AMS is a terrible company. They have a drunk supervisior that hardly does his job. He smokes and drinks beer inside the company van. That was suppose to be against conpany policy. They except me to perform with broken or poor equipment. When they cut my hours I walked out on them. I am not doing all that work for little pay. Furthermore, I was not learning anything new. At times I would have to go out of my way to buy cleaner and equipment just to perform the job. The poor management is why they will always be short on workers.
