American Housekeeping does a decent but not amazing job cleaning. After every visit there was something missed that we would clean ourselves. Frustrating also was the increase in prices over the last 6 months. We understand inflation plays a role and also it's tough to find employees. That being said we experienced an almost 40% change in the originally agreed upon price.

We were told that our house took too long to clean and yet for 2 years prior this was never an issue. Given the cost and the slightly above average work I'd say 3 stars is about right.

I had American Housekeeping clean my main floors. They were dirty, and after they left, the house smelt fresh, and the floor was shinning. I recommend allowing them the opportunity to clean your home. They were respectful of our space and showed up during the window that we requested. They'll be coming back to do our bathrooms, and I'm excited to see how they turn out.

I used American Housekeeping for the first time today and was impressed by their professionalism. Alex came over a few weeks ago and gave us a quote-prompt, kind and professional. I LOVED that I wasn't surprised by the pricing when it came down to the cleaning day itself. The quote didn't change. No surprises. It was exactly what we discussed and agreed on.

I enjoyed visiting with Marci-I believe office manager- afterwards to make sure payment and future cleaning dates were all set up. The cleaning itself was exactly what is on the checklist I was given previous the cleaning-very thorough. I was so impressed that they cleaned my toddlers dirty high chair! I did not expect that at all. I'd consider that more of an extra/going above and beyond. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism and reliability!

I did shop around and American Housekeeping was the best value. When I met the estimator, Marcie, it sealed the deal. She knew her business, liked my animals, and overall a really good person. My first cleaning was a few days a go. They did a wonderful job, house looks awesome. I'm doing just once a month, but it will help me tremendously.

I hired American to clean my mom's home (Stephanie A.) on an ongoing basis. From the very beginning, Marcie was gracious and kind during the estimate and describing the services. Once the three ladies came over to mom's house.she was blown away. The house has never been so clean! She was a little apprehensive about having strangers in the house but she ended up like each and every one them. Fantastic attitudes and fantastic service!

I have had cleaners for the past 6 years. I recently changed to American Housekeeping and I can honestly say that my home has never been that clean with others. No dust, my tile floors (that get so dirty with toddlers) were so clean and everything smelled so fresh. The best part was that they did it in about the same amount of time as my previous cleaners. So professional! I'm only sad I haven't been using them all this time! I'd highly recommend them!

I was impressed at how quickly they had someone over to give me a quote. She was very nice and thorough making sure of exactly what I wanted to have cleaned. I signed up for a full house cleaning and then to have them come back to do bathrooms, hard floors and vacuuming every other week. They did the full house cleaning the other day and it felt great to walk into a super clean house after a long day at work! I am excited to have them do cleaning every other week.
