If you are clumsy and spill coffee on your spotless carpeting, call Eric and Nova Clean. What an awesome guy! He actually picked up his phone when we called and came out to service our mistake in seven hours. He is in different areas every day and fortunately he was in Naperville and could fit us in after dinner. OMG he was patient, thorough, and took care to protect the floors. Very pleased with Nova Clean Chem Dry! Eric came, most pleasant young man, showed us stains we never knew we had with blue light (urine, nice droppings, old blood yuk). He was able to lift stains I couldn't believe we're possible to eliminate: Red wine and high traffic/eating areas accumulation over 10 years. I've had rugs cleaned at another home, lesser stains were not removed.
My boyfriend was referred to this company from a friend because of results and that the rug quickly dried. I will call Nova when I have my own rugs cleaned. Thank you Eric, you were wonderful and efficient. (I wish I had taken before/after photos)

A week before we closed on our condo we determined we would be keeping the bedroom carpeting instead of replacing it. I called Eric to see if it was possible to work us into his schedule before we moved in the week after we closed. He was very professional and worked us into his schedule the day we needed the carpet cleaned. He showed up on time, was friendly, and was very professional. The carpets looked amazing after he was done. We would highly recommend him and Nova Clean Chem-Dry to clean your carpets.

Working with Eric was an absolute breeze! I filled out his contact form and received a call back less than an hour later. Eric was on time, pleasant, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and what products he was using. He checked the fabric content and the content of the cushion cores, foam or down. He thoroughly vacuumed everything before he cleaned it. He cleaned 3 chairs, sofa and area rug. I was very happy with the end result and the price. My furniture and area rug look brand new. The products he used were all pet friendly. I will recommend him to my condo board and my friends. Eric did a great job at a great price. He was very responsive and was quite accommodating. He showed up at the requested time and was able to remove the pet stains from the carpets. Eric is amazing! From getting the quote, and scheduling, to treating my pets with the same respect as he did me! Eric was amazing. On the first visit he cleaned some dirty carpet on stairs. Ive had carpets cleaned for 25 years and never have I seen the quality of work and true professionalism. I called him back a few days later to see if he could remove some pet stains. He worked in the stains and the carpet looks like new. I highly recommend and the quality is well worth the cost!
