Paramount / Crystal Clear

Paramount did an excellent job on our windows. They are professional and respectful. The prices were very fair and they were on time. We are going to use them again in the spring and we highly recommend them.

Brian arrived on time. He is a very nice person, who came with his mask on and he immediately took his shoes off. He was thorough, quick, careful and did a really nice job. i would have rated him 5 stars but I didn't notice him brushing off the window screens that I think are part of the job. small concern for a really big change in my windows. i'm satisfied and my neighbor used him the same morning and she also was happy. We live on the sixth floor of our condo building and Brian knows how to sit on the ledge to reach the top corners of the outside of the windows. amazing to watch.

Originally wanted them to power wash deck. They looked at job and said that I shouldn't do it. Because of their honesty I had them do the windows. Fast. Efficient. No mess. No fuss. Respected the needs for social distancing.

Brian showed up as scheduled. He did the work as promised and I'm happy with my clean windows! I find Brian to be professional, pleasant and will call him again. This was the third time I've used Paramount.

Paramount was great at communicating via yelp to schedule window cleaning. They then showed up exactly on time and stayed until all work was completed. Decent price but well worth it for the quality communication and level of service.

Talk about vindictive! After saying he would attempt to work out our differences, Brian lied to me, Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. He attempted to extort money from me by creating a bogus collection account which he then sold to some collection agency. False collection actions are illegal Brian! Good luck with that!

Brian and paramount home services is my go-to for gutter cleaning twice per year. I always buy my gutter cleaning from the online website so the transaction is quick and I don't even have to make a call. Brian comes out and does a great job all around. He is always responsive and sends texts and answers calls promptly to respond to any questions you may have. Check out paramount home services for additional home services too. I may be calling Brian for window cleaning this year along with getting my home and deck power washed.

I have used Paramount Home Services each time I needed my gutters cleaned. Brian does great work!

We hired Paramount to clean our chandelier and wash some outside windows. Scheduling was convenient, they arrived on-time, are reasonably priced and have excellent attention to detail. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my pickiest friends because I trust that the quality of their work is top-notch every time.

P/S: This is added information TWO weeks after my original review. Paramount owner called and left too many messages, and even showed up at my house when we were not home( babysitter called us). He asked me to remove the review so that he can refund me in full. Please stay away from this person if you have a choice.

Quick, easy to schedule, fairly priced. Will do screens if needed. Two nice, normal guys came. One did inside, one did outside in less than an hour. Will also clean gutters for additional charge. Would give 5 stars, but there were paint splatters on windows that didn't come off. I didn't realize it was paint & they didn't mention it. My bad for not checking windows b4 they left.

I'm very happy with the service from Paramount. I got a quote to power-wash the front of my house and it was very reasonable, especially considering I wanted it done in February! We had to move fast to catch a wave of warm weather, and Brian delivered. He was even able to accommodate a last-minute request to power-wash the side of the garage as well. 5 stars!

So basically you're saying I randomly chose your business, guessed that you used groupon at one time in the past and decided to badmouth you for no reason. NO. I gave the groupon to my next door neighbor as a gift because he had a knee replacement and couldn't climb a ladder. He called you and you gave him the runaround. He returned it to me so I called you.

You came up with some silly philosophical story about what exactly is a groupon and a coupon and basically gave me the runaround too. I'm not looking to steal anything from you, blackmail you, or extort you. I don't want anything from you or your business. The money was lost a long time ago but the memory lingers. That's what still bothers me about it.

I paid in good faith and got ripped off by what is supposed to be a reputable business and it still comes to mind every autumn.and the last part of your reply to me? "While I did let some commit felonies against me, after a while I put my foot down, and did not allow anyone further to blackmail, threaten or steal from me. If you were in that group, then yes, I would have ended our relationship prior to doing work for you or honoring a groupon. Did you attempt to commit a crime against me? Brian" I think there's something very wrong with you.

Easy to schedule with. Flexible and was able to do the work when we were not present. Good communication and no surprises on price. We would use them again for sure.

While initially responsive with getting back to me about a date, I received a weird call the night before that seemed like he didn't want to come out and clean my windows in the city. Made a up a weird story about city windows having stuff on them that can't be cleaned (I've had my windows cleaned by others without a problem). Then he was an hour late and price was jacked up from my Angie's list deal that I bought when I set up service - almost twice the price. And, while the cleaning of the windows was fine I would have liked greater level of service on moving chairs back in place. Not a fan and won't be using Paramount again.

Called Brian to see if he could clean some suspended lighting over our staircase. He provided a reasonable quote and scheduled for two days later. Showed up and covered the floor, made sure to be careful with our floors and pendants. He was finished in about 45 minutes, and everything was much cleaner. Spotless, in fact. So, easy to contact, easy to schedule, arrived on time, careful with our belongings and property, performed the work with excellence, and cleaned up and left. Awesome.

Paramount cleaned my windows yesterday (2-story house). They did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my gutters :) I highly recommend them! Dave
