I had never used a professional carpet service until now so I was a bit nervous when looking around for one. I called Crystal carpet care and they were able to get me scheduled for the following week. Kevin showed up on time and spent a lot of time answering all my questions thoroughly before he began. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and I was never pressured to add any additional costs and there were no gotcha's.

The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the results and especially the absolutely fantastic customer service. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I hired them to dye few relatively large bleach stains in our bedroom carpet. The whole job, from the initial email to get a quote till finishing the work, all was done flawlessly! Communication over emails was efficient and easy, with prompts replies. The estimated cost I got over email was accurate. On the work day, they came on time, with a curtesy call an hour before they arrived.

When the technician saw the bleach stains he was clear about the process and the expected outcome, and the results were even better than what I expected. I'd definitely hire them again (hopefully not for bleach stains though! but maybe for carpet cleaning).

I hired them to on behalf of a client to do carpet stretching. They came out on time and were super professional. Kevin did an exceptional job and the communication was fantastic. Wonderful company.

The entire staff at Crystal Carpet care was great (and I worked with a few of them). The initial cleaning appointment was easy to schedule and went very smoothly. I would totally give a 5 star review for customer service! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because something strange happened that caused some striping on our stairs. The staff was great and came out many times to try to fix it.

The rest of the house turned out great and the stairs were eventually taken care of. I just want to thank everyone for the attention given to the problem and appreciate your efforts. I will certainly use CCC again.

Contacted Crystal Carpet Care through Yelp for a bid to stretch (5 rooms, 2 hallways, master bath and closet) and clean my carpet. From the fast correspondence, to the bid (on site and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), to the job itself and then the follow-up it's a company that I would use again and highly recommend. Every aspect went smoothly, other than me moving the furniture, and on time. The carpet looks outstanding, thanks!

I recently purchased a townhouse and the previous owners had 2 cats. The master bedroom and closet had a distinct odor of urine and the carpets were stained and quite dirty. I had the carpets cleaned and the master bedroom and closet treated for pet urine and they turned out terrific. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The carpets look amazing and the smell is gone. Will definitely use company again for any carpet cleaning or upholstery services.

Kevin was great! He asked what my concerns were, and let me know what results I could expect. My apartment was on the 2nd floor, and Kevin had no problem getting his equipment inside. Oen came out yesterday from Crystal Carpet Care. I fully expected him to say he would not be able to remove the stains that had accumulated from the abuse my kiddos have put on the carpet. I was pleasantly mistaken. My carpet looks new again. I highly recommend this company. I truly can't say enough mice things about their company and service.

I called to schedule to have my carpets cleaned left a message, never received a return call : seemed odd! So I couldn't tell you if they're services are good or bad or anything just not very responsive. To many other companies that do return messages.

Came over and fixed a tennis-ball-sized burn in the carpet. He went in there and POOF! The thing was gone! Like it was never there. I could not believe my eyes. He also fixed some tears by the doorway of another carpet and made that disappear. Crystal Carpet Care must have magicians and genies working for them because that repair was magic. Thank you guys!

I came home to brand new carpets today! Well, it appeared that way until the wife reminded me that Crystal Carpet Care came out today to clean our main living area carpets. WOW! We had a great experience with this firm. We needed all the carpets in our house cleaned. Scheduling was flexible and easy, and the cleaner was professional, friendly, and efficient. We were very satisfied.

We had a burn in our carpet from my daughter and her incense stick (long story). Ben came out and gave us a quote. We also requested a quote from Abbey Carpet who said they would email the quote that night, and we never heard back from them. But no loss for us! Ben did such a wonderful job patching the carpet that I can't see any seems or any difference. I'm so happy with how it came out, and he's so knowledgeable about carpet repairs.

When it's time to clean our daughter's carpet (think makeup stains, eyelash glue, typical 18 year old messy stuff), we're calling this place. I'm really picky about my house and have to have things "just so, " and this repair turned out better than I could expect! Thanks Ben!

Crystal was responsive and pleasant to work with. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned in three years so it was TIME. There were a few carpet spots we weren't totally happy with. They came right back and out redid those areas to our satisfaction. The stains are all gone! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Crystal Carpet care's representative Josh Rutherford did an outstanding job cleaning a plant stain from my living room carpet. Josh was very professional, courteous and worked very diligently to remove the stain and it was successfully removed. It even continued to improve after the cleaning was done. The office called to follow-up and were very kind with their time. This is a professionally managed company that is providing excellent services for their clients. I would use them again in a heartbeat. A++ and highly recommended.

Our dogs recently were fed some food that didn't settle too well to say the least and we needed someone to get out the stains ASAP. I looked on Yelp and came across their amazing reviews. I have two goldens who basically reeked havoc on my carpets one left a giant pee stain in my living room the other well the little terror ripped up my carpet in three spots before I called crystal carpet care to see if they could fix it. We set the appointment for the following week and the night before they get there the little poop tore up a bigger section of carpet.

When I got the call the next morning that they were on their way I let crystal carpet care know what had happened hoping they could fix it and when I got home from work my carpets were perfect and clean. I would recommend them to friends they were so friendly and got the job done quickly.

She even went along with my husbands corny jokes. lol The guy they sent out to do the job was also incredibly professional and kind. The vans they use look well kept and professional. I had Crystal Carpet Care come out and clean my carpet today. Brad arrived on time, was super nice, and did a great job. It only took 45 minutes to do the whole job with their steam cleaner. No strong odors or residue and done for a fair price. I will definitely be using them again.
