AAA Utah water damage did a fantastic job! They responded promptly - even at midnight, and within an hour they found the source of the leak and began the drying process. Their fast actions saved my carpets, wood flooring, and furniture! They were also quick to respond and they fixed the problem quickly and patiently helped me through the whole process.

They also had a set of procedures for estimating and documenting that made the insurance process seamless and hassle-free and I didn't end up paying out of pocket for the whole ordeal. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.

Had a couple interactions with the AAA guys, they're very knowledgeable and do quality work. Very friendly and responded quickly, I would definitely recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Just like the person before me, I'm having almost an identical issue. From the get go, they were first quick to send their mitigation guys out and get that first check but good luck getting them to finish the job. I have now been since mid November without my basement being finish or my washer and dryer being installed. When the basement people first left they didn't finish and forgot to re-wire my wall for my washer an dryer and yet would not respond back.

When they did finally respond, they mentioned someone would be out. It's been weeks, still nothing! The people keep saying they will come finish but don't. I can't help but feel majorly taken advantage of. And good luck getting not just the Reno guys to respond but also the office girl to have the right docs filed. Personally I wish I would've never chosen this company. To be honest, I don't even know if they will come finish.

AAA Restoration goes above and beyond with their customer service. I have had a very positive experience and I have heard others that say they felt the same. When they are asked for help they fix the problem.

I have been waiting for 2 months for them to help fix the water damage to my house after they originally came out to fix the damage. I keep getting no call backs from them to fix the issues that I have been dealing with and trying to get fixed by them. They are very unprofessional and I would highly suggest you look for someone else if you want someone to help you when you need a restoration company. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life and I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life. Stay away from them if you want to be treated right.

A guy came, seemed like he was in a hurry, and let us know that there was mold in a small corner of our bedroom and that someone else would come out after he sent us the estimate and we agreed to the amount. The next guy came, he was very nice, knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He ripped out the drywall, the carpet and protected the studs and let us know a contractor would come to fix the rest.

Another great guy came, he was very nice and fixed the drywall and paint and did a great job. You couldn't even tell there was any drywall repair. The carpet guy came, had to reschedule because he didn't have the right foam for under the carpet and came back the next day. He replaced the foam, put the carpet back and cleaned it. I still noticed a musty smell so I called and was told that the first guy who came out would need to call me about it. It's been about 2 months and I haven't received a call. There's still a musty smell and I'm not confident that all the mold was removed.

I had the ducts cleaned at my house by AAA, I am very glad I did. It was done in about a half day and I immediately noticed a difference. The picture below is the HEPA filter after the ducts were cleaned, it was white when they started. I'm definitely going to do this yearly now, it was money well spent.

I have used AAA for many many years. I appreciate that they are careful on corners, railings and my grandfather clock. I am always amazed that they can make my carpets look like new without much moisture. When I had a cat spraying problem even Don the owner came up to advise me. That was nice that he would take the time. I recently had the opportunity to have Chase in my home.

He was very polite and helpful. He went the extra mile in contacting an advisor when he was cleaning my couch. I appreciated that he didn't just go ahead and try and wing it. I have recommended AAA to my friends and family.

While I can't recommend flooding your house just for the experience, if that's the experience you're already having, I can wholeheartedly recommend using AAA Restoration to help get things back to normal. When we discovered that a water main had burst and flooded under the house, we were at a complete loss as to how to handle it ourselves. Fortunately, our frantic search for a disaster cleanup crew led us to the highly-rated AAA Restoration company.

While my husband attempted several other companies and either couldn't get through or was told he'd get a call back "later", I got through to AAA Restoration immediately, and they had someone out to our location faster than we thought possible given that it was the end of the business day. They fought through traffic to help us start pumping hundreds of gallons of water out from the crawl space and under the house storage areas.

It was such a relief to know someone else who knew what to do was taking over. The employees were all very informative, professional, and they documented everything they did along with a complete inventory of what was pulled out from the storage area and how everything was dispositioned. They worked well with our home insurance, and we got regular updates on the progress every step of the way.

We went from basically having an "indoor wading pool" to dried and dehumidified and back to feeling like it was just the normal home again. The fans and dehumidifiers were already set up and had been running for half a day before we got a call back from even one of the multiple other companies we had contacted the night before. Even after the work was done, the house was dry, and the bills were paid, Brittany was incredibly helpful in tracking down some information for us on some of the specific items that had been in storage.

While I'm hopeful we'll never have a flooded house again, we are 100% going to be using them for carpet cleaning moving forward, just on the basis of our experience over the last couple of weeks. 11/10, can recommend.

The sprinkler system in the backroom of our store flooded, ruining the ceiling, some cabinets, and damaging the floor. My property managers brought in AAA Restoration, and they were friendly and efficient. The owner was wonderful and made me feel like, despite what had happened, I was going to be taken care of with as little inconvenience as possible, which is exactly what I needed.

I met several of their employees and they all were friendly, did a great job communicating, and worked efficiently. It was a several day project and they came on four separate occasions until the job was done, and I never had to call to follow up or find out what was going on, which was incredibly refreshing. Great staff. Their flooring department isn't huge but it's perfect and not overwhelming. Anything I wanted, they had and way less expensive than anyone else. Insurance job for flood repair totaling over $70,000.00. Decent job on water remediation.lousy on everything else. Their showroom doesn't even have prices.they just say "your insurance will cover that". Come to find out that carpet was HALF of what my insurance would cover. Cheapest quality supplies, installed by the worst quality sub contractors!

I came home unexpectedly and literally found their subs using my tools from my garage! There are lumps of drywall under my vinyl floor.they didn't even sweep before laying it down! They even forgot to plug in my sump pump after laying carpet in my basement.causing a 2nd flood right after I had just moved back home! You should use these jokers for water remediation only.then use your own carpet, flooring, painters, etc.

Their overpriced counter and cabinet guys were twice the cost and twice the time frame as the guys I found on my own. AAA will use the cheapest subcontractors and charge you top dollar. Take the time to hire your own general contractor for rebuilding your place.these guys are for water clean up only.

AAA Restoration was so great to work with! The house I was house sitting at had a shower back up and flood the bathroom and out into the hall and AAA was super quick to get someone out to help me! They were quick, efficient, and honest people to work with! We also had them do the hardwood floors in the dental office I work at. They did an amazing job and the floors are beautiful!
