I am new to commercial power washing equipment, and am upgrading all my equipment to commercial equipment. Dennis was very helpful, patiently explaining fittings, hose types, and other information about the pressure washing gear I was purchasing, so I was very informed about what I was buying. As for the equipment, Hotsy speaks for itself.

I never purchased from these guys but called in to get a quote on some hose reels. Asked for a low pressure feeder reel around 300 psi. They said they only sold industrial reels. However, Industrial reels come at low psi as well but not at their store. They were able to find me a 3,000 psi reel that was "in stock" at their store. But then they wanted to charge an additional $75 for freight.
So be careful when purchasing equipment here that's "in stock" located at the store. They'll add on a freight charge 3 stars. Great for communication (answering the phone). 0 stars for misleading pricing.
