Faye's Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Laundromats typically cater to a lower socioeconomic market and clientele. Faye's is a nice facility and feels clean on the inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is a little bit more expensive for a cleaners and laundromat than I prefer, but I also prefer a clean facility that doesn't feel like a bad part of town. I typically only use the laundromat for large bed comforters or extra large laundry loads. They have a range of Small and large commercial sized washers and dryers.

The front desk person was super friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the quality, ease and outcome of this establishment and will be pleased to use them in the future.

Because we go to the dry cleaners so seldom, I wasn't sure what machines to use or how to get change, etc. Link was very good at walking me through the whole process. In addition we had cushions for my patio that we weren't sure would survive either washing or dry cleaning. The manager of the Kaysville shop patiently explained what the process was and we agreed to take them home and hand wash them ourselves. Both Layton and Kaysville were very professional.

I go to Faye's for my dry cleaning. They are always polite and they have always had my dry cleaning done the next day.

I have been taking my clothes to face laundry for 30 years. They have been wonderful all for all those years.my clothes come out perfect. They have never lost a single item. And now they pick up from my house. Couldn't ask for anything better

I sent an item of clothing in and it came back damaged. I filled out a damage report and sent it back in to see if it could be repaired. The item of clothing had been melted in four spots so I knew I couldn't be fixed. I waited for them to call me back. I never got a response. In the several months I have been dealing with them I have never received a call back when they've told me they would call me.

I'm very upset. This item needs to be compensated and I'll never be using Faye's again. After several months and attempts at contacting someone I got a call back. The gentlemen was always very kind when I spoke with him, and he apologized profusely that I want contacted earlier. I was reimbursed for the item of clothing and we ended on a good note.

I recently became employed in Farmington, UT and needed to find a dry cleaners. Faye's picks up and delivers my clothing, which is very convenient. Plus, they are a local company which makes my dollars stay in the community. Thank you, Faye's for the excellent quality and value of dry-cleaning my professional clothing.

They know me personally at Faye's and always provide personalized care. Questions are answered and they have helped me with cleaning anything from my car cover to a shirt. I've been doing business with them for over thirty years.

They always come back on the right date and time promised. The cost is very reasonable. The person I picked them up is very professional. He asked if there was anything else they can do for. They are convenient for me I have been going there for years and never felt that something was wrong. I will continue to go there unless we move out of the area.

Closed Sundays- because clothes don't need washing on sundays. Closest laundromat is 15 miles away. so you would think? It's on Main Street in town, with Christmas lights in the window. But sucks because a necessity like this should be 7 days a week

Faye's has been around forever, they are committed to their customers and more important they are good honest hard working people! I have loved dealing with them in every aspect of life and any dealings ive had. They are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

I used the self-serve laundromat. The floor looked like someone mopped it with filthy water. The washers and dryers were clean but at least six of the dryers had out of order signs on them. If I needed a laundromat in the area, I would choose a different one.

Good place to get dry cleaning. They do a great job at a fair price. Never had any issues and been coming here for over 25 years. Drive thru is in a garage so if weather is bad it doesn't affect the pickup. Have used the washers & dryers when ours has broken down. They are well maintained and very clean. They keep things clean and the staff is always helpful. Nice to have so close to to home.

Going without a washer & dryer is a BIG pain. I have a large family so until my new washer and dryer come in I had to use a laundry mat for a few months. Last week I had a family wedding so I had scheduled everything to the minute to fit it all in. Got to Faye's right at 7:00 AM.no one was there waited 20 minutes I left. Came back at 8:00 no one was there. Came back after 9:00 finally someone was there! It is Frustrating as a customer to not honor the hours you say your going to be open!

I love their drive thru! It makes it extremely convenient on my busy days! I think they have an extremely friendly staff and the turn around time in getting my clothes back is great! I would definitely recommend to a friend, or anyone else for that matter!

This place is great. Prices are better than my old cleaners and do an awesome job. Got a comforter washed here and they retuned it in a plastic zip up storage style bag instead of a thin clear bag resembling a trash bag like many other cleaners. I thought that was a nice touch incase it was to be stored for a few months. Will return for all future needs.

I always used Faye's because it was local and they have a very convenient drive through. They are expensive. They are not very friendly. The owners smoke, which worries me when I want clean clothes. They have ruined every hook and eye on all my expensive skirts. But I wanted to support a local business. But after this morning where they refused to open their drive through "we can't open it this early". (Surprising since they have opened it at 7am for the past 10 years).

I thought of going elsewhere. But I have earned points I wanted to claim. So I took 5 blouses and 4 skirts. I asked them to be careful of the hook and eyes on all my expensive skirts. And they finally all came back in perfect condition. Each skirt had a note on it telling the cleaner to be careful. So I might keep going and I've given them a higher rating

These guys are the best. Don't usually do reviews but was so impressed with their service and turnaround time that I just had to give them props. Would use them again any time I am in town and need alterations or dry cleaning services.

Expensive for dry cleaning but fast and good quality. The people there could be more friendly, they always seem like they are in a bad mood. Overall, this is where I get my dry cleaning done.
