We use a hot water extraction method, which is currently the best method for cleaning carpets. Our system leaves little or no residue. The pre-cleaner is applied on first and allowed to "dwell" on the carpet for effective cleaning of heavily soiled areas. Then using a rinsing agent and hot water, the carpet is rinsed with high pressure and all soap and dirt is extracted with a very high-powered truck-mounted vacuum. We are IICRC-certified to clean your carpet, tile and upholstery and we stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and detergents by attending seminars and schools.

1. Prepare areas to be cleaned by removing any small items of furniture, tables, lamps etc. If you would like us to move the furniture, please clear them of all items. 5. We love children and pets, however because we are working with machinery and for their safety, we ask that they be kept away from the immediate area of operation.
We use hot water extraction or steam cleaning, even though steam is not used. We apply a cleaning solution to the carpeting and treat for spots, stains, traffic lanes, and general soiling. Then we use a fresh water steam cleaning and rinse, in this way all traces of cleaner and soiling are removed from the carpeting.

In the past 5 1/2 years, I've had Hansen Steam Way clean my carpets 3 times. So, I guess that shows what a great company they are! Randy is very knowledgeable about the steam cleaning business. My carpets always look brand new after Hansen Steam Way finishes. My home is always treated with the same respect that I treat it with. I'm a firm believer in doing business with the local small businesses in the community that I live in, and even if I wasn't, I would still use Hansen's exclusively. They are very simply the BEST carpet cleaning service in Sevierville.

Randy was the nicest, friendliest, most understanding human. He was incredibly kind and professional when he came to my home and saw what he was walking into. An enormous mess my imaginative and creative children made involving food coloring and chocolate syrup. I was so happy with how much he was able to get up. He went above and beyond for us and I am so appreciative! 11/10 recommend them for everything carpet related!

Awesome steam cleaning. First off, Hansen was the only steam cleaning company I called (out of 4!) that actually answered their phone within a few rings. Every other company went to voicemail. Two called me back A WEEK LATER and the third never called me back. They arrived on time, gave me a free estimate, and started the work immediately. Their price was fair and Curtis, the cleaner man, was great!
He was super nice, funny, and took care of our furniture as he steam cleaned our entire house. He even made sure to research our specific type of marble so he wouldn't damage it when cleaning. The person that loved here before us was DIRTY! so he had some tough spots to clean up, but Curtis did a great job and it's all sparkling and new now.
We even had a visit from a mama bear and three babies while Curtis was here. (See photo) I would highly recommend them and if I need them again, I will use them absolutely 10000%. Thanks Curtis!
