I have been working for Kristin here at Think and Do for almost a year now. I have never been more pleased with a place of employment. Kristin has incredible integrity, and instills it in her employees to treat our clients homes better than their own. My time with Kristin has helped me grow both professionally, and personally. Kristin has been amazing working with my schedule as a new mom, and really tries to keep both her clients and her employees satisfied. I've worked for Think and Do Partners for over a year now. Working for a company that not only cares about the quality of services provided to clients but also the well being of their employees is not something you come into contact with often. Kristin has been a pleasure to work for and with every day. She is kind, understanding and goes above and beyond to provide a healthy and stable work environment for everyone. Kristin and Jake did a great job of cleaning our 16,000 building with their Clorox Total 360 system. They walked the building in advance and mapped out the areas needing extra care. On the day of the service, they arrived early, did another walk through with me then had me leave for safety reasons and went to work. It gave us peace of mind to know that our staff and tenants would be returning to a sanitized office after being out of the office for several months due to the pandemic. Kristin and her team are amazing! I emailed Kristin to inquire about services for my home and she called me within 1-2 hours of the sent email. She was actually able to come over the same day to do the home assessment and I was in the books within 2 weeks to start my cleanings. She also followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my services. Kristin and her team go above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met.
She ensured the safety of her employees and customers during the pandemic by initiating COVID safety protocols. I have been with Think and Do for the last year and a half, and it was the best choice I could have made! Highly recommend!

Since moving to Dexter, I have used Think and Do for deep cleaning and regular cleaning services. They do a fantastic job! I enjoy having the same great people cleaning each visit. This company is great. I had used another small company for cleaning for 12 years. When the pandemic hit, they became unreliable and I became very unsatisfied with the way they handled their business. I was not optimistic about finding someone reliable. But I contacted Kristen, who came right out and explained the company's philosophy and how they do business.
They have come the last three months, and they do an outstanding job of cleaning my very detailed house. They are professional, on time and reliable. I feel very fortunate to have found this company, and they also provide all kinds of services in addition to cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Upon my first meeting with Think & Do I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by the owner Kristin as well as her employees. That level of professionalism left me feeling assured that the job would be done right the first time and if it somehow wasn't that it would be remedied immediately. My first cleaning from Think & Do was spectacular. Jamie was very thorough and my wife and I were quite impressed with the job she did. I would recommend Think & Do to anyone.

Kristin was amazing! My sister and I got my mom the gift of housecleaning for mothers day and Kristin herself went right over to my mom's house with a box and a gift card for her! She was very professional and very kind. My mom loved her. I am not sure who ended up coming to actually clean the house but my mom was very impressed and has hired them to clean on a regular basis. Can't say enough good things!
