Being an old carpet cleaner myself I will testify to the quality and workmanship from Empire Cem-Dry The technician was super polite and very helpful and letting me understand everything he did. And he did an absolutely great job. This is my new carpet cleaning company.

I was very satisfied and happy with Mike the carpet technician who came to clean my home carpets. I came home and notice my home smell clean and my carpets look like new again. Thank you again Mike for a wonderful job, Elvia.

Jordan and Justin came out to clean my carpets and were 2 of the most amazing young men. I explained that I was on a tight budget because I was moving cross country. Eventhought I was told about the extras there was absolutely no pressure to spend more money. The conversation and the laughter was awesome. I'm SO happy with the results of the ChemDry carpet cleaning! To set context, my carpets are seven years old and super light (almost white-a decision I MASSIVELY REGRET), a 45lb dog, two adult children and three cats. feel free to judge me. :) The number of cats is the primary issue: two are males and they've expressed their displeasure at whatever doesn't suit them. and the carpets were the primary target. Mike from ChemDry arrived last Saturday (March 9th) and was fantastic.

He quickly evaluated the carpets, assured me he thought he could get the stains and odors out, gave me a detailed quote and went about working his magic. A few hours later, I cried. the carpets looked amazing. Urine stains gone. Odor gone. I've used several carpet cleaning services in the past and have never been satisfied until now. Mike also reminded me their solution is 100% environmentally safe - it can be drank! I was planning on spending $14k to replace the carpets - a cost I can now avoid (in addition to avoiding the impact on the environment). HIGHLY recommend ChemDry and Mike.

I have tried to clean the cat vomit off my cream colored carpet several times using a rental carpet cleaning machine but every time after the carpet dried there was an orangish color stain on the carpet. I was able to give up and replace the carpet by decided to try ChemDry. I was very happy when the ChemDry technician was able to get rid of all the stains and the carpet looked fresh again! I highly recommend ChemDry over other steam cleaning companies!

Mike M. was amazing! Showed up in the window, was super friendly and personable. Did amazing work cleaning up the pet urine stains and smell from our recently passed elderly cat. It was a great refresh to our entire upstairs, and the entire house smelled amazing for days. The only downside was that I kept putting off actually walking on the carpet because it looked so perfect.

They did get a lot of stains out especially where we travel the most. There were still some little stains scattered all over my living room but they came back out and took care of it. Very timely, extremely nice and explained everything to us. I highly recommend them!
