Want to give a shout out to Thoro-Clene carpet cleaning! They came the same week I called, were so friendly, and the gentleman who came was kind and professional and took extra care to work hard on the high traffic areas in my living room. They even called the follow day to see if I had any questions or concerns and to say thank you for choosing them. I believe they are local, which I love. Very happy!

I had tile steamed cleaned, it turned out amazing. The old owners put some kind of sealant on the tile and it ruined it. They were able to get all the stains out and all the sealant off. They were on time and very professional.

The technician Taylor arrived early and so thorough in checking the arears that needed to be cleaned. He also brought in two large water jugs for us which was so thoughtful and out of his job description. To us that showed what level of employees Throro-Clene hires. Our carpets look amazing and we will definitely be using them again.

Wow! Thoro-Clene is my go-to service now. I've used many others and no one compares to the QUALITY OF CLEANING CARPETS! Yes, they are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They are also not the most expensive. So excited to use them in the future!

So here is our story, I came home after work to find we were getting our carpets cleaned. we had another company come out (chemdry) and they said the 200 cleaning we agreed to wouldn't do anything unless we bought the pet treatment which was 100$ a gallon and we would need multiple gallons. We tried to just have some done but the carpet guy said it wouldn't do much and things would still be the same after he was done.

So we sent him home and called thoro-clean John came out next day we told him what our story was and he was happy to help we did have to add a per treatment but it was not the 600$ add on from the other place. Pulse he has done so much extra they are amazing and would absolutely recommend 100% don't go anywhere else!

100% satisfied! I needed my living room carpet cleaned before New Years Eve. When I called to ask questions and make an appointment, they were able to schedule me within 2 days! My carpet was dry within 8 hrs! Thoro-Clene will be coming back in the spring to do my stairs and hallway.

This was my first time using this company. My neighbor recommended them. The scheduler worked hard to fit me in at the last minute for a sizeable job. The technician was polite, professional and did a great job. My carpets look great and dried pretty fast. I liked that the technician used corner protectors to keep the hoses from rubbing against my walls and baseboards, especially when doing the stairs. I would use this company again.

Great service and great price! They came out so quick and gave me an estimate and then returned the next week to clean my carpets and wood floor. My carpets look amazing and so does my wood floor. They did an awesome job and were so nice! Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Thoro-Clene. They promptly responded to my email asking for a bid. Jason met me at my rental property, exactly when we scheduled to meet. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as I contemplated three different options. Their bid was to my liking to replace the carpet in the family room, repair the existing carpet in several places and clean the carpet, stairs and landings. Oscar did all of the work on the scheduled day and time.

He showed up at the exact time we scheduled and completed the work on time. Next I'm going to have them clean all of the carpet, stairs, landings and stretch and repair the carpet in my home.

Great company! A very helpful rep got us scheduled right away (next day service!) and they sent out a couple of very polite & knowledgeable guys who got the job done quick! It was a carpet repair job- cutting and re stretching and my carpet looks great! I paid a little more than I was quoted from a couple other companies, but it was well worth the extra money for the kind people I was able to deal with, and also to know that they will stand behind their work. Grateful for honest and hard working companies like these! They are hard to find these days.
