monday-Friday otherwise it will be ready the following day. Your order can be ready by the evening of the same day if it is in in by our cutoff time. Some items may need more time if they have heavy stains or if they have special cleaning needs.

I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things don't always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. If something should go wrong they will never leave you out to dry.

I was in need of getting 30+ used special occasion/ prom dresses dry cleaned for a community event called "A Night to Remember Prom" (a prom held for teens and young adults with special needs). Pilgrim Dry Cleaners stepped up to the plate and offered to help in this undertaking. They provided prompt service (only a few days for turn around time) and the outcome of the dresses was stunning!
