Coach's is the kind of business you never think about until you need them. We needed them at work, after I opened a door and discovered a basement full of stuff that should have stayed in the sewer pipe, but didn't. The cleaning crew from Coach's took over after a carpet cleaning service chickened out. ("Oh, I thought you said rainwater." No. That's not the kind of water we said.) Coach's came late at night with a truck full of vacuum and power-washing equipment and they spent less than two hours cleaning up a mess that could well have taken us all night with our primitive tools and squeemish dispositions.
They just ran about 100 feet of hose from the van way down into the basement and vacuumed everything up. They power washed the basement and the soaked everything with disinfectant. It was so clean down there when they got done, it made the rest of the building seem dirty. The cost was staggering, especially if you calculate it by the hour, which they didn't.
They charged us by the square foot, and since my employer was paying, I did not complain. It was almost $2,000, if I remember correctly. I think anybody who can come in the middle of the night and do what they did is worth every penny. If you have a similar problem, and also have homeowners insurance, do not hesitate to call.
