Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Called, nothing. Went online to determine pricing and. book an appointment, left contact info, nothing. Then called again, actually spoke with someone, told me they were with another customer and would call back, nothing. Evidently business is so good they do not require any more projects. So happy with the results! I received an education in carpet that was very comprehensive to my mind, not knowing what the carpet composition was. I gave up in trying to clean it. Since some areas were worse than others I was upfront with that my expectations were not high. I had confidence that their process was good but there were some very bad spots! My husband and I were truly blown away by the results!

Hydrostar came out and cleaned our carpets before moving into our new home. They were very professional and were able to walk me through the different cleaning options. Oh my goodness my couches and upholstered chairs are so much cleaner now thanks to Andrew and his son. They were professional but also fun to chat with while they worked. Not only did they do a great job cleaning my furniture, but they also taught me some tricks to help keep them clean for longer. They showed up on time, which doesn't always happen with in-home services. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will be giving them a call again in the future.

They came out to clean and easily could have taken our money. They were honest enough to tell us that we were wasting our money. If we have the need to have our carpets cleaned in the future, we will definitely go with this company.

I found Andrew and his son to be punctual and professional. They used a process on my area rugs that are on hardwood floors that would allow the rugs to dry quickly. Before starting the job, Andrew was very thorough in explaining the process to me. There was a bad pet stain on the bedroom carpet and it no longer shows. I highly recommend this company.

I own a local Restraunt and red wine was spilt on one of my sofas. It had sat on the sofa for 2 days while we were closed, so I was nervous. They came in the day we opened, and were able to clean it completely and put more scotch guard on it. They stayed and brought in a dryer to dry it out and left no mess in their path! Their magnet is on our fridge for life! Thank you guys for doing a wonderful job!
