Great disinfecting service we use for our business in Boise. Every month they make sure our employees have a healthy and clean working environment.

I'm going to bullet point what could be a long story: 1. Timely and responsive 2. Had some issues with service, spoke with them about the hard situation and still pretty open despite some hard back and forth 3. Dean and team came out being way more honest than I imagined a modern day company could be 4. I'm genuinely impressed with the people and respect given Thank you for everything!

Had some water damage in our crawl space that American Cleaning Service took care of. Great experience and best of all you can trust them.

While we were on vacation we had water leaking into our basement from our outside water spigot. My brother was there to take care of our dogs so thankfully he was able to stop the leak, but not before a significant amount of water went all over the carpet and the lower part of our walls. I called American Cleaning Service and hey had a technician show up the same day where they determined that something needed to be done right away.

They were able to control the mold and get everything dry within a few days. I wish I could recall the name of the technician that helped us because he was very polite and professional. Very happy with this company and how they helped us!

This is the second time I've used this company to clean my carpets; they took their time and did an excellent job! I'm happy with their services and will keep using them for future work.

I have regularly taken advantage of American Cleaning's commercial cleaning service over the years. So when we experienced flooding at our company it was a no brainer to turn to them for the water damage restoration. As always, fantastic company. They will take care of you.

Absolutley best carpet cleaning experience ever! Scott was amazing and did high quality work! I will be referring all my friends and family to him. My carpets had pet urine odor and stains which is now gone. We will be using his service again!

I am absolutely blown away! Scott came to my hope with the expectations of a daunting task, as I warned the company ahead of time. My carpets were an absolute mess, the stains from children and pets and adults were numbering in what seemed to be the thousands. I had been told by multiple companies prior that some stains could not be lifted out or that I may as well replace the carpets.

So when Scott arrived I already expected a load of excuses and explanations as to why things could not be done. Scott just smiled and said, "well, I better get to work then!" He has been in my home since 0930 this morning, it is 1200 now. He has not stopped, he has not complained, and he is absolutely dominating the job! He is currently half way through the house and it looks brand new already.

My review is done during his service because it has been, and continues to be, the best that I have ever had in terms of a cleaning company. Those stains that the previous companies had worked on, gone! The hidden areas that no one really checks, squared away! Professionalism and courtesy, above reproach! I highly recommend this company and Scott for any job you may be considering. The service is amazing, the work ethic is outstanding and the results are astronomical!
