Did a great job cleaning our businesses carpets. Have used them several times now.

Dave has been cleaning our carpets for years. He always does a great job at a fair price, and gets out stains we thought would never come out.

When Dave comes to your house, you will be so impressed with his professionalism. He also has a great sense of humor and does not judge the pet stains or how clean or messy your house is. He comes to our house now regularly and I really do believe our carpets have thanked us. Call him!

Carpet Tech is our only carpet/sofa cleaning company we use. It is nice to have someone who we trust and does a great job every single time. I appreciate his punctuality, and his good business ethics. As far as I am concerned, there is no other carpet cleaning company. Some people expect miracles, and it can be a downer to have a five year old set stain never come out, and Dave (owner) is upfront with what can be done. I had one spot in my rec room that he made no promises on, but it did vanish.

We did a move out clean, Dave gave us a very reasonable price! He was on time, very clean cut on clarifying any questions. He was in and out and the carpets are great! I will definitely use him again.

Dave didn't spend much time, didn't see obvious fresh stains (my dog got sick and there was blood on the carpet), and the stains and smell were still there after he finished.

Dave did a great job on the entire house with a great price. Made it out on time and was very easy to work with. Had to leave the house before he was done so he finished and locked up for me. Will work with him again!

We were not happy with the way the carpet looked when the cleaning was finished (a whole 35 minutes). The operator said "it was the best he could do". He said our carpets were "old and worn-out". They were new two years ago and not cheap! To test our theory of "poor workmanship", we borrowed our neighbors Bissell machine and went over the traffic areas we complained about.

And guess what? the cleaning water was very dark and dirty and the carpet looked much better. Our money would have been better spent buying a Bissell type machine and doing the cleaning ourselves. That is what we will do for the next cleaning (maybe tomorrow).

Dave is amazing. I have to admit that I didn't have much hope for some of the carpet in a few of our rooms. With 4 kids and a chocolate lab it's hard to keep up with every spill and accident. I told Dave when he started that I didn't expect miracles but that is exactly what I got. My carpets look brand new and smell amazing! Dave was very prompt, friendly and professional. I am definitely a repeat customer!

This is a really great business. My carpets were heavily pet stained. Dave restored them to new. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and friendly. Best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. I'll use his service again and heartily recommend it.

WARNING: Do not use this Company! We were forced to use Carpet Technicians Inc by the Kallas Properties ( Property Management company). Dave was extremely unprofessional. The website guarantees his work yet Kallas property is still charging us a $175 carpet cleaning fee after he was finished. My wife had a conversation about getting a pet treatment done from him at the time of the cleaning, which he did not do.

So I am getting charged another $175 fee. This, in my opinion, is beyond horrific customer service and he in fact "guarantees nothing. I paid him $180 for a carpet cleaning that I have to have redone. This is his emailed, , received by my wife, when asked if he had done the pet treatment. That he said he would take care of. I called this provider because of the two positive reviews. On the plus side, the owner's wife was very friendly when I made the appointment and told me they guaranteed their work. The owner was also friendly and a little early for the appointment. On the down side, I had three complaints. He cleaned the carpets much quicker than my previous service and I was surprised at how wet the carpet was when he left.

Even when I use my own carpet cleaner it usually dries within 4-5 hours, but with fans blowing on a sunny day, they were still a bit damp after more than 10 hours. My carpet is 8 years old and not heavily soiled although I did have a few pet stains in one area from our new dog. He warned me he might not be able to get all of them completely clean, which I understood.

But I was disappointed that once the carpets dried, most stains were still there and even some of the high traffic areas still looked a bit dingy. This had never happened with my previous service. The wife's owner told me I should call if any stains came back within two weeks and they would re-clean them. I had company coming in two days so I decided to call.

My third complaint is that when I spoke to the owner, he made no such offer but was defensive and a bit rude. When I explained that his wife told me to call if I wasn't completely happy, he just replied that he had hundreds of happy customers. Maybe this is true, but unfortunately I wasn't one of them.

Dave is fantastic! I am in real estate, so I have hired hundreds of carpet cleaners over the past 7 years. Dave Willard is my "go-to" guy for carpet cleaning. Dave is very easy to work with -- he immediately answers his phone when I call, or calls me back very promptly. He makes appointments at my convenience, and he always does the job right the first time.

He uses top-of-the line equipment, so the carpets are always getting the best clean possible. His prices are very fair, and I have not yet once sent him back to re-do his work, which is extremely valuable in the real estate/property management industry where things are moving so quickly. I love doing business with Carpet Technicians!

Dave at Carpet Technicians is my "go-to" carpet cleaner. He is reliable, on time and does a great job. He uses a truck mounted steam system that leaves the carpets fresh and clean but not too wet. They are dry in just a few hours and not too damp to walk on right away if I need to. Our firm does use him consistently on our listings as well as our office location. He is the best out there that I've ever hired.
