Best Way Carpet Cleaning

Best Way did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and the tile in one of our bathrooms. Both were long over-due for a cleaning and in poor shape, so I was amazed at how good they looked after cleaning. Bryan and Jeremy were professional, personable, and thorough. They explained things and gave helpful tips. They also offered to wear masks when they saw that I was wearing one - we really appreciated their understanding. I highly recommend Best Way Carpet Cleaning.

Kelly and Jeremy came out to clean my basement carpet, my area rug, and my couches, and I couldn't be happier! They were polite, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. They were right on time and even showed up on the earlier end of the time estimate! I feel like I can have guests again without worrying about carpet stains and cat smell. I can't thank them enough.

I had them come and clean two large area rugs, two small door mats, steps, and a loft area. The cost was $180 which seemed very reasonable to me. We got a new puppy who has had several accidents (they never go on the tile floor) and left stains on the carpet and they got all the stains out. They sent reminders, arrived at the scheduled time, cleaned everything in an hour, were careful with my home, and were masked and vaccinated.

I was referred to Best Way for a move out situation; fresh clean carpets to show to sell. Of all the services I used for this move out this was one of the best. Personable and professional. They were responsive and informative. Covid practices in place and implemented appropriately. No surprises, no up selling. A quality job done as scheduled, on time, no damage to property.

You might think those all are a given or should be, but currently it is not the case with many customer service based businesses. I am glad I used them. I will use them again. Thank you to Kelly & Andy for the great customer service!

As always, more than pleased with our carpet cleaning! We have our carpets cleaned every 6 months - every time Best Way is on time, efficient, professional, and pleasant. They are always able to get our spots and stains out and revitalize our heavily trafficked areas. This was our first time getting our carpets cleaned "post-COVID." It was apparent from the time of scheduling that Best Way had a plan in place - they communicated their recommendations in advance (ie requesting that the home owner remain in a separate are of the house to maintain social distancing). The team wore face masks and shoe covers. I felt at ease and very safe having them come in to complete our routine cleaning. Highly recommend!

Best Way Carpet Cleaning has cleaned my family's carpets (in Ann Arbor and in Dexter) for 2 generations now. They are the most thorough carpet and upholstery cleaning company -- with every cleaning we cannot believe how clean they get our carpets. I've had countless stains that I thought would absolutely never come out, but they tried different things and got them out!

They are a family owned company it shows because they are invested and care about their work. Jason and crew are friendly and professional and it is completely comfortable to have them in our home. Outstanding value for the service and I've recommended them again and again over the years.

I can't give you a review for service, however, I called to see what they would charge to clean my carpet. I usually pay about $100-$125. The lady told me that they have a minimum fee of $400 to come approximately 23 miles from Ann Arbor to Manchester. Are you kidding me? The cost of fuel to make that drive is probably $20 round trip, and it usually takes about 45 minutes to clean my carpet. They might want to rethink that minimum.

Best Way cleaned our carpets, and a love seat a few days ago. They were timely professional, affordable and the end result was so nice. I was just as pleased with the outcome as I was the day we had the carpet installed. Thanks Jason and Best Way, I will recommend you any day.

Wow, these guys are great! We've had Stanley Steemer and a few others over the years. These others were ok, and we thought that was as good as could be done. Then my wife learned about Best Way and we were both Quite amazed about how wonderful our carpets and rugs now look! We will definitely use them in the future

We hired Best Way last year to clean the carpets in our home. They arrived on time and did an excellent job with the carpets. We have pets ( one dog, one cat) and they made sure that all area's were thoroughly cleaned. After they left, our home smelled as fresh & clean as the day we moved in. They provided us with a spot cleaner just in case we had any future spills so that we could address them immediately.

Their prices were very competitive and lower than most in the area. We brought them back this year and they did the carpets once again and some furniture this time around. Once again, an exceptional job! We will be recommending them to anyone who is in the market for carpet & upholstery cleaning in the future.

I had a great experience with Best Way! We just bought a house in Ann Arbor where the previous homeowners had dogs. Before we moved in we had Best Way do our carpets - you literally couldn't smell a trace of dog afterward - all of the carpets looked great and smelled super fresh. Highly recommend!

We have used Best Way many times over the past 10 years in two different homes and have been utterly impressed each time. A few weeks ago, we called them for what we thought was "last resort" cleaning of white carpets that I was convinced our dog and cats had destroyed.
