We have trusted our carpets to Chem-Dry for many years because of their professionalism and quality service. The Chem-Dry cleaning process uses less water, and when the carpets quickly dry, they're as soft as a new carpet again. Other carpet cleaners we've tried in the past left our carpets feeling hard from all the excess detergent and water. David has always been our servicing technician, and his attention to detail and care for our property has always been beyond our expectations. I would never use anyone for cleaning our carpets but Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Great service and fair prices in any business warrant customer loyalty.

We'll always use Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Andrew & Sean did a thorough and professional job of cleaning three rooms plus two bathrooms; multiple surface floorings, and they were magnificent. They went above & beyond to clean other areas and surfaces and air grates. I appreciate the military discount and the timely manner they got our job completed. Five star quality!

Our carpet was 20 plus years old and we do cat rescue so we have had many cats over the years and still have a lot. It looks like we have new carpets now, Im not exaggerating. We have used chem dry for our rental property as well and had excellent service there too. I would recommend using CHEM DRY.

Andrew & Krystal are wonderful people! Krystal is the lady answering phone calls, the estimates & schedules the appointment. Andrew is the gentleman who came to our house to clean or couch, recliner & our braided wool area rug. We had both sides of the rug cleaned & stain protection applied on both sides as well as the couch & recliner. Our wool rug is stretched out some dining room chairs to help dry both sides at the same time. Andrew & Sam did a very professional job! We will use Chem Dry for all our future cleaning of carpets & furniture.

They were absolutely phenomenal. They came this morning to clean dog urine out of the carpet. It worked perfect and smells wonderful. Very friendly, very professional, talked to me the whole time and talked me through every step they were taking so I understood the process and how it worked.
